Hi all,
My problem is this:
I have a 10'' chinese tablet without any type of identification, serigraphy or brand in it, and neither in its box. It hasn't any type of special feature like standard USB or RJ45 interface to use it to search its model.
The tablet is stucked loading in the Android text screen, so I can't use ADB shell to control it and do a factory reset.
I enter in recovery mode with the Power + Vol+ buttons, but the tablet hasn't menu in recovery mode, so I can't do a factory reset this way. The tablet have only 3 buttons (Power, Vol+ and Vol-), and I tried all possible combinations that I've seen in all internet sites (I've spent hours trying it).
ADB shell don't work in this mode, and this tablet doesn't have bootloader or fastbot mode, neither download mode.
The microcontroller is an AllWinner A10.
Then I have an unbranded unidentified tablet that doesn't boot and that hasn't menu in recovery mode... Someone can help me in how to restore to factory defaults this sh*t? ¿Or maybe I have to use it as chopping board?
Thanks in advance.

i have also a tablet of same brand "itouch" model number unknown and pattern locked, debugging mode is disabled, do not know how to go in recovery mode. help me how can i access recopvery mode
To get into recovery on i touch i704 tab
1.turn off device
2.leave 30-45 seconds
3.press and hold volume down + power button.
I've got a Chinese tablet that I bought in Uruguay, the XI-TAB700 (xion.com.uy/#/tablet-multimedia-7-PR-317) It was running a rooted Android 4.1 when I bought it, and from that website it says it's an A13 tablet.
Recently it began doing the boot loop, and I've tried a wide variety of button presses to see if it had a boot recovery mode, but I've had no luck. It has a joined volume + and - button, a power button, and an embedded reset button on the back, but no combination of holding, tapping, or switching these buttons seems to be getting me a menu, just a looping Android loading screen.
So my question is, what tools are available for me to flash it without anything but USB access, and what ROM would be safe for flashing this type of tablet?
Hi People,
I have a serious problem.
I have a chuwi v17hd tablet (1st gen, as it doesn't have volume buttons)
This tablet now constantly boots into recovery, but I cannot select any options from the menu since I don't have the volume buttons.
When rebooting it only comes back to recovery.
I can connect with it using ADB but that's more or less it, adb shell doesn't work.
Fastboot also doesn't recognise the device,
Any tips are highly appreciated,
Thanks,
I just got this ZGPAX S8 and I formatted it, after formatting it I went to settings to tweak it, I stumbled upon the "Simulate Secondary Display" option and I turn it on, the overlay now takes over the whole screen and I can't tap anywhere, I can't turn it off and can't boot into recovery or fastboot (not possible?).
-the only solution I can think of is formatting through recovery
-can't get into recovery, don't know the combination.
-tried pwr+vol up, pwr+back, pwr+home, pwr+back+vol up.
-only has the tactile buttons menu, home, back and physical buttons volume up and power.
-cannot use adb because haven't turned on usb debug mode.
-can't turn on usb debug mode because I can't use the screen.
Does anyone knows how to boot to safe mode in a ZGPAX S8? Into recovery? Force into recovery or format from pc without usb debug mode on?
I wish to reset my device with factory reset / wipe user data.
Because I'm stuck in boot loop with unrooted locked stock ROM.
It came with Android 12.
I cannot boot into recovery mode with volume button hold down?
I connected to PC via USB in hope of ADB, but device not found in this state.
Take it to authorized service center and let them try to fix it.
on most devices volume down + power is for fastboot mode, volume up + power is for recovery mode (some devices requires usb cable connected to PC)
factory reset may not fix the cause of boot-loop. your previously attempts to install custom ROM (LineageOS?) may require additional steps you missed. provide more information.
