Hello everyone, I'm really confused with this large forum but I guess I should go for it here so that's my issue:
One week ago I found RR3 (Real Racing 3) on Play Store and I was very interested in downloading and playing it, so I installed the apk... Started downloading. One or two minutes passed and I was shocked that it only downloaded 2/3 MBs out of +400 MBs... Decided to leave it some more time but it was just the same, when I took a close look at the downloading screen I observed some green lines progressing then turning yellow and starting all over again, and after nearly 3 consecutive resets it turns red and disappears, or just turns black which gives no meaning for me at all.
After that long introduction, I'm asking if there can be any fix for this issue, knowing that I've been downloading though Wi-Fi all the time, I have 512kbps connection. If any solutions could be serves, would be absolutely appreciated! However, if not, then I would embarrassingly request some kind person to upload 2.4.0's SD Data for me? I know it's pain in butt but I really want to play that game!

Hello Cirybaby.
Have you been able to find the solution to the problem.. I too have 512kbps connection and it's been over a week now and it's only 2 percent till now.
Since I would prefer an official source, I Need an experienced advice.
THANK YOU
Well, I gave up since there's no wifi hotspots near me! The only way is to have your device connected to a fast bandwidth source, because the game's download manager sucks!

No, because I stayed in OP that I wanted the final version! Even if I managed to get the latest version, there are still a lot of assets to download :/
Does anyone has issue with the latest update of the game?
Everytime i try it CAN'T complete the download procedure it stuck at the beggining of the download.
My mobile samsung galaxy s4 i9505 android 4.4.2 doesn't has any issue about download anything from wifi or provider data.
So what is happening?
Contact the game's developers instead... I lost hope in the game even though I still want to play it.
I think that all this thing is due to servers...

Heyya....
I have something to share with.... I have 2 phones, and i tried to install RR3 on both phones.. And i found that, my XOLO Q3000 took too much time to download and it was still progressing ( @1MB/3days LOL!!)..... And on my HTC Desire 826 ds, it was a bit quicker ....( @approx. 25MB/day )..... The reason for this can be that, the game data for different GPUs might be stored in different servers... In that case, you might be unlucky...
Later one day, when i had access to high speed WI-Fi (4 MBps!!!! ), i uninstallled and reinstalled RR3 freshly on my HTC and was amazed to find that the whole game data downloaded in just 2.5 Hours (Wi-FI wasn't available for long, or i wold have downloaded all the assets at once). I didnt have Xolo then..... And just about a month ago, i tried to install it again with LTE (I hard reseted my phone by the time) , and again it was quickly downloaded in just one day(Took longer than Wi-Fi though).....
From this I conclude that, it might be the server which was giving slow speed at slower connection..... One more thing i found out is that, very less servers are available all-over world..(So, it might be getting downloaded fast somewhere, while it didn't d'load at all elsewhere...)
So my last advice would be to:-
-Find high speed internet........ Wi-Fi if possible, because LTE got disconnected again and again...
-Keep game window open AND DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF LOCKING YOUR DEVICE EVER!!! Else it's never gonna download..... I presume the game stops downloading, once it becomes inactive..
-Try closing the game and restart again every 15-20 mins. In case if your phone shuts down the game, due to low available memory or resource....
-Try not to download game data elsewhere.. Chances are that you might get banned... (I got my ID banned once :crying: )
-Last but not least, have some patience.... Because while the game was being downloaded, i noted one thing that the download didn't progress at all for about 2 mins. and suddenly it would progress 4-5 MBs alltogether...
Happy Playing....... And BTW, my Profile pic is a screenshot of RR3. And its really an awesome game....

