No, don't uninstall anything the normal way. That's why I posted the screenshot. You have to open the xposed framework app, then tap "Framework" then tap the uninstall button like the screenshot.
Then go into the application manager page in the phone's settings, then find "S Health". Tap it, then tap "Clear Data". Go back and find "HealhService". Clear the data for that too.
Don't uninstall anything. You can't even uninstall those apps unless you're rooted.
Well...alright. Thanks I'll give it a shot

Guys, I'm running S Health with no issues alongside Xposed. Use RootCloak in Xposed and hide S Health. After rebooting, clear S Health's data and it should launch and run just fine. The whole build.prop bit (changing "ro.securestorage.support=true" to "false") didn't get it running for me, so I tried RootCloak and it worked.

Does this happen and how?
After I installed the official grupon app from the market I have been getting notifications every time the phone is powered up from being completely shut off for ads. It's weird as hell. Uninstalled the app but the ads keep coming. It's not a huge deal but it is annoying. I'm sure a full wipe would fix it. but I would like to avoid that if possible.
anyone else expedience anything similar, and if so how do you fix this?

Are you using go launcher?
I got my first one of those tonight. I have flashed my phone maybe 10 times but this is the first time it appeared. I flashed the latest KH7 version of Unnamed.
I would like to know how this happens, too.

Yes I am... Is that a problem with the newest release?
This has happened to me as well. I did a full wipe and it went away. These is probably some file that has been kept inside the phone to allow ads. If so, then its probably stored in a "residue" folder as I call them. Which is kind of like traces of an app. If there is none then a wipe will be necessary. Have you tried rebooting the phone? Or clearing the cache?

I'll clear cache now and see if its persists.
EDIT:
Ok just cleared my cache, wiped dalvik, battery stats and am repairing permissions in the recovery now. I'll let you all know what happens.
I have never had one of these notifications until tonight as well. I received it right after I had installed go launcher. First time using the launcher so that was my "calculated" guess. I rebooted after seeing it and it has not happened since.
Edit: are the three other posters in this topic using go launcher?
There are apps on the market that will tell you what it is....just search for Push notification something will come up..... illegal downloader apps are usually the culprit ...and its definitely not GO launcher they are on of the best group of Devs without question.....I have been using Go for 2 years pretty much exclusively and NEVER had a problem.

Have you uninstalled any apps you suspected? If so reinstall and launch it, and then run the Airpush app or whatever one you have. After it scans try uninstalling the app through the system settings....manage applications>clear cache then clear data and then uninstall. Thats how I cured my wife's phone when she was downloading music from MP3 Music downloader.
If that don't work you have a real good reason to reflash

Wow. Surprised no educated member decided to help. These are push-ads. They're generally caused by shadier developers of apps on the market. If you install an ad blocker from the market, and one for push-ads you wouldn't get these.
A better solution is to read what you download first, so you KNOW if the dev uses push-ads so you can avoid those apps to begin with.

I cant do that. I am switching from a Galaxy R I bought it a good while back. I did a factory reset, after that. It worked. But after that I tried again with a different app same issue. I think something is getting installer either through the updates or something else thats causing it not to work again.

Keep trying is all I can say, it will work eventually, keep tapping install, or try to long press home to switch to another screen and back.
Or press cancel and start over.

I had Google ears on my HTC Ruby and liked it. I couldn't find it on the market, so I stole the apk's from the Ruby system and installed on this phone. Widget works great so I thought I'd share. For some reason the GoogleEars.apk said something like "a signed version of this app is already installed", but I ran all three apk's and the widget works for me.

you dont check every box you need to make it look like mine and reboot. Which is why i posted that screenie. This really isn't difficult but I know a majority of people are just use to flashing **** in recovery. Take it slow.
1.Download modified GoogleEars.apk listed here.
2. In Root Explorer open up system/app and make it R/W
3. Delete the existing GoogleEars.apk and GoogleEars.odex IF there is one I can't remember.
4. Copy the modified one you downloaded from step 1 into system/app
5. The permissions need to be rw-r--r-- My screenshot shows how to do this in RootExplorer
6. Once permissions are done REBOOT and you should be golden
If that still doesnt work delete all of the GoogleEars.apks (The ones in sdcard/Download and system/app off of your phone and start again.
I really don't like writing directions for something as simple as this but good luck and let me know if you have anymore issues
Ill give that a shot, thanks for the reply. I didn't realize the permissions worked like that.

Just did all of that still fcing. Tried workout deleting all of them including reboot. On boot it said upgrading Android, I had hi hopes but no luck. Deleted all Google ears from system and sdcard downloaded from the op from your link. At permissions like your screen shot. Rebooted. Still fcing. Any other place I might need to delete from? I searched Google ears the other day and it only returned my sdcard and data/media/download. When I deleted from sdcard they were no longer in data media so I assume it is a mock of sdcard. Not sure why this isn't working for me but it sucks haha.

I'm using Super Manager and the attribute changes wouldn't stick on GoogleEars.Apk. It keeps reverting back to the old attributes being all check-boxes are check-marked.
Just go download Google Sound Search. It's what replaced Google Ears. Gives you a nice fancy widget and everything.
I have tried a few driving apps but I think what I really need, given the space on the Note II, is to just make my own driving interface out of widgets. If such a thing is possible. Unfortunately I am not finding what I need and I was wondering if anyone here knows of any matches
I am looking for a maps, or even better, a navigation widget. IE something I can place on the screen as a widget 4x4 or something like that that is showing the navigation app. using widgets which I can resize and place myself. I am essentially looking to make my own dash screen. But the key component is a widget version of maps and/or navigation.
If you change the dp in system with xposed, you can have floating windows. Then you can have navigation floating over all of your screens, and close it when finished. I know that this isn't what you are asking, just a suggestion.

It is not the perfect solution, but it works. Sometimes you havecto back out ofcit instead of closing it. Other than that, it is awesome.

Can you be a little more specific? Can not seem to reproduce that in xposed.
Sure thing. First install xposed, then install app settings. Enable app settings, then reboot. Gointo app settings, and click android. When the screen pops up, click on dp. Change the dp to 600x1024. Reboot, and you should have floating windows.
These are the setings I use. The only problem that I have had from changing this is my lockscreen rotates, and only shows 3 shortcuts on the lockscreen.

Yea the xposed mw breaks it. The Multi Window manager in the app store just got an update that fixes the S Health issues. Working great now. Now just need tp figure out the pen window app.

I just installed MW Manager from the Play Store getting the latest version and broke my S-Health. Version of MW Manager is 1.0b5. Was there a different version that fixed it?
----------------------------
I ended up uninstalling the MW Manager app and used the version built into Wanam. S-Health started to work again and I was able to add the apps I was looking for into the MW screen.

Yea, the latest updates for the MW Manager in the playstore broke S Health again. Ive tried reaching out to the dev, but no response yet. 1.04b Worked for me, but the latest two updates do not.

I'm using Pen Manager as well, but I also like the Multi Window .
Regarding MW Manager from the Playstore, I have it working now. It was user error on my part. You have to go into settings and check S-Health in the Blacklist. Works perfect now. I would use the option in Wanam, but I bought the paid version of MW manager to support the Dev. His effort and response time is enough to make me keep using his app.
