Hi. Everyone.
If someone has tried to flash a custom rom without backing up his stock rom, and messed up mid way by not installing custom rom. No need to worry Follow these steps
Go to
needrom.com/phone-roms/qmobile
download QMobile Z4 stock rom (You need Winrar 5 to unzip it). Unzip at your PC where u can easily access it.
Then You need MTK 6589t drivers (Download, Unzip n install) attached here
and finally u need SP Flash tool (Attached Here)
Just extract SP Flash Tool from Zip file and open it from Blue icon
Click "Scatter Loading" Scatter file is placed in the folder where you extracted the Stock Rom. (Dont attach your phone to pc uptill now)
Click "Download" on SP Flash Tool software and attache your Z4 with PC by micro USB cable. Phone will be detected and Stock ROM will be flashed in few minutes. A greenish Blue circle confirms Flashing successful. Close SP Flash Tool. Detach your Phone and Re boot.
My Qmobile z4 is full dead just read light show on charging time.

I will tell you the method that worked for me
Firs of al I highly recommend you to use the v.3 version of sp flash tool,it worked for me then download q mobile stock ROM from www.needrom.com select q mobile and go to page 2 and there u will see q mobile stock ROM select it and download it, once u have downloaded just extract to desktop and then open sp flash tool and then I formated whole drive with sp flash tool and then try format all and download option if that doesn't work try firmware update option, if even that dosent work try download option and hit download then attach your phone with USB cable to your computer and it will be detected as v com driver and then the download will start, once the download will finish there will appear a green tick mark just close it and power on your q mobile z4 if u see the q mobile logo then just press volume down + volume up + power button and you will go to factory mod then clear data and your q mobile will start and will work 100% ...
I don't know if this method will work for you I don't know what you've done with it, this method just worked for me and know my z4 is working like a charm

Unfortunately I am having the same problem as "sheridani"
My phone is also completely dead only charging light is on.
But the phone is being detected on the SPFlashTool, is there any other file that needs to be updated on the phone.

I just recently rooted my tablet and I decided to install a custom boot animation through my tablet, after installing it told me to reboot the tablet and I did it, in boot up screen it shows the new animation but it wont get away, it just shows the animation whole time, it appears that I cannot boot it up! Solution to solve lenono S6000 H bootloop
Hi mate l m here to help you out to retrieve your lenovo tablet you need to be patient and be determined okay try the following
1.download the lenovo S6000 h stock rom check out the exactly firmware download it
Also download the android USB vcom drivers the Sp Flash tool
2.download ultimate android tool box pro with this small utility tool you can flash the system IMG only from the stock rom you downloaded and your user data may not be disturbed
Okay find an original USB cable
Press volume up + power the tablet will boot into 3 options choose fastboot mode after that open ultimate android tool box pro navigate to were there is flash system IMG now click the option will ask you to choose the system img now locate the extracted stock rom choose the system wait for the tool to wipe partitions NOTE IF IT HANGS PRESS ESCAPE AND REDO OR REMOVE CABLE AND RE INSERT THE TABLET it takes about 30seconds to flash the LENOVO S6000 H system IMG and congrats your tablet should boot as usuall
IF YOU FAIL TRY THE FOWLLOWING
1.OPEN FLASHTOOL
2.CLICK SCATTER FILE AND SELECT THE SCATTER FILE FROM THE ROM
3.PLEASE SELECT DOWNLOAD ONLY DO NOT FORMAT

Then i wanted to root it thanks to super su.
So I install SPFlash tool on my computer and downloaded the recovery twrp on my phone. It worked great until I wanted to reboot into android. And than !!!! problem. I'm in bootloop. Nothing to do. The people who did it also said they were all satisfied. I need help pleease. After several unsuccessful tries I find myself without Custom Recovery and without system.

You can flash stock ROM again with SP flashtool.
Shut down phone. DL stock Rom. Extract this and flash whit SP tool. Works. Great.
First switch off your phone, staying the power button more than 10 seconds (release as soon as the bootanimation deseappears).
Then on your PC launch SP flash tool and use the scatter file of the last version ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/umi-z/development/compilation-original-roms-t3549971 ), start download, connect phone to PC and all is ok ! But factory reset...

I offer 50 Euro for help. My goal: to install custom recovery (most TWRP), install custom ROM (some stable version of Marshmallow) and root it.
I tried about 6 hours and I have had enough.

One of the official ota p9000 updates has a corrupt recovery. This is why you can't get into the recovery and why the official update fails all the time. (I think).
About the flashing part with sp flashtools. You need to install those mtk drivers with the driver signature turned off in Windows. Otherwise those drivers can not be installed on you pc and flashing your phone can't be done. Just search Google for how to disable driver signature for your Windows version.
About the part of making a scatter file. You do not need to make a scatter file. It is included in Roms that have a scatter file with them (the roms that are ment to be flashed with sp flashtools).
If you want to flash a custom recovery with sp flashtools. You load the scatter file of a stock ROM and make sure, in the download screen of sp flashtools, the location points to the custom recovery .img file. And make sure there is a check mark on the left of the row for the recovery. Otherwise sp flashtools will simply skip that part with flashing.
If you want to install a custom ROM without spflashtool. You need a custom recovery and flash it via the recovery.
I hope I helped you enough. Because this how it works for me every time on every mtk phone (that I owned). I do not want your €50

Hi, Just a couple of questions.