I've discovered a severe "bug" that is not an isolated issue. I am using the AT&T branded Titan, unlocked on Telus Mobility. Works like a charm however after replacing my Titan several times I've discovered there is a MAJOR reoccurring bug in the OS which causes the Titan to "crash" when the storage capacity has reached a certain amount. I have tested it on several replacement Titans. I have also encountered this crash more than 10 times and can reproduce it easily. Other users have also reported encountering the same crash upon testing.
When this "crash" takes place when you have filled your storage with media or apps beyond approx. 75% (this may now be inaccurate). Based on my testing the crash occurs sooner when the storage is filled higher. In some instances it occurred within 20 min or less of storage reaching over 90% capacity. In a few cases it crashed the next day. These crashed are not caused by anything specific but will occur randomly. I've witnessed the crash in 2 forms. One a UI glitch which I will explain in a moment. The other is simply the phone being stuck on the white HTC boot screen which can only be resolved with a hard reset. The other more common crash appears as a UI glitch at first and you can no longer launch any apps, any tiles or anything at all. You are forced to do a soft reset (which tricks you to think this fixes the odd UI glitch). Upon soft reset the phone will take much longer to reboot than normal. This is because it's actually entering the first time setup process! Your Windows Live Hotmail hub and account settings are magically and permanently removed as well as your Facebook settings. It is impossible to re-add these back and it will only give you repeated errors when trying to do so.
However, all your previous apps, media and some settings will be oddly retained.. for a temporary time until another crash forcing a hard reset. Before this occurs I recommend transferring any personal media off the phone to risk losing it. At this point a hard reset is the only way you can re-add your Windows Live Hotmail account and Facebook account. And of course this causes utter sadness since you lose all your settings, media, apps and any Xbox Live game progress (in my case A LOT of progress).
As mentioned this is not an isolated issue and needs to be addressed. I have decided to contact HTC directly about this in hopes for a resolution. Originally it was thought when you go over 75% capacity of storage this crash would occur however I discovered yesterday that this crash occurred for me with only 7Gb storage remaining BUT was stable for over a month before the crash occurred.
I really hope HTC or Microsoft address this issue. I have heard from Titan users in Europe this issue was resolved in an update. However this update is not available to North America.
I have uploaded a video of the UI glitch version of the crash here and what occurs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2enkDBdixCc .
Oh man that would suck. Tomorrow I will fill my titan to the brim. Stay tuned

Filling my Titan up now, I'll let you know the result.
Filled to 557mb remaining. Filled with movies and TV shows. No panic attacks yet. I'll keep using as normal.
I have 1988mb remaining. Dint have much to fill but loaded with massive movies. So far no panic attacks. Using it as normal. Will give it a few hours or maybe even 24 hrs. Do you want me to do anything specific that will freeze it?
All apps launch fine from tiles as well as app list.

Give it a day or so I'd say. The first Titan would crash almost immediately. First sign is when hubs would not open. On the current Titan I had it filled for about 2 days then it started giving Active X errors in Internet Explorer while streaming html 5 videos. I had a feeling it wasn't normal so I closed IE then the phone crashed and I couldn't open any hubs or apps.
Lets see what happens.. Could take a day or so with heavy use. Based on my tests sometimes even soft resets can initiate a crash.
Could it be...
I filled my Titan to less than 600 megs after I added all my music and apps from my Focus. From time to time when browsing the internet, the page will freeze then IE kicks my to the homescreen. When I reopen IE, it's has no history of the page I was just browsing. This has happened over twenty times in five days I've had my Titan.

that's great news but on the ATT model I'm not finding any updates through Zune. I even tried forcing any updates but still nothing..
I noticed the same thing. I think it may actually be the app storage which you can change in the zune settings. I changed mine from 5 to 10% and so far so good. I wasn't that close to running out of room in my media storage.
@audichris9
Changing these values will not resolve the problem. If you record a big video on your device, you'll probably loose it. It append to me.
The only way is to wait the firmware release in your country.
i have been having the same problem.
i won my titan at a windows party, and now i have it unlocked to work on t-mobile. i thought it was because i unlocked it, it started freezing. but i hard reset, loaded it up, and then it froze again. im tired of having to redo the phone cus its like over 100 apps to redownload everytime plus music. also my google mail wont work so i guess i will be hard resetting one more time, and make sure i dont put as much **** on it. its got 7gb of storage still and your right no update for the US yet
The 2 Titans I have are also ones that were won from the MS promo parties. Not sure if that's related. So far this is the most stable its been, its been a week with no forced hard resets. But not sure how long I can go not adding media or recording videos.
I will say that it still hasn't been glitch free. Kik messenger crashes from time to time as went as internet explorer. But at least it hasn't froze or forced to hard reset again.
wow impressive but i agree its scary thinking if u add just one album the phone is ****ed. lately windows messenger goes out of sync and i cant facebook chat. very weird. i restarted the phone then it works. but when i go to settings and try and add it under accounts, it doesnt save. weird.i never had any problems with my hd7. now i get the phone of my dreams and it wants to be a ***** :X haha

I may have stumbled onto either a widespread issue with the Titan or just an issue with a small percentage.
I noticed another member mentioning their first Titan being a dud and crashing at 75% storage capacity. Funny enough I am also on my 2nd Titan and experienced similar problems both times.
Both become unstable only after I installed all my apps, games and media so essentially once it was fully loaded up. Then the phone would crash in some unusual and random way each time forcing me to perform a hard reset. Most commonly the hubs would cause a UI glitch not allowing any apps to be launch. I would be forced to soft reset where then it would take 4 times longer than normal to boot. Then I would be brought back to the Windows Phone first time setup but strangely all my apps and media would still be there except the ATT apps would be restored and some of the original settings would revert. As well you lose you hotmail setup and Facebook sync and neither can be restored without a hard reset so it's a catch 22.
I bought a second Titan thinking I had a lemon the first time but found the second one did the same thing to me once I followed the same routine. It's stable now only because I uploaded a bunch of media to the cloud this time and my storage is at 8.9gb remaining instead of the usual 2gb. I'm scared to transfer movies and other media on to it and fill it up.
Do you think it's an issue with all Titans when you fill it near capacity or is it possible I have 2 lemons? Wondering if anyone else has theirs over 75% capacity?

