Dead xt910s haaaalp - Motorola Droid RAZR

Hello forum,
I recently came across a Chinese edition of the Xt910, the xt910s.
I'm not a bright man and i did several stupid things without reading.
I followed this guide to try to install a new firmware on it.
I now have a dead phone, which has CustomerID (CID) error.
I have no backup whatsoever of my CID.
How screwed am i?
I should note that i found a Retail Chinese 4.1.2 instead of the 4.0.4 which the guide suggested because I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE. I never got to the part where i should install the update.
P.S. When i received this phone, it had no firmware at all and was stuck at AP Fastboot mode. (Bad Flashing of EU firmware, while it was the Chinese edition XT910S).
I ran out of juice and i force charged directly the battery with a usb cable which i modified. So battery is not a problem.

link on the chinese site says: fastboot-p2b_spyder-umts_spyder-user-4.1.2-6.7.2_GC-404-430-release-keys-ChinaRetail-CN_chn.tar.gz (which means it is 4.1.2 not 4.0.4 from my understanding)
and this is the one i downloaded and tried. Before that, I erased CID (from the guide i posted) and i flashed retail British .I got CustomerID error.

The only firmware that i can flash is
9.8.2O-124_SPUEM-14_S7_USASPDRICS01RUKE1007.0R_USASPDRJBRTGB_P011_b57374ab5a_p2b_S1FF_fb_CFC.xml_2
and not the chinese
fastboot-p2b_spyder-umts_spyder-user-4.1.2-6.7.2_GC-384-402-release-keys-ChinaRetail-CN_chn
i flash it and i get a PASS on RSD Lite but even if i boot to BP Tools i still am stuck in the Moving M animation. Any help?

Anyone ?

Enter boot menu,select "recovery" option.
Android lying down with the red triangle will show up,press "vol- "and "vol+" at the same time. Then you will get more options, one of them is "wipe data/factory reset",select it.That should help

I got my phone to recharge now the only problem is that i cant flash any other firmware. I flashed 9.8.2O-124_SPUEM-14_S7_USASPDRICS01RUKE1007.0R_USASPDRJBRTGB_P011_b57374ab5a_p2b_S1FF_fb_CFC.xml
Now i cant flash any other firmware like VRZ_XT912_6.7.2-180_DHD-16_M4-31_1FF.xml
I wonder why?
Also there is still the issue with its recharging.. Does recharging also depend upon the firmware?

Phone stuck in boot loop

Hello guys,
Sorry if this has been posted, but I was unable to find it on the forum, and I searched, a lot.
Problem is that suddenly, the phone got stuck in an infinite boot loop. It powers up, shows the white screen with black letters Blu boot up screen, and then powers back off. Then repeats.
I'm able to press the Volume Up key, and it gets to the Recovery menu, but before I can do anything, it powers back off, and then repeats the loop.
Any ideas? Help? Will be much appreciated. Thank you!
Try reflashing Lollipop stock ROM using SP Flash Tools with proper drivers.
Install VCOM drivers for MTK.
1. Download SP Flash tools for the BLU Vivo 5/A55 Slim from here
2. Download the repair ROM for the BLU Vivo 5 from here. This will remove everything on your phone, completely resetting it.
Note: This is the repair ROM for the BLU Vivo 5. If you are on some other Device, please use a google search and locate the repair ROM for your specific device. It will be approximately 1 to 2 GB in size.
3. Flash the repair ROM to your phone with SP Flash Tools.
4. Use OTA to update your phone to Marshmallow.

Hi Letrix, thank you for the reply. I've seen some posts about re-flashing, but the idea is to keep the information on the phone, specifically, the photos. Is there any alternative to re-flashing without loosing the information?

Facing a bricked phone

I'v got the global Note 9s Curtana and after getting the V11.0.9.0 i had an issue with the wifi, the device it self turns off the switch again and again. I have to tell you it's my first time with MIUI and i'm not a specialist of that, so after some trying to get a result i made my phone brick.
Now there is a red triangle on my screen with the "!" inside and in the bottom line says " The system has been destroyed".
I tryed to flash a ROM with MiFlash Tool but allways get an error.
I got a unlocked bootloader and i can reboot into fastboot.
Do anybody know a solution to help me?