Things to download
I recommend you install the 20170112 (store on computer)here
Extract the RAR file, it is contained in a folder, no need to extract in a new folder.
Super SU root (store on phone, SD card preferred) here
And TWRP 3.0.2-8 from Jonny (store on computer)here
Go to Device Manager.
View - Show Hidden Devices
If you see MTK Preloader VCOM
or MTK USB Device, that's good. More MTK xxxxx the better.
Open SP Flash Tool
Load the scatter file from the load button. 3rd row down. Go to the Extracted RAR file and select MT6755_Scatter.txt.
Then press the recovery file location name (C: USER ........ recovery.img) and navigate to the
TWRP 3.0.2-8.img and select that.
Now Press the Download (green down arrow) button and then use the stock cable and connect to a USB 2.0 port, then while pressing the volume up button, on the P9000, connect the phone to the other end of the cable.
A Red bar down the bottom saying Download DA 100% should appear and then a yellow bar and some percentage, which will take 5 or so minutes to go all yellow then a big green tick on a pop up should appear and it's done!
Then go to recovery which is Volume Up and Power at the same time untill the ELE logo appears. When it appears release the buttons. Swipe the allow modifications and then press the install button, navigate to the SuperSu.zip by Select storage if you have an SD CARD, otherwise it will probably be in the Download folder. Swipe to install, wipe cache and dalvik, swipe and reboot system. Hope that works any questions just ask. Sincerely, X

You can try SP-Flash tool. Today I successfully flashed stock ROM through it.
For SP_flash tool go to official site: https://spflashtool.com/ and download the latest Smartphone Flash Tool.
Download Stock ROM from https://repairmymobile.in/flash/yu5014-flash-file/, get the latest version (2018-12-04). I used the same file and it flashed successfully.
Instructions:
1. Download SP-Flash tool.
2. Download Stock ROM.
3. Unzip both files.
4. Get into SP-Flash tool folder and click on flash-tool.exe
5. In flash tool click on Scatter-Loading and select MT6739-Android-Scatter (It will be in the extracted Stock ROM folder).
6. Choose Download Only mode. (will be below scatter-loading file).
7. Click on Download (will have download symbol above it).
8. Switch off your mobile and take original USB cable of the phone.
9. Connect USB to phone, after switch off hold volume down and then connect USB to Laptop/PC.
10. Rest of the things will be taken care by SP_Flash tool.
11. After successful completion you will see a dialog.
12 Then unplug USB and switch on your mobile.
13. You will be greeted with Android and YU.

I had the same problem, but i finally got it. First download the 12.5.7.0 rom from this page (Fastboot rom)
Xiaomi Poco X3 GT (chopin) Stock Firmware Collections
On this page, we will share all the latest Xiaomi Poco X3 GT (codenamed chopin) firmware flash files. To flash the firmware file, you need Xiaomi Mi Flash

Then, go to Mi Flash Tool (also download from that page). The version you need is 20210226
Then unzip the rom as many times as it needs, and copy it (the most decompressed folder) to the desktop. Then, launch Mi Flash tool and install the drivers in drivers page. In the right corner you need to select "Clean all". And.... FLASH!
It solved my problem. I had the same as you. If your computer doesn't recognize your device, stay in fastboot 30 minutes and it will turn off automatically (with usb unplugged) or if it says no digest file found, turning off in 5 seconds turn it off.
I hope this can solve your problem.
Edit: Then update the firmware to 12.5.8.0 OTA way. Don't obey people saying stupidities like "Buy a new one". This is a forum, to help people, and if u don't know the solution, DON'T SAY ANYTHING

download mtk bypass tool and spflashtoll , install mtk preloader driver , open mtk bypass tool and spflash tool , open scatter file from folder image( from unziped fastboot firmware folder), then click disable auth from bypass tool and put the device and hold vol up + vol down , when seccus click download from spflashtool good luck

1. Extract the firmware into your desktop

Long press power button to reboot until the poco logo shows up. It will reboot to FASTBOOT (aka. Bootloader)
While you're at it and if you have platform_tools,
10. Copy contents in platform tools and transfer to the firmware folder (or copy the insides of the firmware folder and paste it in platform_tools folder)
it will look like this

11. Run flash_all.bat and wait until the phone reboots.
if it rebooted, it should've reboot to miui.

worked for me same model , flash one by one , after flashing one then unchek it and go for the next one ,skip the ones with errors , keep going to the last one , when finish close and disconect ,now you should be able to enter fastboot mode, and now go to mi flash tool, and flash the official global rom ,it should be succed and boot your phone