Ran into this exact issue. Just not sure how close I was to capacity, but I would imagine it was definitely over 75%. Not cool...
Curious if MS knows about this issue.. Or if it's Titan specific. I guess in that case we'd need a fix from HTC.
Either way we need a fix for it from either one. We shouldn't have to avoid using storage on our phones forever.

man my titan crashed again today. i was on the phone and got off and the screen was frozen. now the phone wont turn back on wtf! my hd7 never gave me a single problem and now i get the flagship Titan, and i cant load it to the max, i cant use fb chat. **** is weak. i am in LOVE with windows phone but this has bummed me out. tired of hard resetting ahh just a little vent
Guys have you tried 7740 update? Or the HTC firmware/driver update with new drivers?
Well, the title says it all. I recently had a predicament where my device wasn't receiving 4G. We came to the conclusion it was the SIM card.
My phone is pulling at least 9 MB/s usually, but when I load an app, 3 that come to mind are Facebook, Google Reader, and Google Now, it takes at least almost as long as 3G speeds to load anything... I just cleared the data on the Facebook app, tried to log in, and it took so long that it timed out and won't log in.
What the **** is going on with my phone? I got a replacement shipped to me, but I already sent it back due to the fact that I got my 4G connection back. It seems as though whenever I load anything, there's always this..... extreme delay to get everything started. If I open up Google Chrome, the phone moves insanely fast browsing. I don't understand what is holding back the other apps from pulling in a good connection.
Can anyone tell me what is going on with my device? I'm getting frustrated as hell.

Random, not probable, and i'm just thinking out loud since no one else is... haha
But, does it act that slow all the time (in those certian apps, or all around)?
When you conduct your speedtests, are you in the same location as when you are trying to use those apps that load slow?
The reason i ask, is because i recently troubleshooted data speeds on my phone that were frequently occurring, well as it turned out the "frequently" was only when i was in my barracks room. I conducted a test inside my room, slow as hell, i stuck the phone out the window and conducted a test, and it was instantly the 4G LTE Speeds. (Note:I have ALWAYS gotten good speed in my room up until like 4 days ago) I don't know if verizon changed something, or the tower changed or what, but it was random and yeah...

I've tried speed tests in various locations, and they're all pulling good MB. I've not dipped below 3 MB at all. It's definitely not a room situation either because I've tried it in different parts of my city and different houses/buildings. It's strictly my device.
Ugh... I have to call them again to get this issue fixed now. :l

Call them so they can what, tell you to enable/disable your data connection, then power off your phone for 30 seconds and restart, put it in airplane mode and then back out, then if all else fails restart the phone from scratch? lol
Sorry i couldn't help.
When u open app for first time it is slow, bit if you close app and reopen it, is it fast on reopening or just as slow? I know when I usr cache cleaner the first time I open apps it takes an extra sec to pull them open.

The only issue ive experianced is a lag and delay. Example in xda app hitting the next button for the page just sits there and I press it again then about 10 seconds later im up 2-3 pages at once.
Its the internal. App data requests that are lagged behind at times.
Hey to all!
I know you are tired of the title word but i have big issues with freezing
Whenever i download something, or watch online video my tablet freezes, so if i want to watch the video i cannot see it, first i must download it with tube mate, and that worked for some time, now i cant even download, i can download approx 10mb files and its ok, i mean, im in the situation right now where everyday im reseting tablet 5-10 times, my main acces is needle! Its annoying as hell and im loosing confidence in my tablet who i love so much, and it has changed the quality of my life in general, as all of you tablet owners know.
the other day i even got the error screen on startup like on pc, blue letters giving me options to restart, reset device or continue, luckily it went all good.
I must say my tablet felt on the ground, and cracked the case a bit, but i really hadnt noticed any change in general, its is ok... but it freezes as hell...

