Note 2 4.3 OTA update stuck on note 2 screen - Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II

Phone was never rooted it was my mom's phone and she decided to update to 4.3 today and well now it's stuck on note 2 splash screen. I can't enter recovery I can only enter download mode.
So I downloaded 4.3 Odin file and flashed it and it passes that and reboots but still gets stuck. I also tried flashing that pit file with Odin and it's still stuck.
Is there any other way to fix this or am I gonna have to bring it in to Verizon and have to pay to fix it?

Now that it flashed in Odin successfully can you get into the stock recovery? Sounds like you need to do a factory reset if you can get into recovery.. If not take that piece into Verizon they will give her a new phone
Sent from my SCH-I605 using xda app-developers app

Fixed it, I had to odin my s3 back to stock in order to get that verizon upgrade assistant program to install and I connected note 2 in odin mode and did a repair device which basically wiped it for me and its working again ^_^

The real question is are all your buttons working properly? if you are in odin mode and done a flash, you now have to go into recovery mode and wipe out other things from the previous update so you are not stuck,

Hi..i don't have this model but to flash a pit file you need odin to flash it as the phone has to be in download mode also and if the phone cannot be put into this mode then flashing cannot be done, if it is a hard brick (hardware related) then the phone will require a jtag service to repair it. does the phone still come on to the mega screen?
Thank you for quick reply

Another Soft bricked s4... normal recovery method not working?

So I had my verizon s4 on Hyperdrive 18. I decided to switch to something else because I would randomly get busy signals when calling people, when they could call me fine, and was not successful in diagnosing that problem. Tried flashing Blackbox 3.2.3 through safestrap (this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...m-blackbox-3-2-2-vzw-black-apps-aosp-t2835282) but got a bootloop. Decided to go back to stock since I couldn't access safestrap through odin as is done here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2578209
I downloaded the full wipe emergency repair and the PIT to go along with it, followed the instructions in odin 3.09, but get write errors like so:

So what do I do? Get another tar from somewhere else? I can't find any other tars to download, surge recommends sextape's nc2 tar but can't find a dl link anywhere. Androidfilehost is down right now too and no one seems to mirror anything :/ Any help is appreciated.
Edit: I think I solved it and got back to stock verizon nc5. Followed this guide: http://www.androidrootz.com/2013/06/how-to-unroot-unbrick-galaxy-s4.html and so far everything seems to be working fine. The tar I used for odin was from sammobile.com, you have to register to download.

Always back up your data
Always assume flashing anything will delete your data.
If you are talking about the 6.0.1 firmware, nope it didnĀ“t delete any of my data. Like always, search before opening a new thread.

Boot Loop After Trying To Root

Ive been having the problem since i rooted it via iroot on my phone.
its a note 4, SM-N910F. Ive tried many things to get it out of the loop for example hard reseting it via recovery mode but everytime i try it the page dosnt show up it goes to download mode and with an error saying couldnt boot normal mode.
ive tried to download stock firmware and flash it via odin but everytime i try that it gives me an error, i dont know if its the wrong firmware i downloaded or its the phone itself. on sammobile i couldnt find the firmware i was looking for because i live in australia and there is no international one available,if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
This is the error message from Odin

i forgot to mention this but when i tried to fastboot it happened, that was the problem that caused it to go in a boot loop
