[Q] Moonse N730 - AllWinner A10 - Android 4.0 ICS - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi Everyone!
This is my first post on the board, so at begin I wanna say that topics here are very helpful. Always when I've had a problem I could to find answer somewhere here. However, today I can't.
Some time ago my friend have bought a tablet Moonse N730 on CPU Allwinner A10.Sorry, I can't give you a link. Everything was ok, to the first battery discharge. After charging, she wanted to switch on the tablet. Screen lights up, but after few seconds device get frozen. My first thought was - factory reset will help. Unfortunately, there appeared the first problem. Chinese language in recovery mode. Somehow, someway I've done the reset after several attempts. But it doesn't fix problem. I mean device worked ok to the next discharged and then same story again.
My conclusion is - it need a new OS.
I've been tried few Android versions already, but always something wasn't good. Ones camera didn't work. Second time - touch screen. Right now when you trying turn camera on device is rebooting.
I have found on forum few topics from the past (2 years ago) but there was nothing useful.
If anyone can help me I'll appreciate it. Thanks.
P.S. Sorry about my poor English

[Q] Can someone help me? My phone keeps freezing and buzzing

Hello everyone,
To be honest, it's been some time since I've been here, back when I knew how everything on this forum worked...
I kinda forgot, so I'm just posting this HELPME!? thread
This is my problem:
About 1.5 years ago I downloaded a ROM, and put it on my phone, and it was working just fine. However, 3 weeks ago it became really annoying, i'll explain what my problem was:
My phone would randomly freeze when i was doing things, these things could vary from "sending a text message" to "opening my 4th opera tab".
After that it wouldn't respond unless I reset it. However, when starting up again after resetting it would do a few possible things.
1. It's freeze at the first startup screen.
2. It's keep switching between unlock and "pin-screen", and when it was working again, it'd freeze.
3. It'd start up, and after about 5 seconds buzz like 5 times, then freeze.
When i left it on frozen the battery and phone would turn very hot as well =(
So, I tried a hard reset, but that didn't work.
After that i went to the following thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=591784
I followed the instructions, installed the right Radio (2.12.50), and installed the ROM ( Energy.Leo.21916.Sense2.5.NLD.Cookie.2.0.Jul.07.7z ).
I remembered how to intall these things, so I think i've done that right.
So, after that it seemed to be working fine, and I was really proud and happy.
Now my phone has frozen again, and starting up was an issue again...
Does anyone know what my problem is? And what would be even better, what i can do to solve it?
Please let me know <3
Adios <3
Little Update:
So, I've been carrying my HTC HD2 around with me again, and then it started again...
It froze when I tried to send a text, and after that would freeze or vibrate (a few times) during the start-up...
It's really anoying =( If I'd have to estimate my phone's uptime a day...
It used to be 24h a day, now it's more like... 4 hours a day, with 2/3 hours of trying to get it working :Z
That could be hardware related. Possibly processor overheating. I would download the latest stock rom and fash it to see if it sorts the problem. If not it will need to be sent of to HTC to be replaced.

[Q] Stuck at boot "Password Failure"? Please advices

Hi everyone, I've been lurking around here unregistered since I got my first Android device last year, namely the ZTE Blade.
Now however, I'd love to get help because somehow I've managed to make my brand-new tablet not to boot, and I seek expertise from the experts.
I've searched around both Google and here on XDA, but haven't found anything because I don't know how to search for it, due to the fact that the error is in Chinese.
So to make a story short I just arrived today from a trip in HongKong.
I was very pleased with my ZTE Blade so I decided I'd buy a cheap Android-running tablet during my stay, and so I did.
I got myself an "Acho C908", which I tested in the store first. May be an unknown brand, but it's a really nice tablet.
It sure has nice specifications and I was pleased with the performance for the price I payed, however I managed to make things worse.
Everything was going good except I couldn't install any apps in Playstore, I always got the “Error Processing Purchase DF-BPA-09″. So I searched this error up and found the guide: ...technipages.com/google-play-error-processing-purchase.html
I followed the guide and cleared the data from Google Services Framework. However, after doing so things got bad. My tablet began to freeze so I restarted it. After it booted the "explorer" (forgot the name in Android, refering to Windows-term) didn't answer and crashed and the tablet froze again.
So I rebooted it again and here's where I got stuck.
The thing is that I don't seem to have bricked my tablet, because I'm able to pass the boot logo, however I'm getting stuck at something else. The worse thing is that because of the tablet being a Chinese one, the text is in Chinese! However, this happened to me at the airport when I was heading back from HongKong so I managed to ask some Chinese people.
Here's the "error".

