Guys, I was trying to flash a CM11 ROM with Safestrap and it got crazy saying my internal storage was only 1.6GB, I was kinda desperate and wiped the internal storage but after that the phone won't start, fastboot, nothing. When its connected to the charger it gets stuck at the motorola logo and connected with usb it lights up the front led. but nothing happens.
Can someone help me flashing the rom again back to my Razr? Can be the stock ROM.

If you have an XT912, you can use Matt's Utility.
For XT910, use RSDLite to flash your stock ROM.
Lok for those in dev and general section.

Thanks for the reply, but RSD does not find my phone (XT910), it won't boot on fastboot.

Well, some had luck to RSD even when fastboot was not available.
You should re-install the drivers. Also, there's a chance your battery is out of power. You'll need a factory cable in that case.

I know I'm really late but you don't need a factory cable if your phone battery is dead. You can cut off the tip of your cell phone charger's Micro-USB and attach the appropriate wires to the battery terminals inside the phone. I've done this before. I was in Safestrap and wiped my phone's Stock ROM. I bricked my phone and had battery life under 10% so Matt's Droid Utility wouldn't work. There is a video on YouTube showing how to do it. A factory cable is preferable to the method I used because you'll need a new charger obviously.

Before some of you gets upset with me posting the same kind of question, please know that I looked at the forum everywhere plus some other forums and tried almost everything. Here's the summary.
I recently got Droid Razr Asia version and I upgraded to EU Retail rom n rooted it.
There was one problem that I noticed that only bluetooth was not working.
Checked online, and found out that it's the radio mismatch b/w EU and Asia version.
So I downloaded RAZRX rom and was trying to flash it again with bootstrap.
So the process started and in 10 seconds it failed.
So I tried to search other forums ...
at some place i found that ... after Hard Resetting, clearing catche; I am also supposed to format the system.
So I followed the whole procedure, and turns out that again it does not get FLASHED. So I downloaded the ASIA version again and tried to format. It did not work. I tried with EU version, it did not work.
So after getting tired, I tried with RSDLite to flash through PC.
That's when I found out that ...
It detects the phone ... but the phone has no EMEI, software version or any other details. Everything is n/a.
Still I tried, and it said "fastboot installation failed" or somethin like that.
And now my phone is stuck on red motorola logo.
I tried to power off and go to bootloader fastboot ...
and it says "Fastboot Locked ... Press power button to power down."
I tried with the DroidRazrUtility1.4 also ...
But it does not detect the phone.
I tried other few things I found online. But nothing worked.
I also drained the battery by keeping it aside to see if the fastboot gets unlocked, but it didn't work.
However, I haven't removed the battery yet. Cause I do not have the tools.
Please can somebody tell me step by step approach how to do this?
Because I haven't found out where I am going wrong in the given methods. and btw, I have followed everything exactly step by step.
Really appreciate any kind of help.
Thank you very much.

Probably not. I read on one of the forums there might be a way around the battery being low. I think it was here in xda. Do a search for fast boot install or battery, something like that. If you find that doesn't work you would have to make the tbh cable which allows power to the phone without a battery, or in your case a near dead battery.
Sent from my Droid Razr using Tapatalk
"Device is locked" is natural, (almost) all of our bootloaders are locked. Nothing to do with flashing official ROMs.
You'll need to make a factory cable if the battery is low, search the development forum for a guide.

With no usable recovery and no USB debugging enabled... You're in a really difficult situation here.
The only thing I can think of is, you can try reflashing the original stock firmware using the official methods. Never done this nor do I intend to so I have no pointers for you there, sorry. You might also lose your data, not sure. But hey, at least you should have a functioning phone again!
Perhaps the local experts here will come up with something else, so stay tuned.
You will probably have to fastboot a new rom. But first you will have to unlock your bootloader. See the guides at the top of the General section.
Well my noobish suggestion is start by fast boot flashing a current recovery. Then flash the zip file in your linked thread, and you should be up and running.
I've just used this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1163342
Now my phone doesn't boot:
"Failed to boot 4
Starting RSD mode"
Aparently, I can't use Fastboot anymore.
Is there a way to recover it using RSD Mode?
Is your bootloader unlocked?

