Omega not moving to latest Samsung ROM? - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Unfortunately, since my post count is low, I'm unable to ask this the official thread for Omega, but rather have to ask it here in the Q&A section.
The most recent Omega ROM based on Samsung's release is v58, built upon Samsung's XXUGNB6. However, it appears that Samsung has since then released at-least 1 update: XXUGND5 around 2014-April
Other Samsung based ROMs (like Android Revolution HD v52) have moved to XXUGND5, but I like Omega and would prefer to not move to another ROM.
The other Omega ROMs (AOKP & Omni) seem to be regularly updated, so I'm wondering why Omega didn't embrace this Samsung ROM.

[Q] Any Galaxy S2 (XEU) ICS Stock ROM, Email Bug fixed

Gents,
I am looking for a pure ICS ROM with No Bugs at all and must have standard apps which come with ROM, some kernel tweaks and OC possibilities. I have looked at most of the Cooked ROMs but generally they have a bug or more. Is there no such ROM without bugs, I cant use Stock ICS 4.0.3 for my GS2 as I don't like Touchwiz.
Also I would like to know, if I can flash Galaxy Nexus Rom on my GS2 or will that cause issues?
and the last one is, How easy it is to use AOSP code to create a stock ROM?
Look forward to your replies.

Clean ROM / Removing Touch Wiz

So pretend I am not a fan of Samsung Touch Wiz on my note or really any other Samsung Device I have, is there a way to make it a clean version of Android? Have there been any Jelly Bean clean rom's yet
Code:
for the Note?

Try here ....and BTW ...
You have been a member since 2008, and this is your 1st post ???
Cool......and welcome back ....g
TouchWiz is Samsung proprietary user interface, so you won't be able to clean it out. To be touchwiz free you will need a AOSP rom, like CM10 based roms. Head over to the development section and look for AOSP or AOKP roms.

[Q] Custom roms for NFC version

Hi, what roms can I flash to my 8160P (NFC version of galaxy ace 2)
I saw some new custom roms in the development forum (Miui, CM10...), but I don't know if this roms are available for the NFC version (of course I supose that I will loose NFC funcionality)
Thanks!
I'm running CM10 on my Ace 2 without problems. Just use this thread. It should work on all ROMs (but I didn't tested it yet on MIUI, PAC etc; but since they are all based on CM it should work on them as well)
And BTW next time post your question in Q&A section.

custom rom for galaxy player 4.2

So I've been googling forever now trying to find a cusrom rom for the galaxy player 4.2 and unfortuently can't find one is there any out yet? I have it rooted with a custom recovery any help :/
Actually, there is, but their not exactly "custom ROMs", they are stock based ones.
- ChaOS ROM: It's a 2.3.6 XXFL1 Based ROM, with two different Themes (Jelly Bean & SGS3), made by @ChaosChris. You can see in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2279806
-BigRom (A family-based ROM): It's a 2.3.6 XXFL1 Based ROM also, it counts with the default theme, ad-blocker, and the newest version of BusyBox, made by @[email protected]:-$. There is the Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2499635
Given the above. And all users are encouraged to read the development threads. As XDA is not a support site, this thread is closed.

Best stable daily ROM?

Unfortunately my LG G4 decided to crap out after 4 months and my S4 have a stuck power button, so I am stuck with a family members old S2 (att) until my warranty g4 shows up. Phone is totally stock and wiped clean on 4.0.4.
It's subjective, but what's the consensus on most stable, latest build ROM that won't sacrifice any critical features (use it for work)? The stock 4.0.4 and the att bloat are kind of killing me.
Thanks

SHOstock3 v4.0 is the latest touchwiz based rom, based on international XWLSZ stock firmware. It is 4.1.2. I've been running it for several years now.
The latest AT&T stock is I777UCMD8 which is also 4.1.2.
Here is the rom thread. Unfortunately the download link for the rom is a 404 link, so I've uploaded the install file here SHOstock3-XWLSZ-v4.0.zip - 407.75 MB
The other stable 4.1.2 touchwiz rom is [ROM]-[I777UCMD8]-[COOKED v2.2]-[4.1.2_JB][10/08/13]
Anything more recent than that would have to be AOSP based. There are several options in the dev forum.