(please replace the XXX with WWW)
From what the Chinese people I asked told me, it says something about "Password Failure" and that I would need to "Reset to Default Settings"?
I have tried to enter some sort of Factory Settings/Hard Reset mode, but holding Volume+ or Volume- or both together during turn on of the device yielded nothing but getting stuck at the first logo during start-up, namely "ACHO".
So do you have any guesses on what to do?
I actually bought two of these tablets, one for me and one for my father. So if there's any information on the working tablet you would need to help me, I would be able to provide you with that.
I'd love to get my new tablet working.
Thank you very much in advance.
Best Regards

Keyboard and touch is not working properly

Hello guys,
I'm a noob, and this is my first thread and the reason why I'm here are my problems with my HTC Desire X.
I already read the rules and I was searching for a similar thread, but I did not found anything. I was reading a lot of threads here, but I decided to open a new one.
The problem:
I have this Desire X for 5 monts (CID: HTC_032) and it was working great until two weeks ago. Two weeks ago, I got the update for Jelly Bean 4.1.1 (software num: 2.20.401.5). After the installation, the phone continue working great, but after 5-6 days, the problems begun.
Now the phone is not usable, in sense that the keyboard is useless, so If I try to type something, the middle row of the keyboard is untouchable, if I try to touch A, either I get Q or Z. Also if I try to touch some icons on the main screen in that area its not registered ( I need to press 4-5 times so the app is activated )
I have tried to do a factory reset many times and the phone after some of the resets is working great for some hours, and then is getting jerky again..I assume that some memory is filled after a while and the phone is not usable..
I was reading for installing the stock ICS, but I'm not sure if that will solve the problem. I mean, is there anyone else that has this problem or maybe you guys already identified this problem. I'm little bit sceptic that this might be a hardware problem, or it is a software one?
I would appreciate if you help me identify and solve the problem

Reading your post, it seems like a faulty digitizer, which only HTC can replace. Have you ever installed custom roms? If not, get it to HTC as quickly as possible.

Thanks for your post..I have only installed the update via the legal Software Update button, nothing else..
So, it is a hardware problem, like I was thinking..but I'm confused why it was working nice before two weeks and now suddenly start doing this stuffs..
Anyway probably I would take it to a service, because it is still under warranty and I would be happy if I get a new one..

Hardware can randomly fail. I've had many phones work one day and the next day they would refuse to work. I'd say get it to service center as quickly as possible before the entire digitizer fails.

[Q] Power on mytab problem

A friendly guy (http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=2047451) here reccomended I post this here, so: here's my problem.
Hello, it's me again, Omnitrixer. I recently (2-3 months ago) bought a new Android device, myTab MT72A. Everything worked fine, I loved the UI, the free space, graphics, everything! A week ago, I turned it off while I was away. When I got back home, I tried to turn it on but: it wouldn't power on, no matter what. Yes, I tried charging it, pressing every button etc. etc. but nope. Just wouldn't turn on. It wasn't even on the bootloop screen. Should I send it to the manufacturer and hopefully get a new one? Or just buy another one? Reccomendations and advice welcome. Thank you.

Booting without a display

Hi,
I´m not sure if this is the right forum for my question, but i´m searching for days and no one was able to help me.
I want to boot my android smartphone (xperia p) with an unplugged display.
Unfortunately, the device won´t boot when the screen is physically not connected. When I disconnect the screen when the phone has already booted, everything is fine and I still get a picture via hdmi out.
There seems to be something like a "hardware-check" right at the beginning, and I want to deactivate it.
The smartphone is rooted.
I would be very thankful if someone could help me with this.
Sorry if there might be some language mistakes, I´m german.
