I'm in Canada with Bell and received the Kit Kat update on my G2 yesterday. Knock Code is not included (at least not under settings where it should be - Security or Accessibility). Regardless, Kit Kat makes the phone more response and Knock On works much better.

Interesting read, just took the OTA yesterday, went through every possible menu. Zero indication this has been implemented into the Canadian update...

Did not seem to break root, i'm using LBE privacy guard and it's still running the active protection service. Is there another easier way to test if root is still working?

1. Why release 4.4 and not 4.4.2? I guess we have to wait 4 more months for 4.4.2...
