hi everybody , im having a problem in my WhatsApp , i just redownloaded it to try another number for few mins ... then i redownloaded it again to back to my number , but when i putted my number it force closes itself .. i dont even know why , i tried to reboot + redownload and the same problem please help me

Do you have a custom recovery? Try wiping the cache from there..

I have the exact same issue!!!!! I was on nexus 6p and on latest 7.1.1 custom ROM and it worked and never ever was a problem. But yesterday it just force closes randomly and I opened it nope FC again I tried everything deleted reinstalled I even reinstalled my damn ROM it's unrelated to the ROM it's all to do with WhatsApp themselves. Pretty sure me and you got banned for some ****ing reason so I emailed them yesterday no response then I emailed them again today

Reinstall all the system with factory reset via SEUS because I was in trouble like you with no possibility to install applications from the market...
But I saw something strange on my phone : google talk wouldn't launch since I update my phone with SEUS...
So the last update with SEUS was bad (however I did it with full wipe), shame on Sony Ericsson for doing so badly them job !

Have you tried guys to clear the cache and data of GoogleFramework, instead the Market one?
Hi. I had the same problem after i delete one of the googletalk apps.dont know which one it was. Reflashing via seus solved my problem.it seems that ur prob has sth to be with the talk provider or app. Sth like that.

Thanks a lot man..i also deleted the google talk somedays ago..but when I delete any app then I create backup of that..so I was having googletalk.apk and so I installed it again and now I am able to download market app.thanks buddy..

I think something has gone wrong in my Phone/Contacts apk..
1st. I tried to change the phone apk to achive a different look dialer, smthn went south.. its really not a big deal but its annoying! When i want to send text messege from the contacts i slide the contact left and get the quick menu to chose what aplication , my case is whatsapp/Messeges but whatever i chose Nothing happens, the screen blinks and nothing...
Ive tried to flash new roms(villan &Cm7) didnt fix it.. so i went back to my backup from CWM..
What i need to fix ???
i dont know even how to approach this problem...

Do you mind if you get Wiped? If not wipe everything with CWM then reflash Firmware that takes up CSC, PDA and Phone, then after that you can Re-flash Your own firmware.... It should work.

i am facing a unsual bug or something like that i guess i am getting a notication icon over my dialer pad but when i open it its all clear for sorting this out i even restarted my phone and cleared all my call log but still the "One" icon stay upon the dialer i even deleted the icon from the homescreen and re putted it from the menu but its still on it so a help will be great as this is not looking good to me. I have attached a screenshot of the bug in which you can see a notification upon the phone icon.

thanks for the quick reply bro but my phone is just a less den a week old and i have installed Asphalt and played 40% of that i dont wanna lose that any other way out to remove this

thanks all for solving my this query now can you all help me out in one more thing that i want to install a custom rom to my S3 but i have few question to ask Firstly as i dont have a external SD card inserted in my S3 so where do i put the rom file as in each rom they are saying to wipe the data, cache and other thing so will it wipe my rom file also that i have putted in the Sd card folder?? secondly can anyone tell me which is the best rom at the moment for S3 for smooth and lag free working of Jelly Bean?? and if i flash with a custom rom will I be able to flash it again to the official rom of JB released by Samsung?? and i have liked two rom which one will u suggest among these two

2. Android Revolution 10.0.0

Wipe data/cache/dalviks will not wipe internal memory. But accident do happens, so always backup important files.
Best rom discussion is banned. Anyway you can try the official JB (LIB).
You can always download to latest official firmware from Samsung through checkfus and flash using odin.

But play store just brings up an error "...could not be download due to an error"

I was on jb ..neatrom v5.6......then I installed neat ROM AOSP 4.4.2 KitKat ROM .....restored my apps thru Titanium backup .....when I am trying to use whatsapp. ..... My messages aren't being delivered.....
Then I even tried clearing d data of dat app.....now when i am trying to connect it says "unable to connect to internet,......please reboot your system"--(dis s s d verification step)
But my Internet s perfectly working in other cases
Let me know what more information you need mate...

Dude, Then try other rom. If you have the same problem. Try to flash stock rom then.
What about if you have ART enabled with an outdated version of whatsapp? Whatsapp has had it's issues with ART, or rather ART had issues with whatsapp...

Open WhatsApp, backup your conversations. Delete whatsapp and download/install again. Whatsapp will ask if you want to restore the conversations when you open whatsapp for the first time.
BTW the latest version of whatsapp works with ART.

Thanks GUys (Y) ..the issue is solved now... The problem was in Mobile Network Data settings, it was selecting some other network for Internet Data. I changed it to my internet data provider. Now its working smooth and fine...