Maybe you did some slight damage when it dropped. If you are rooted try condis flasher tool so you can install a new os nice and fresh. If that doesnt work and you dont want to buy another than you will have to open it up and look for internal damage. ....or mail it to me so I can have it haha jk best of luck

Hello All you Android Whizzes out there,
I am having a NEW problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phone running 6.0.1.
as of sometime yesterday, for no reason I can fathom, the graphics for virtually all the games on my phone have gone all Blurry making the game unusable. All the non-game Apps appear to work just fine, but then they generally have static graphics.
I am worried there is something wrong with MY phone, but in a quick Google search, I found someone else reported the exact same problem just a few hours ago??
Anyone hear of this or have a clue as to what may be happening? is it a malware? Any and all help would be appreciated, and I hope the XDA community will be kinder than where that poor other person posted their query!
Thanks!
EDIT: Thanks to Ekrezem...
I looked at the Game Optimizing Service and it had been updated. I simply removed the updates going back to factory and everything worked!
You actually found it on a google search? May I know where you found it?
I just got it happening to me earlier today as well (about 10h? ago), and I still do. Hoping for some answers since I couldn't find it on google... Or I'm just bad at keywording, lol.
Mine is on a Samsung Galaxy S6 - Verizon, though.
Edit: I think I got mine fixed, but not sure. So far none of my games are being blurry, though.
You can follow this maybe? https://forum.supercell.com/showthr...esolution-and-blurry-screen-while-playing-CoC
As for me myself, I have package disabler pro. I went and disabled Game Optimizing Service from it, and rebooted. Boom, no blur somehow.
My previous temporary fix were rebooting until the game I want to play were not blurry, lol.
Thank you! This started happening to me as well yesterday. Could not figure it out, and all google searches and youtube vids came up empty on this subject. By chance, i found this thread just now, and it fixed the problem. I thought my phone was going bad....lol. Thank you!!!

Me too, and I'm in that period of wanting to sell my phone and buy a new one. lmao
Glad it works, so I guess its not just me.
Thank you PiperTim and Ekrezem.
I'm not very tech savvy, but you gave me enough to figure it out. Here's how I fixed it. I went into settings, application manager, game optimizing service and then clicked on more, and undo updates, back to factory reset . After doing this, it was still blurred so then I did a force stop on the game optimizing service and then everything worked again. All my games are clear and functioning normally. Thank you both so much!
Yup, that is the quick way out and I think it takes you back to 1.1.40.0, my wife has an identical phone to mine that was still working fine and she had 1.1.89.0, the one I believe I had when all went haywire was 1.1.95.2 which I am not sure where I picked it up (I think it installed with Twitter?)? I just tried loading the current one 1.2.07.1 and it hosed up my phone (Note 5) so, I would suggest staying away from anything over 1.1.89.0!
Had the same problem and disabling game optimizing service solved my problem! Thx OP and others for this thread and fix!!
OK, found the fix, but do I have to do it every day?
So, I had hoped that I would delete the updates and reinstall the last working version and be done!
Who knew I would have to do this at least once every day as they keep trying to push the newest version of the GameOptimizingService 1.2.07.1 out to my phone.
any way to stop this?
Hi there everyone, hope someone can give me some explanation.
I will not ask about technical poblem, its more likely about common problem but I didnt find the answer, so the point is, is it okay for my smartphone screen is always on for hours? What I meant is always on for full screen on apps not samsung feature always on.
For example I'm a traveler so I use google maps etc for my direction guidance,my phone screen will always on while navigating for almost 2-3 hour if there's no problem on the way, if there's a poblem I will played some games or watching movies while waiting, that's a total of 5 hour screen time continously for my phone.
To sum up, is it okay for my phone screen is active for 5 hour running apps, games & watching movie continously? Btw I'm using Xiaomi Mi Mix2S. Any answer will really be appreciated, many thanks..

The main disadvantages of keeping your device on for hours is the battery drain problem and heating of device
This may reduce your processor speed by eating up the RAM's memory however if you clear cache/davlik cache once in a while it may not be an issue
You are also advised to factory reset after a period of few months to avoid any lag related issues
Talking about the hardware it may become an issue in the long run but as of now it will be working fine
Apart from these you may have health problem which are not discussed here being an Android forum
Hope my information was helpful:fingers-crossed:

Hi milkyway3
Battery drain problem is inevitable, however my device doesn't feel hot at all, Xiaomi had done a great job with their phone.
Bottom line is, I'm concern if my usage style to my phone can effect on the phone, such as the screen black out or the phone go died on me considering I'm often in remote area which will be a big trouble if my phone go died on me.
Well hopefully for now it will be working fine like you said:fingers-crossed:
Any other input will be highly appreciated, thanks & peace.

If by any means your phone screen gets black out then as per your usgae it would be most probably due to a software issue
In case of such an emergency you can always keep a pendrive handy with you and a zip file Firmware of your device in the pendrive thenafter if anything as such happens you can install your firmware back via a Custom Recovery and everything would be fine
You can Google search for how to install custom Recovery and stock firmware of your "device name"
I recommend you to try it out once or a few times so that when you get stuck up in an emergency you would be easily able to use it
Note: This will factory reset your device
But at least you will be saved from such an emergency
