Is it just me or everyone has low internal space available after upgrading to lollipop. I have only 2GB usable space, nearly 11GB is used by the system.
EDIT: I factory reset and now all space is back. Lollipop runs great!

no need to root the device to install the Lollipop update.
Only we need the CWM and install the CWM recovery image through ADB flash boot.
Just backup the system and install the new update.
IT ends with a status 14 error and shows the installation aborted .... message.
No problem just reboot the device to enjoy the new update.

To revert into STOCK ROM
To revert back to stock do the following:
1) install the ADB tools into your p.c.,
2) copy the recovery.img (download it from mediafire) into the installed ADB folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB) ,
3) copy the stock/Updated ROM into the SD card of your device,
4) install the lenovo drivers if not installed already and connect your device to the pc and run the following commands at the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB " folder
i) adb devices (to check the device is connected or not)
ii) adb reboot Bootloader (boots the device into Bootloader / Fastboot Mode),
iii) fastboot boot recovery.img , ( to install the CWM into the device, but it lasts for next reboot only),
iv) within the CWM run the commands,
wipe dalwick cache ,
wipe/factory reset including the 'system' ,
v) now choose the option "install zip " from the CWM and choose " install from external SD card" and select the STOCK Rom / LOLLIPOP Rom and press yes to install the ROM,
vi) after getting the "installation finished " message, now reboot the device to get the installed ROM.:

To root the device , just copy the root-SuperSU.xxx.zip file into the SD card and update the zip file within the CWM environment and roboot the device.

Install country ota zip & system zip.. No other steps needed.. Your device will reboot by itself & get upgraded to Lollipop

I'm sharing this recovery , ported by Syed Ahmed Ali Shah (All credits to him)
How to install:
Download Spflashtool and recovery zip file
Extract the zip file , you will find the recovery.img + scatter file
Open Spflashtool , and load that scatter file.
The recovery should appears now (in spflashtool , it is supposed to be chacked/selected)
Choose download only and press on download button
Turn of your device ,and plug it in
wait till the succes mark appears
unplug you're device and boot directly to recovery
the recovery will ask you t allow system modification , don't allow for now ...because this will brick (not really,it will stops at logo, can be fixed by rooting it) you're device..
Rooting the device :
Now that you have the recovery ,Download supersu.zip file and flash it with that recovery...
Backup your firmware before rooting/ allowing modification
I'm not responsible for any damage that could happen , do it at your own risk

Done. TWRP has been flashed, then rooted. The current scatter file can be generated from a ROM backup created by SPFlashTool, using the WwR_MTK software. And also cuting the ROM to img files for flashing, look at 4pda.ru, really powerful combine.

Yes and yes.
Sorry for the to late reply, if you want install stock recovery download your firmware and flash the recovery via fastboot, but if you want go back to stock flash the firmware via qfil(be careful and make a backup on your external storage if you lost the imei(efs, baseband) you can restore via your backup of TWRP).
recently bought k6 power,It came with marsmallow s150 and asked to update marshmallow s156.It was about 75mb.
After it,asked for nougat s223 which i know that has lots of bugs now.So ignored the update and simply disabled update notification
I'll stick with s156 till there is a clear cut bug free nougat version.No need to install unless i want headache
Lenovo has bad reputation for updating their devices.They ruin the next version of android.Simply disaster.
So I would all advise you to stick with s156.

Hi, as you are all aware some of us are lucky enough to unlock our bootloaders and flash custom firmwares/twrp, however many guides tell us how to do that but none tell you how to go back total stock+locked.
I've personally seen a few bricked phones as not doing it correctly or flashing on a locked bootloader which can cause BIG problems, here I'll help with a small but useful guide and simple steps I made to return stock.
**PLEASE NOTE THIS GUIDE IS FOR H870/US997**
I'm not 100% certain on how to revert changes on H872 but once I do I will add.
Now for this your going to need
1) stock unrooted zip for twrp
2) twrp installed
3) a pc
4) LG up/uppercut or bridge
5)stock recovery image
6) about 25-30 mins spare time
Step 1)Firstly your going to want to download stock zip from which can be found here