Yes, it is.
But now I'm stuck at RSD Mode in the "Boot failed" screen
Relax, you've got a soft brick. You can recover.
Carefully follow the instructions on the link below (this worked for me). Keep in mind that your soft brick can turn in to a hard brick, so do this at your own risk. Flashing sbf files is risky, but at this point you don't have much of a choice.

Edit:
Good luck!

I was doing what you said, but now I've got another problem: The battery doesn't charge.
In the wall charger, it freeze in the boot screen. In the USB, I just get a green light.
Does anybody know a solution for this battery issue?
First off, did you successfully recover from your soft brick?
you could just use the lapdock and fix the problem from start..

take out your battery, plug into the wall charger to force it into charge mode. place your battery in the phone.
if this doesn't work, you'll have to destroy a USB cable and charge it manually.

Essentially its making a factory cable of sorts, I believe. Taking the + and - of the cable and directly touching to those terminals also of the battery while in the phone and force charging. I could be wrong, but that's what I understand of it.
That sounds like something I hope I never have to do.
dudsmat, how did it go?
Desktop chargers are cheap....no need to destroy a cable.

Hi
Please assist in this regard, I rooted my device and installed Rom Manager, and tried to flash MIUI Rom. My devices rebooted but were stuck on the Moto boot screen. I tried system recovery by holding down volume+- & power button, and it indicated my device were locked. My battery is flat and I'm unable to charge the battery at all. firmware 65.1.40.XT910.MERetail.en.06 Android Ver : 2.3.6. How do I get my device to work again amd where can I find the original Rom to flash with RSD lite ???
You feedback would be much appreciated.

I recommend getting a tbh adapter. It lets you power the phone directly from USB even with a dead battery. After that you need to use RSD liter or a similar tool to fastboot he phone back to stock.

so i have spent hours trying to install a new rom from stock on 2.3.5.
I have bricked it loads and arrived at moto sunfire 2.3.5 using rsd.
i know that it is quite hard to flash a new rom install to the photon but i managed to complete install using an AOKP rom but after install a restart and then brick so back to the sunfire, I was wondering if someone can have a look at the install log and tell me what is going on and if there is a way of making it work? The bootloader is locked but installing using droid x2 recovery
THanks.

yeah i can't get back to stock either. and have no gsm capabilities. i need some direction or help with where to go next.
i'm up to using the sunfire sbf and cannot flash a kernel etc. i have used droid x2 recovery which allowed an install using aroma installer. then it hard bricks and needs an rsd reset, then back to sunfire, but there is not a 2.3.5 official update from motorola or android that has worked either.
You can't install custom kernels or installers on locked 2.3.5. This is how to unbrick it back to sprint. Other than that you are pretty much out of luck. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1798145

Look up USB wall charger hack. I can't remember which thread it's in. But essentially you're going to need a 5v usb wall charger and any old usb cable that you dont care about cutting and splicing. There will be 4 cables inside your usb cable. But you only need the Black and Red I think. Then you will need to directly connect the appropriate wires directly to the battery terminals t the correct polarity. I had to do it awhile ago when I bricked my phone and let the battery die. It works, trust me. Just gotta leaving it charging for a few hours. NM found the thread for you. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=376299
hello everyone,
guys I am "desperate".
well, I was using the rom LiquidSmooth v2.4 on my razr XT910 was two weeks and everything was fine, so that before yesterday stopped recognizing my usb cable. I made several tests and ended up deleting my internal and external memory (pure stupidity), along with my backup. Now my phone does not pass the motorola logo screen, and I can only enter the Native motorola recovery.
My cel is not being recognized by the usb cable, or in fastboot, ie, do not have to use RSD.
With that, I wish someone, a good soul, can provide a nandroid of a rom to be performed via native razr recovery. (remembering that the rom I used was 4.2.2 jb and my cel is retail.en.eu)
Man, already tried everything, so I have left it. I can not lose this cel, I have no money to buy another (student is a sh all poor. Hehe)
if anyone has another idea of how to fix my cel is welcome.
if you can help me thank you very much ...
ps: very good initial video for noobs, kkkkk
ps ²: do not speak English very well, so I used google translator, sorry an error.
