Hello,
Somehow i've bricked my Cosmo K9190 S4 mini clone MTK6572. The Smart Phone Flash Tool isn't recognise the device as MTK Vcomxxx. The phone appears and disappears in the network adapters devices as: alcatel single rndis interface #3.
Do i reaminate this phone?
Thanks,

I purchased a iPhone 5s clone from China a month ago. Out-of-the box i could make and receive calls, but i didn't get the mobile internet working.
Anyway, I tried rooting the device using MTK Droid Root & Tools, but the program told me it couldn't do it and linked me to this guide: hxxp://forum.china-iphone.ru/viewtopic.php?p=502084#p502084 (It's in russian, but Google Translate does a good job).
I followed the guide and successfully installed CWM and rooted, but when I booted up the phone I got nothing but "No service", and when I tried to register the phone on any mobile network it always said "Unable to connect to this network at this time".
Now this sounds like an IMEI issue to me, and stupid as I am, i didn't check the IMEI of the phone before I started the root process. If I now enter *#06# in the dialer, it displays what looks like a correct IMEI. Since it is a clone there is no physical IMEI on the device. There is one on the box and I tried changing to that but still got "No service". Again, since it's a clone, the one on the box might no be correct.
Is the problem I'm experiencing an IMEI issue, and if so, is there anything I can do?

Hi everyone, There seems to be a problem with the Goophone and 1:1 HDC one M8 smartphones ( HTC one M8 clone ). They tend to spontaneously reboot and keep rebooting when you insert your (nano)Sim or they don't recognize your simcard at all.
I found an easy workaround for that. Insert your sim in another phone and remove your sim pin code. The HDC clone will recognize your simcard without any problems and will work normally. I know, it's a little less safe, but it's better than nothing. Now we can wait until an "official" fix or patch will be released.
Please let me know if this works for you and press the thank you button
Good luck and enjoy.
Hello XDA, I have been a user/fan of xda for about 5 yrs now. But I havent found a single problem that I didnt find the
answer for here on xda, or somewhere else (Google). I have a Computer and Phone repair shop in Ethiopia and I used the
internet and mostly XDA to Unlock Sprint HTCs, Unbrick Galaxy S/ SII/ SIIIs, repair corrupted efs partitions, install
custom roms like CM (on almost every smartphone I come around), fix bootloops of Best devices like Xperia Z, Galaxy SIII,
Sim unlock Moto Droid ...
But I have faced a serious problem and have been trying to solve it for about three months now.
To the real problem
There Are these MTK MT6582 Devices, Mostly Huawei devices (G730, G610, G630) and they are recently getting a major IMEI
failure (IMEI : null). I have tried through the ff methods (that I use for other MTK devices like MT6572, MT6575) With no
luck
1. Maui Meta 3G - It reads the devices in meta mode
- It can read the version (in "Get Version" window)
- I have selected the Nvram database of same baseband
- It fails to write the imei when I click "download to flash" It either replays "Check the load and device versions are the same (ish)" or "Download to flash time out"
2. IMEI & SN Write tool - Doesn't seem to read the device in meta mode.
3. MTK Droid - Rooted the device
- Restored "nvram" from another working phone
- Rewritten the IMEI
- Still the same (IMEI: Null)
4. Reformatted the whole device and installed firmware with "secro" file - Still the same - tried the above methods again, still the same.
Dear XDA Fellows, I am exhausted with these devices and they are keeping coming. So, Please help me solve these problem. Thank You.
P.S - I dont know where to post this, if there is another appropriate thread, lead me.
