Ok, our hyundai t7 often sleeps for no reason and does not react when you push the power button .Here is my guide to fix this.
1) Press and hold power button for 2 secs and then wait for 10 secs . See if tablet responds
2) Hold physical home button for 2secs, sede if tablet responds
3) Use pin or toothpick and insert to reset hole. Look around for button inside and push firmly down. Hole is found on the bottom of the device between 3.5mm jack and headphone port. Check if tablet responds
4) Charge device. While plugged in press reset hole. Check for life ( and make sure led charging led is on, if not ur device is dead, SORRY!)
5) While charged hold reset hole for 20 secs followed by shorf press power.
6) Same as above but hold power longef.
IF ALL ELSE FAILS, LEAVE TO CHARGE ALL DAY AND REPEATS STEPS TOMMORROW.
If this helped ( I know its a samll community) thank me!

Plug it into the genuine charger and leave it for half an hour, see if anything happens.
If still nothing happens and you try holding Power+Home for about 10 seconds and still nothing happens, then it might be spare parts.
Not to sad like an ass but on mine you have press the power button like a man. I had the same issue in my first night with it.
Mine totally died like this. Had to send it in. Came back all better.

Twist off and twist on the replaceable plug on the charger (requires some muscle). Many users reported their units were not charging properly because of the poor connection.
Then charge your TouchPad for 10 minutes, then try turning it on using the power button. If that fails try the hard reset by holding power and center button for 30 seconds.
These devices are said to be unbrickable, as USB is said to be connected directly to CPU, so one kind of boot or another should always be possible. (Unless of course the hardware is defective, can't do much then)

I Cant turn on my nook. i even bought another power cord. im holding the N button and the power button together but noting is happening. are there any other known fixes?
you only need to hold the power button in about 2-3 seconds
do not hold the N button and the power button at the same time, it will go to factory reset.
thanks
I have seen it take longer than 2-3 seconds to clear. One way I do it is be in a dark area and you can see the edge bleed around the corners of the tablet when in a sod state. Hold the pwr button in until you see it flash off - release the button and turn it back on. It has always worked for me.
yeah, i wish this nook had a little red/green LED ( light emitting diode ) to help tell what state its in. it'll sometimes look like its off when it is actually 'on' and you can tell ( very suttle ) because the back light is on.
I took apart my GS4 today and discovered that the problem causing my phone to turn off on the boot screen is the power button. This was a complete random and freak occurrence. I have had a case on my phone since the day I bought it and I can't see why the button would be damaged. I removed the physical button (the one you depress with your thumb / finger) and still the phone would turn off incorrectly. The issue has to be with the power button, but it's soldered on and I have no idea what to do or how to go about repairing it.
Hello,
I was playing a game on my Black Shark 3 Pro and it just shutoff. Now, if I press and hold the power button, nothing happens. If I plug the charger in, it doesn't charge. The phone seems to be completely dead.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this before and what ended up happening? Is this something that can even be diagnosed if I take it to a repair place? I'm assuming they'll have to take it apart and if they can't fix it, I'll get charged anyway for the work of taking it apart. Is there any hope?
Thanks,
Ben
While this is not normal behavior, here are some things you can try. First, power-cycle the device by holding the power button for 20 seconds, 5 times. Attempt to start the phone by holding down the power button and the volume-down button at the same time. This will start recovery mode where you can perform a factory reset. If this does not solve your problem, please follow these steps:
1) Let your phone rest for 12 hours (do not charge);
2) Charge with the official charger and cable for 6 hours;
3) After 6 hours, disconnect then reconnect your phone to the charger. A low battery screen should appear;
4) Do not attempt to boot. Allow it charge for 1 more hour;
5) After 1 hour, your device should be ready to boot and power-on.
if those methods don't work,give your phone to phone repair place
