I got new problem today after installing legacycamera to fix cm10 ( from forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1910670 )
After installing i got new problem in ring sound when i increase or decreas it no sound will play like my phone is mute but media sound work well ...... how can i fiiiix it

Extract the rom zip. Go to system/etc & copy the audio_policy.conf to ur sd card. Then paste this file to ur system/etc folder of ur phone by setting permissions. Then reboot. See if this fix the problem

That should solve the issue. U can try to reflash the rom without wiping data (wipe cache & dalvik only) it won't make any more issues so I suggest u to give it a try or u have to flash the rom again with full wipe

HI,
I had the same issue, but with no reason. Uninstalled every additional soft, reflashed rom. Digging into net, looking for solution found nothing.
Yesterday I realized that I have accidentally switched "profiles" on in Settings. After switching profiles off ringing sound returned. I have tested it few times with different profile settings and always when profiles were activated there was no sound.
So maybe there is an error in profiles set up in JB or CM10?

Haha you're right, There's a bug in profile sound switching,
I also have facing that problem in December
Yeah, but with your own created profile it works, you only have to delete the existing default ones.

Yep, the problem was about the profile... What would fix the issue? Does somebody know?
tried various Dev. mode options like Bluetooth bit-rate and audio sampling but when i exit that menu and enter again they all go back to what they were on when i started dev. mode

i have the same issue on mate 10, after enable "usb debugging" and exit developer menu then debugging will gone.
I can confirm that settings regarding Bluetooth are not saved...
Update your firmware version. Mine do the same with initial firmware. Fixed after update.

Problem is solved with a factory reset
127(C432) Same here. A factory reset didn't do anything. Seems to be a problem with the firmware. Probably have to wait for an update unless someone finds a workaround.
My mate 10 pro is the same on 128 software. Wont save any bluetooth developer settings. Blue tooth sounds crap, it's not even close to my old iPhone for sound quality.
Im having same problem why wont developer options save on my Samsung Galaxy A71, can someone really explain why this is happening when all my software are up to date. I hope this a common issue and will be fixed or is this a defective or hacked phone ?

After updating my Pocophone, apps and notifications don't make any sound. I am also unable to record video, or watch YouTube through the YouTube app, although it does play through the browser, but without sound.
Anyone else experiencing the same problem and or have an idea on how to fix this?
Check if your phone is in DND mode? If not, do a factory reset.

Did multiple factory resets, definitely not in DND.
Fastboot rom again. Maybe corrupted files.

Try flashing your phone then! Nothing is wrong with the update.

The first roll out of 10.3.5 had a sound bug. Try checking the "check update" in settings again, Poco already is relaunching the 10.3.5 update with no sound bug. If you can't see it, either wait, or go to the mi forums and download the file

hi, i have some problems with the stratos 3.
1. in ultra mode I only have a black screen, although pulse measurement lights up green. the latest firmware is on it and I have already reset the watch.
2. When jogging, the pulse measurement initially shows values that are much too high.
3. The update of the training load and vo2 max is always in the app only at 00:00.
Amazfit support no longer responds to inquiries
I am very frustrated with the watch

Look for the thread about Stratos 3 US firmware installer, in the post of 4.2.4.0 version there is a trick to update/fix Ultra Mode resources (MCU resources).

Both procedures I told you have to be done in Smart/Normal mode as you need adb working on your watch, and in Ultra mode adb doesn't work.
Hello all,
I am new at running and looking to get a sports watch to track my runs along with little smart features like showing notifications and controlling music from my phone.
I have short listed two watches according to my needs. Amazfit Stratos 3, price 299 SGD or Garmin Vivoactive 3 element, price 267 SGD.
I need accurate GPS and HR along with less buggy software on watch and app.
Need help in deciding one of these two.
Garmin works well and reliable GPS is a must.
Amazfit (I have a first Stratos) is always in developpement mode, GPS not really reliable (not bad but not reliable), HRM really bad, tracking features not very well, connected features almost the baddest possible.... Otherwise it is an usable watch

If it is with latest firmware 4.2.6.0 it's normal everyone is facing this.
Roll back to 4.2.5.0
After starting the ultra mode my stratos 3 does not show any sensor readings when entering the smartmode again.
firmware: 4.2.8.0
Tried reboot, reset, wiping with adb. Using different watch face, starting ultra again, switching back to smart... (several times) nothing helps.
When using hart rate function in smart mode, led flashing for a while, then stops, no reading.
No steps reading no gps reading.
Watch worked fine for 18 months before I used the ultra mode once (forgot my charger on vacation...)
Somebody any idea....?

