I've tried both SkyDragon and United ROMs and the same issues seem to be present in both:
1. Xposed Modules - They only partially work. The framework is installed and running, modules are enabled and reboots are done, but I still have problems. I've tried the StatusBar Mod and the new icons don't get applied, and the transparent status bar doesn't work as well. I've tried the Sense 5 toolbox and its alternate statusbar icons or its transparent status bar option don't work either.
2. Boot animation - I've flashed multiple boot animation zips in TWRP but none of them seem to work. I want to replace the ugly Beats boot animation with the stock Kit Kat (nexus) animation. Any way to do this?

Also, a different issue with the statusbar. Something is overriding transparent statusbar settings. I've installed nova launcher which everyone says SHOULD support a transparent statusbar a la stock 4.4, and I even see screenshots showing this. I don't get that. I get a semi-transparent statusbar with a 1px border. I have no idea where this is coming from.
I have never used any tmobile based rom (except stock) but most of this can be accomplished on viperone... its in the international forum (and i think he posted it in the dev forum here too now)...
On boot animation, if your flashing those on a T-Mobile build Rom, they probably ain't working because the zip your are flashing probably have the boot files named to that of the international ROMs.

Hi all, i'm using Froydvillian, and have applied both the Samsung Galaxy and Mininmal Matt ports which have been ported over for this specific ROM, and for some reason, on both, the drop down notification menu and the taskbar at the top are staying standard.
Both work when i wipe the device from recovery then flash, but once i restart the phone the problem occurs again!!!! why is this happening!! please reply asap as i'm going on holiday in 3 days and wish for this to be resolved.

Not sure what you mean here. Did you flash one theme over another? Also, to undo themes, a wipe isn't enough. You need to fully reflash the stock ROM to get rid of themes.
Also, after installing a theme, don't install another over it unless you fully reflash the ROM again.
Thanks for the quick reply what i mean is, i flashed The latest Froydvillian ROM, and have been using it for a few days. However, when i downloaded and flashed the Samsung Galaxy theme for it, certain aspects of the theme didn't work, such as the notification pull down menu, and the taskbar at the top. They both stayed standard with the later text or symbols, but the colours and design was not the them.
I found out if i boot into recovery and wipe all settings, then flash the theme it works correctly, however if i reboot the phone it reverts back to the mismatched and ugly theme!
I have encountered this problem many times *zeik* it's so stupid! Anyways for my themes it worked for me to modify the update-script so it deletes the files before copying (since you probably have no idea what i'm talking about copy/paste it and PM the developer xD). I am very bussy right now so I can't do it but I'm sure the themer will do it for you (it's a very simple task)
With the new 2.3.4 Base in most of the ROMS now, a lot of your themes wont apply if we flash it on a 2.3.3. Ive tested it many times. And it either removes the statbar completely or get stuck in the Splash screen.
So if you would like to upgrade your framework, please do, but again, just a reminder

You can search for mods or custom ROMs, which will do the work for you.
I do not know any of them, as I do not care about this blue over scroll glow.
Or you have to flash an older ROM, which uses the elastic over scroll effect.
But be careful. Downgrading often leads to bootloops.
So, make a backup before and make a factory reset or hard reset.
got the same problem....just flashed an older rom (ki4) and the blue glow effect was gone..but after i flashed the criskelo rom or the ultratoxic or a newer official, the glow effect was back again...damn that's annoying...
what should i do now to get it away? any ideas?

You could just take the Browser.apk from a deodexed ROM that is 2.3.4 or earlier, and replace the one you currently have in /system/app. However, if you are running an odexed ROM, you will also have to remove Browser.odex as well. (As always, back up your files before you do this)

I managed to cause my statusbar to force close now automatically upon boot when i flashed the transparency patch. I don't know if it was the wrong patch for the CM7 build or what. Unfortunately my nandroid is too old and I'd like to be able to figure out how to get my statusbar back without odin'ing back to stock and starting over from there? Any suggestions. I thought maybe reflashing CM7 hopefully?

I have recently flashed 3 different ROMs (Full Wipe) and tried different Bootloaders and Modems. But whenever i flash the Alliance Framework 3.1, i get two issues:
1. People Stripe Setting FCs
2. Weird Center block wallpaper on Lockscreen comes up randomly.(not always)
Before i flash the Alliance Framework (v3.1) everything works fine, but the moment i install it, i get these two issues.
I have even tried ROMs with Aroma option to install Alliance (CRISSCROSS v3.1) but the same issue comes up right from boot. (Full Wipe)
Anyone using Alliance Framework please confirm if you have any such issues.
And please provide a solution if anyone can.
