As I know, If the device is recognized by KIES it is an original version of the phone. but there are devices that somebody has flashed a ROM in to the device. In that case it will show the IMEI and Model number as the name that created by the ROM Devoloper. so remove the batery and try to locate the model no (IMAGE 01)
then download the Stock and Flash it via ODIN
All The Best....
I can not be downloaded. I want download link. help me Please!!: crying:
Hello,
I have samsung galaxy s3
Model number : GT-I9300
Android Version : 4.4.2
Baseband Version : I9300XXUGNA8
Kernel Version : 3.0.64-CM-g992f0e8
[email protected] #1
Cyanogenmod version : 11.0
I have called to get a code to unlock my phone but It doesn't work, I've also paid on a website to get a code but it's the same as the first one.
I still have my IMEI what's wrong ? I'm under Cyanogen and even when I was on 4.3 - I9300XXUGNA5 It didn't work too
How can I fix that ? Thanks
Go back to the correct stock firmware for your country, factory reset then try again. If it's a valid code and your efs isn't damaged then it should work.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
Hmm..It doesn't work
is there a way to check if my efs is damaged ?
I'm so desesperate, I don't know what's wrong... All of this because of that stupid 4.3 and I forgot to save my efs folder before the update
and thing is I've tried to put the code more than 10 times, and why my phone is still not blocked ?
This is so weird...
I have the s2 and I want to root it. It is the GT-i9100M (I think the M is causing some challenges from Bell Canada)
Model Number : GT-i9100M
Android Version : 4.1.2
Baseband version : i9100MUGMA5
Kernel Version : 3.0.31-900488
se.infra (AT) ep-127 #3
Build Number : JZ054K.19100MUGMA5
Here is the background : I have purchased a Gear Fit to use with this device, but I need 4.3 on the phone.
I have tried to upgrade the device to no avail using the One-Click method. It tells me that it is not compatible. I have been researching and it seems I need to root the device first and then upgrade the firmware manually. I went to Android Central and they said I need to flash a Custom ROM. So if possible could someone send me in the right direction?
If any of this sounds wrong, please let me know. I don't want to brick the phone, but would like to upgrade the device. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I check the imei and this is i545.. CLOSED!! and new thread about the trouble..
Not sure what you mean by "identify" your phone, but from what I understand NC5 bootloader means no CM, TWRP, ASOP, etc. You're option other than leave the phone alone is Safestrap and flash TW based ROM's.

Yes but i think i will sell this phone.. (new bought 7 days ago.. ) maybe buy i9505 instead..
I tried almost every one click application that exist, and all of them are failed... (kingo, etc.)
so, i found a thread here about similar model
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/sm-g318h-root-t3151992
In that thread i have a firmware that fit to Galaxy Trend 2 Lite G318H, the model number it is the same as my phone,
but, the build number and the kernel number , and the serial number are different.
so, is that firmware would fit to my phone? it is safe to do it with Odin?
(i am afraid to lose my phone accidentally, or to do something wrong)
my phone details:
Galaxy Ace 4 Neo (SM-G318H)
android 4.4.4
Build: G318HXCU0AOH1
Kernel: 3.10.17-773113
Serial: KTU84P.G318HJPU0AOH2
thank you!
Update: i was succeeded with the new version of Kingo
