what is e good app manager ? - Defy Themes and Apps

until recently i have been using Gemini app-manager pro, but it's little bit slow in 4.1.2 (taki_jeden) and 4.4.2 (omni by Kayant and struq)
what good and fast app manager do you use ?
it should be able to configure auto-start options and move apps from phone to sd.

Remove that task killer, it slows your phone and drains your battery. Froyo has an incorporated task killer, it keeps active apps that require to be active and closes others. If you really want to force close an app you can do that from the menu.
It also depends what other apps you have installed. Some slow your phone by running in background.

try supermanager, clear your cache and there is a limit that you can go with an unrooted phone to make it faster.its like applying the brake while u accelerate.to release the brake u have to root and install an oced kernal or a custom rom.
if u dont wish to root please do not complain....stock rom is built for stability only not for speed.

Android by design kill tasks when the resources become sparse. For this to work, an app must be able to request to be restarted once this occurs - the app (or more correct, "service") is sticky. This is why when you close the facebook app, it's restarted within seconds anyway.
If you are running Android 4 (ICS) or later, you can tell the phone not to autostart apps at boot directly from the Settings menu. Enter settings -> apps -> all, select e.g. Facebook, then click the button "Disable". Now it's gone, and for real this time! The disable button is at the place on the "Uninstall" button, and uninstallable apps are not possible to disable this way - but you can always remove them.
Some apps are neither disable nor uninstallable, though.
But if the autostart app is parental control r something like that, it wold be harder. Firstly the thing would not let you to settings. You could fool it when some settings notification appears, like there is wifi, by clicking on it you will get there without a problem, but you would not be able to delete it. To deal with it, I do personally recommend this: Root your device, get total commander for android (no, trust me, ES would not make it), open TC, get to mnt/asec where are stored installed apps files, find folder attached to that app, change the permisions that everybody could write in it, change ownership and group to some of your other apps and delete that folder. At the end, there shoul be emty folder with an emty folder in it. That should **** up the app so much that its not going to work anymore. Now you can do whatever you want.
Use Purify app
u can use boot manager module in xposed
I'm using clean master and it allows me to bock these app from autostarting.
It can solve by greenify pro smartly. You can google for greenify. After installing greenify (xposed installer) (need allow some feature) allow the modules it will work 100℅. If any errors message me on Facebook/n3xt2u

If you have a task manager installed from the Play Store, I advise you to uninstall it.
Me Gusta!
I Think you're Using 3rd Party Task manager which automatically kills tasks.
Samsung Galaxy 3
Kyrillos rom v9.7.1
FuguMod Ultra Pre 1366 Mhz

[Q] Android Kill Process Question

Hello,
So, my question is, when I try to kill a process with 3rd party task managers, such as ES Task Manager and Android Tuner, the process gets killed for a moment, and the re-starts again. For example Google+ process. When I kill Google+ on Android Tuner, it starts again after a while.
But when I kill a process with android's default task manager (which is located in Settings --> Apps) it gets killed permanently, till I reboot my phone.
How can I do that same thing with 3rd party Task Managers?
I HAVE a working root and root permissions via SuperSU.
Check out greenify from the play store. It essentially hibernates any apps you choose until you start them. Works best with root.

install titanium backup. You can disable almost all of the processes and even system apps, but make sure to choose which apps to disable or uninstall.

I know Greenify, I use it but it doesn't show many apps... Just primary apps installed on the phone. I need something much more detailed.

I know Titanium Backup aswell, I use it but I'm asking about killing a process, not disabling it.
I wonder what's the difference between Android system task manager and a 3rd party task manager with root permissions. Aren't they both supposed to do the same thing?