, I recommendcyou copy to an external SD card for this.
Step 2) Next download stock recovery IMG from here

( same I used) and again copy to external SD card.
Step 3) Once you've done that reboot into twrp, then perform a factory reset and install the stock zip. Once that's installed **DO NOT INSTALL ANY ROOT ** reboot your device, skip though the setup and go right to settings, and click on build number to open developer settings and check to make sure ENABLE OEM UNLOCK is selected. If it is then reboot back to twrp via button combo.
Step 4) Once in twrp select install and select image instead of zip, then find and install stock recovery image and reboot recovery, now you should have stock recovery so it should perform a factory reset, if it does then reboot again ( it's a good way to make sure everything is ok) and if it boots fine then connect to PC,( you can if you wish skip step 3 and go right to step 4)
Step 5) Open up your lgup/uppercut/bridge (preferred choice), if LG up/uppercut then you need the latest kdz file downloaded to your pc, if bridge it detects your phone and should inform if it needs an update, if it does then allow the update to latest.
If not and your device is on and fully working then ONLY NOW can you use adb to reboot fastboot and enter "fastboot OEM lock", doing so will once again erase your device but now it's full stock and locked like you never touched it.
1 note I must add is NEVER EVER flash anything via fastboot is your device is locked as it will brick your phone. Your greeted with either of the screens below

Good, guides for newbie are always a good thing here, just wanted to report that flashing stock recovery it's a useless passage if you flash the kdz trough lgup because it will overwrite TWRP anyway, another useless passage (only if already coming from stock firmware or rom based on it) is to flash a stock rom from twrp, LGUp does all the necessary after

Method 1(Works with locked bootloader)(Convert China Rom to Global)
Part 1
1. Download Global rom Android 10 zip file(You can check wga0's thread for this thanks to wga0 for this file)
2. Put this zip file in ota folder of your internal storage and rename it as update.zip (if there is no ota folder than create it)
3. Dial *#*#1027#*#* click on Local ota and it will start updating your device.
4. Factory reset your device after perform above procedure to avoid any software error.
If above Part 1 don't work for you than try this method
1. Download Android 9 Full ota of china rom
2. Move it on ota folder of your phone's internal storage
3. Rename it to update.zip
4. Dial *#*#1027#*#*
5. Click on Local ota
6. After procedure is complete you might be in recovery mode of your device and in recovery mode wipe device data.By this method you will be downgrade to Android 9.
7. Using your phone's software update install two update first of 87MB and another of 1357MB.
8. After installing this two update just follow part 1 posted above and yoy will be able to install global rom on your china device.
Above method i found on another forum and working on bs2 pro and will also work on bs2 as well.
Below method is tested by me and it's working fine and i converted my device's Global rom to china rom and will also work for converting china rom to global.
Method 2(Require unlocked bootloader)
1.Download rom which you want to install and extract folder in it (there should be 22 img files in it)
2.Download flash-all.zip and extract flashall.bat to the folder in which 22 img files are available
3.Reboot your device to fastboot
4.Double click on flashall.bat file and it will start flashing rom.
Note:Above method will wipe your data.

Below method is tested by me and it's working fine and i converted my device's Global rom to china rom and will also work for converting china rom to global.
Method 2(Require unlocked bootloader)
1.Download rom which you want to install and extract folder in it (there should be 22 img files in it)
2.Download flash-all.zip and extract flashall.bat to the folder in which 22 img files are available
3.Reboot your device to fastboot
4.Double click on flashall.bat file and it will start flashing rom.
Note:Above method will wipe your data.

6. After procedure is complete you might be in recovery mode of your device and in recovery mode wipe device data.By this method you will be downgrade to Android 9.
7. Using your phone's software update install two update first of 87MB and another of 1357MB.
8. After installing this two update just follow part 1 posted above and yoy will be able to install global rom on your china device.
Above method i found on another forum and working on bs2 pro and will also work on bs2 as well.

Yes we can and I've already done it.
I can't change from CN ROM to Global ROM, the version posted here by jpmacapuna doesn't work, package unauthorized.
My device is a Black Shark 2 Pro - DLT-A0 build version DLTR2010300CN00MQ4, any help please?
