Need a little help - Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

This is my wife's evo LTE. I just rooted the phone and installed trwp recovery. I accidently deleted the os. How do I get back to a stock ROM.
I have a note 2 with a custom ROM but I am no experience with HTC devices.

First off, you should provide a bit more information. Like, your hboot, your TWRP version. Second, @Magnum_Enforcer has a guide for fixing your issue.

Being that you're hboot 2.10, that is the new partition layout. Did you run the RUU for android 4.3 sense 5? You must use a modified TWRP recovery built for the new partition. That can be found here:

Voodoo ota keeps root on 12b

Update 12/23/13:
XDA member shelnutt tipped me that freegee (free app on play) supports flashing twrp and cwm on 12b. I did it. Works. Back in bidness guys. Throw a thanks at shelnutt over in the 12b ota thread for the help.

Nope. Whatever the "Google Security Update" was had nothing to do with root.

Which TWRP file. I have tried many methods and files and all I get is the phone stuck on a black screen at boot. I can boot it back up, but it seems to corrupt the recovery. A link would be great. I returned to stock 10b, took the 2 OTAs then rerooted, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
How do we know you're not really a spy working with vzw to make us lose root!

Also you don't lose root.

Attention Everyone... You can keep your root if you use voodoo, yes... However, good luck getting anything other than a stock recovery. The Loki bypass on the bootloader is what I believe the "security" patch is. I tried using Flashify, Root Recovery installer, etc none worked. Black screen on recovery. Tried to push recovery through ADB only to find that the partition was denying access to write to it. However I did manage to flash stock firmware and get my custom recovery back with no issues. So, if someone can get a recovery going, that's great please tell us exactly how you did it, but everyone else consider yourself warned. Lol... And in all honesty, the camera seemed improved... Lighting wise that's it... Touch screen still acted retarded for me.

No 4g only 3g

I was having an issue getting into the recovery. I flashed a boot.IMG I found in one of the ROMs I downloaded. I fixed the issue of being able to get into recovery but now I have no 4g service, only 3g. Should I flash a different boot.IMG or something else? Need help.
I used fastboot erase cache to fix the recovery issue.

You can't use flash different boot.img from different roms.
What I would do it flash a stock based rom. After it boots factory restore it. hat will then replace all the system partition from there then flash the desired rom you want. See if that fixes it.
Downloading the rage dna rom right now. Going to give that a shot.
well, tried that with no luck. Still on 3g.

Try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2568696
Worked for me, I had the same issue. Pretty much the only problem I've ever had with this device.
Good luck. :good:
I did the instructions on the page you linked but that didnt make a change. Still no 4g. Just ran the 3.06 RUU exe but that didnt make a change either.
Then I guess you got a hardware problem, or there is no 4g in your area at this time.
Or you need a new SIM card.

the first name before the @ in the case "root" is just the username of the build machine HTC used. So it does not mean it was once rooted.
Ok, thanks, I just don't think I've ever looked at these before I rooted my devices and was kind of taken back by it.

Apply appropriate RUU for your firmware version. If you are on kit-kat firmware no full RUU exists so you would more or less be SOL.

Try running the 3.06 ruu found here. If it works then your all set. If it doesn't that might mean your on kit Kat and since we do not have an ruu for that then you may be out of luck.
Go here and try it.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2612740
Make sure your booted to the boot loader and you have the drivers on the pc installed correctly so it can run and complete. If this doesn't work your only option is a jtag. In that case which is worst case scenario you would need to send the phone out to get fixed. Hopefully you are not on kit Kat and the ruu works. The new ota was released a couple weeks ago so chances are she didn't accept it yet if she was on her new phone.

Do you have the original unlock code? Mite have to try firewater to unlock and soff again. From the looks of the pic you are on the 3.06 os but the newest radio and hboot. the link below has all the radios, hboots and firmware links. I think you need to flash back to the 3.06 hboot and radio and then try the 3.06 ruu again. Hope this helps

Hopefully they don't charge you. The signature check is basically saying you don't have permission to do that because you have security flags on and your locked. Your probably on kitkat and that's why the ruu won't work. With out soff you can not downgrade the system so it's not allowing it. And since we do not have an ruu for kit Kat yet your out of luck. Like I said you can jtag but because of your time restrictions and having to send it back to Verizon that's not an option. Sorry I couldn't help you out and things didn't work out.