Well to start, after update Sony Xperia 1 III (QX BC-52) to latest system update build number 61.1.A.9.128 I noticed the following couple of problems:
1) When I am in an area where the network coverage is weak, when the phone does not use 3g 4g but only the 2g network, it sometimes happens that the phone cannot make calls as if there is no signal, and also a message for a missed call arrives, or when I someone calls the phone starts ringing and stops after a second, as if someone just called me and hung up.
2) When the mobile data is turned on (wi-fi turned off) and after that it enters the following applications, there is a problem with the interruption of the internet.
1 Music player - play song with max volume level
2.Facebook - start video with sound on max volume level
3. Instagram - start video with sound on max volume level
4 Youtube - start video with sound on max volume level
5. Viber video call
As I wrote at the beginning, I noticed these bugs after the software update. I have been trying to solve this problem for a week in the following ways:
- software reinstallation via Xperia Companion,
- restoring to factory settings,
- resetting network settings, returning apn parameters to factory values,
- despite all that, I took a new sim card, but the problem was still not solved.
After a week of trying to solve this problem, last night I was able to see exactly how this problem occurs, that is, what needs to be done to make this bug appear, and also what needs to be done to prevent this bug from appearing and what the problem is let me know if I do things to fix this problem. This software bug was confirmed by a few more people after the latest system update on a couple of forums (xda developers and reddit xperia. I post this problem on this two sites and get answer.
If you need I can record video and show this bug?
All that needs to be done to detect this bug is the following:
Launch one of the apps I listed above and do the following:
Press the volume up button to the maximum volume level or press and hold once. After that, click a few more times, but you don't have to, and then reduce it by one click or a couple of clicks and repeat this several times. AFTER THAT THE 3G, 4G ICON DISAPPEARS FOR A SECOND, APPEARS AGAIN AND DISAPPEARS AGAIN AND SO MANY TIMES UNTIL WE REDUCE THE VOLUME TO A LITTLE MORE THAN HALF. AT THAT MOMENT WHEN THE 4G ICON DISAPPEARS, DATA TRANSMISSION IS TERMINATED AND THEN THE INTERNET DOESN'T WORK.
I NOTICED THIS PROBLEM FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN I WAS TALKING ON VIBER ON A VIDEO CALL AND NOT KNOWING WHEN I VOLUME UP ALL THE WAY THE VIDEO CALL CUT OFF, AND THE SAME WHEN I WAS WATCHING A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE AND WHEN I VOLUME IT TO THE MAXIMUM VOLUME LEVEL IN A VERTICAL POSITION THE 4G ICON DISAPPEARS, AND IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION IT PUTS OUT THE MESSAGE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION, AND AFTER A FEW SECONDS IT WRITES BACK ONLINE. THIS KIND OF NONSENSE AFFECTS THE USER EXPERIENCE A LOT. IMAGINE WHEN YOU ARE WATCHING A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE AND EVERY MOMENT YOUR MOBILE DATA CUT OFF AND DURING A VIDEO CONVERSATION ON VIBER, YOUR VIDEO IS INTERRUPTED. I NOTICED THESE COUPLE OF BUGS, FOUND IN WHICH SITUATIONS THEY APPEAR AND WHAT TO DO TO PREVENT THEM FROM OCCURRING, BUT IN TURNS, SOME OTHER PROBLEM ARISES.
IMAGINE WHEN YOU ARE WATCHING A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE AND EVERY MOMENT YOUR MOBILE DATA TURN OFF AND DURING A VIDEO CONVERSATION ON VIBER, YOUR VIDEO IS INTERRUPTED. IF YOU SET THE VOLUME ON MAX LEVEL THIS BUG WILL TURN OFF YOUR MOBILE DATA EVERY SECOND, BUT IF YOU SET VOLUME LEVEL ON THE MIDDLE OR LITTLE HIGHER THIS BUG WILL BE GONE.
SONY XPERIA TEAM, I HAVE FOUND THIS BUG, AND RESEARCHED AND SHOW HOW IT AFFECTS THE USER EXPERIENCE, AND IT'S UP TO YOU TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE PHONE COSTS OVER 1000E AND I THINK IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT SUCH PROBLEMS ARE OCCURRING. OTHERWISE, I AM A LONG-TERM SONY USER SINCE THE AGE OF SONY ERICSSON. THANKS A LOT
This sounds like a flaw in RF shielding or power stability. The OS should have hacks to avoid triggering conditions of common defects - stuff like making sure variable digital clocks don't align with the radio signals and pulses of power consumption don't overlap to an overload.
If yours is uncommon you might need a warranty replacement.
My US model has a lot of weird radio, touchscreen, and fingerprint glitches that haven't been completely fixed in updates. Good luck.

One thing with this latest version is that magisk doesn't play nice. I think Google got johnwu to give up the back door to his method. I mean that using the Kirisakura_Sagami_S_2.0 kernel will cause you to bootloop. Until u reflash using new flasher to save your data

Which magisk you use ? I am on latest fw .219 and magisk 25.2 just works fine.

Yep Magisk 25.2 app and 25.2 (25200) Magisk install...just saw this and updated myself just to get the infinite Xperia Boot Animation

Both statements are incorrect. There's no backdoor that magisk is using. Magisk requires bootloader unlock, there's no backdoor needed.
Kernel works also fine on latest firmware on my end.
After updating my Sony Xperia 1 III to the latest software version build number 61.1.A.9.219 all the problems or bugs that I wrote in this post that I published here on XDA developers are resolved. No more problems with mobile data, no more interruptions during phone calls. Sony team, thank you very much for solving these problems that existed in the previous version of the software in the shortest possible time. Thanks to all the people who gave their suggestions on how to solve the problems here.
