I thought all my phones were S-off and I screwed up big time.
looks like I wiped the system instead of flashing the boot.img for S-on
I can get into TWRP.
I can push a Rom but it will NOT install and when I reboot the rom is deleted from internal SD card.
Unable to mount /data
Unable to mount system
If I attempt a normal reboot it gets stuck at the HTC boot screen. Holding the power button with or without volume down is unresponsive.
I tried relocking and RUU. gives me an error and will not complete.

Any thoughts to getting RUU to work or another solution would be much appreciated.

I have done that already. Next to last paragraph in op.
Or are you suggesting I do it again?

You Boot loader is or still Unlocked. Lock it before run RUU
also you need the right RUU for Hboot 1.33.0001
Check RUU version on Firmware here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2612740
Solved
The phone was on 2.07 firmware, internal storage may have been wiped and the 3.06 RUU.exe would not work.
I followed @.torrented Alt 3.06 RUU method.
This method only works when you are locked with a stock recovery.
@.torrented - Big thanks!

While trying to restore my Rezound to Stock, I was able to Relock the bootloader but then I haven't been able to get past the Hboot or Fastboot screens to load the ROM. I can't get to recovery or anything. I've tried loading the recovery by using "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img". For some reason it fails. I have the recovery file in the same place as the fastboot file. I'm not sure why it doesn't work. What should I do next, been trying for hours now to get a ROM to boot up... Thanks for your help!

you cant flash a recovery file while the bootloader is locked.
Are you on the latest OTA? ICS Leak?
You probably don't have the correct kernel installed. Coming from ICS to GB I'm assuming?

You need to unlock again before flashing a recovery

Thanks! It's working now...
Thanks guys! I just had to unlock again and the phone booted up fine! Now I just have to find where I went wrong trying to go back to stock. I believe I may have the wrong "tools" in my root folder?
Go into hboot and type in everything starting at the top. With this info we can help you further.

If you want to go back to stock, you can lock the bootloader and RUU. You'll have to use whatever version your firmware is currently on (so if you flashed the ICS firmware, you would have to use that RUU, if you're on older firmware, flash whatever GB one you're on).
Edit: You can flash to a newer RUU too, obviously, you just won't be able to go backwards again later.
If you have a custom boot image (kernel) or recovery (I think) then the stock locked hboot will have a ***SECURITY WARNING*** and will not allow you to boot. You can still RUU from this state. Unlocking the bootloader will allow you to boot. I believe you cannot RUU from an unlocked bootloader, but I don't remember for sure.

today I tried to root my phone and followed the instructions and get success of unlock the boot loader and s-Off using JuopunutBrear.
However, every time I try to reboot the device always stuck on JuopunutBear screen.
Run "Control Bear.exe" on my computer, it detects "JuopunutBear S-OFF success"
Whatever I select install JuopunutBear modified hboot or not, it always stuck on "JuopunutBear" screen finally.
Just wondering what's wrong?
Thank you very much.
BTW, there is no "Recovery" in JuopunutBear Bootloader.
So how can i install another rom that stored on sd-card?
Down load this and follow it to flash a recovery. I hear the 4ext is the one to use. I personally have used CWM recovery for a long time on many phones and like it. But 4ext has a good review.

You can change back to the old bootloader by flashing one of the ph85img files in the super cid thread.

Any help would be nice, Thanks
edit: When I try to flash firmware or RUU it starts to update, but it says Fail-PU next to everything. When I try to flash from command prompt it says image update error

Your hboot is not showing any radio???
Start fresh with a new download:
Go here: http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/0...ull-ruu-build-4-03-605-2-for-the-htc-rezound/ and download the latest RUU. Place it on your sd card, check MD5, and rename it to ph98img.zip . Reboot into bootloader and it should flash it.

Tried it and it did not work. Still Fail-PU next to everything. The only thing that is successful is #16 TP.
If you are reinstalling a Leak RUU you need to relock your bootloader.
troy7548 is right. Relock your bootloader and the latest RUU should flash fine (I'd do the most up-to-date one). Since you are S-OFF you don't need your BL unlocked. After you've gotten the RUU installed and everything boots, Delete the zip from your card then flash this firmware:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1843030
This will give you the latest firmware but re-enable fastboot commands on the locked S-OFF bootloader.

I have been through and still in this mess since last afternoon, totally noob at the beginning, so forgive my stupid mistakes please.
1. I tried to use cwm v4.0.1.4 to flash the cm9-20130310-nightly-shooteru.zip (with gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip)into the phone, and wiped cache and data before install zip. But after the installation, the phone just stuck at the HTC logo screen, fastboot mode and cwm are still available.
2. Flash in the boot.img but no luck.
3. Tried the official RUU_SHOOTER_U_ICS_35_S_htc_Asia_HK... but error 155 was reported.
4. Then I do some google and drag the rom.zip file from the RUU, renamed it to PG86IMG.zip and copied it to my SD card. FASTBOOT loaded the file, but the situation doesn't change a bit.
5. Google again, change my CID according to the android-info.txt extract from the ruu rom, relock the phone, and the RUU installed successfully, at least it looks like that at the moment, but it comes out that it just stay in boot loop.
6. Now I dont even have the official recovey(also boot loop), unlocked it again thru htcdev, tried to flash in the cwm touch v5.8.0.2 for shooteru, did not work. So status right now is unlocked, s-on, hboot 1.53.0007, no recovery, keep rebooting.
7. Exhausted and frustrated, I come here for any help. It's driving me crazy now, 'cause this is a friend(a girl indeed)'s phone.
I really need your help, pls!
Appreciate any relate information and concern in advance!

rerun the ruu and set to the factory mode in hboot, problem solved!
forgot to mention
I don't know if this still matter though, I can see the cm9 robot screen after the RUU install failed in the step 3 because of wrong cid, but it stuck about 20 minutes, so I changed to the RUU method.
I think you have to be on an hboot 00007

thank you, I found out this and solve the problem by reinstall from the ruu, forgot to delete my post.
My phone was acting up by randomly shutting off....so I decided to do a factory reset. Sort of knowing and not knowing what to do I went into twrp recovery and not only doing a factory wipe, I wiped the internal sd as well. This got me stuck on the HTC white screen.
As of now...I'm on the boot screen where I have this...

I've tried locking the bootloader and flashing the RUU and PH98IMG_ICS_4.03.605.2 but got stuck with a message that says "older hboot version" or something like that.
I've also tried fastboot boot boot.img as well but no luck there.
Also tried installing the ph98img.zip and flashing that in twrp (version 2.5.0.0) and that failed to (error flashign zip /sdcard/ph98img.zip)
At this point, I've been mulling over info on xda and other sites....i'm pretty much lost and at a loss...dont know what to do?
Anyone willing to guide me through in getting my rezound to work again?

Originally I tried the RUU ICS 3.14 , but the hboot was older.
Tried the latest PH98IMG ICS 4.03 and then the firmware and loaded it to the sd card so it would go thru hboot. I did lock the bootloader. Then loaded the boot image. But still go the white/htc splash screen.
when back to the bootloader screen, when hboot ran, it kept saying the image wasn't on file.
when in recovery, tried wiping dalvik cache and everything, sometimes it would fail...something about eemc not mounting.
Either I'm not doing something right (most likely) or something else is the matter with the phone.
