Hi im a newbie here.
I am a micromax a110 aka canvas 2 user, i purchased this unit from the philippines. I have flashed my fone to mr. Patani's JMP XTREAM (ics) and i noticed that my proximity sensor wa not working but i get used to it. And then i flashed again to cynus t2 for the jelly bean update and my 2 sensors didn't work! And then i read about mr patani's JMP for jelly ean but sadly my sensors are not working also.
Please someone help me. Mr patani or someone,please,i definitely need your troubleshooting for this problem. I want to update my fone to jelly bean.

Finally after several emails to micromax i got 4.2 update for my a116 near my locality (initially they asked me to travel 100kms from my home) at a service centre.
After getting my glossy a116 updated to 4.2 i want to root the phone. But as its micromax and very little amount of earthlings are proud owners of such a cheap phone so i couldnt get much developers or rooting info about the phone though xda has some rooting tutorial but all those are for 4.1.
Any idea any1 as how to root A116 having 4.2 stock rom?
Or just the A116 4.1 rooting tutorial will work?
and anyone rooted their A116 4.2 phone? or any problem in rooting A116 4.1?

I'm using iball andi 4.5h ,and wanted to know that can I flash 'za985 onesribe' jelly bean custom avaible on this site(xda-developer..
) as both phones are similar and based on same mtk processor,if not, could u hlp me in finding or developing a custom for my iball andi4.5h it would b very hlpful for me if u couldhlp me.thak u

hi buddy... i have also the same phone... we have a group dedicated for this phone's development in facebook... i can't post the link since i am new to XDA... i myself have ported many ROM (ICS and JB) including the one you want... all links are there in facebook... you can search and check out....

thanks for the concern, but I found some custom roms for iball andi4.5h,but the site from which i've downloaded the has removed the links but no need th worry .i've posted the download link of xperia jelly bean and lewa os for iball andi 4.5h on 'skytech' site just search for on how to update iball andi 4.5h and u'll get the skytech site in there go to bottom of page .i've posted the download link with anontmous name. Just download and flash .don't forget to change language after flashing .i flashed the xperia jelly bean in andi4.5h and is good everthing is working except for the face unlock app. Pls try them thank u.

Thanks for ur concern but i dont need to... I have more than 15 JB roms for andi4.5h.. because i coocked them... these three roms u posted ... belongs to our community... so stop stealing people's work without proper permissions.... or credits... for all our roms u need permissions... so by "i've posted the download link" ... u are claiming these roms of urs... i need to take care about that... need to talk to xda and our group moderators (i am one of them).... need to see what can we do to stop this great theft....

pls read it carefully. there is no mention that it's my work .the site from which I downloaded it is 'blog.rafaelsouto.com' and I got this site through one of the xda post itself .this site was developing custom rom for andi4.5h,bq aquaris and phones similar to them.but if in any way my post offended u I'm sorry for that.

sir what rom should i use from the other thread you have that is JB and already rooted compatible for lenovo s720 that is smooth and battery efficient?
1.[Custom ROM] DRX.1.8.4.0 ICS ROM for Andi4.5h
2.[ROM] MIUI V5 3.6.7, Jelly 4.1.2 for iBALL Andi 4.5h [smooth/fast/better]

i am really sorry... i thought u have same phone as mine... but u have a lenovo s720... look buddy .. there is no JB kernel for ur phone i guess .... so none of the JB roms will boot in ur device... for the time being be happy with ics... or u can try other variations.... check out here...

among these all would be compatible with lenovo s720 as long as u have s720 JB kernel... for DRX 1.8... u have to replace the boot.img file with ur current boot.img to the zip file and then flash... Bizugo is most interesting and butter smooth rom... but again it is JB....

Developers ported Amoi n820 jelly bean 4.2.2 rom in to Micromax a110 divise. officially micromax company gives 4.1.1 jb only.. but after port amoi rom the rear cemera not working.. i know here very expert developers in xda forum. please its a humble request to all dev solve the isse..
