Hi XDA.
I've been trying to search for solutions to my problem, but I really can't seem to find any. If a thread similar to mine exists already, I am sorry.
Today i tried flashing a LiquidSmooth 4.4.4 ROM to my device, but the install of the ROM gives an error (Status 7). Now the phone is stuck in a bootloop.
Now I am trying to flash stock ROM with Odin 3.07 but none of the .tar-files I've been trying will work. I have also tried to install TWRP Recovery through ODIN just now, but it fails every time. I can't seem to figure out what to do now.
Hope you guys can help me. Thanks in advance!
This is what ODIN writes when trying to flash the stock ROM.

EDIT: When I try to boot up the device just with the power button it now shows white static noise all over the screen. I am in a panic right now, as I don't have the money to buy a new phone. I am afraid I have stupidly installed some kind of bootchain made for a Verizon S3 instead of the International version like mine.

Q1. Why are you re-partioning your device?
Q2. If you are re-partitioning then are you using the 3 file method with mx.pit?
Q3. Have you tried different USB ports, cables, restarting your PC etc.?

Your phone is bricked. Most likely by the same thing which is causing the Sudden Death where it can't even reach Download mode. Take it to a Samsung Service centre to be repaired, and remember you've never heard of rooting, flashing, download mode, custom roms. You only know about XDA because a Google Search lead you to pages and pages of broken phones.

Hi guys!
My i9300 does not boot and instead keeps displaying the samsung logo. It doesn't enter the recovery mode either, but does enter the download mode. So I tried flashing 2 different official ROMs but I'm getting the error:

Try another version of odin, different lead, port or pc. Ensure kies is not running. Follow the guide on flashing to the letter.
Download the rom from sammobile and check the md5.

I had a similar issue a while ago but it turned out to be an issue with the Kernel not being compatable with the Rom I flashed. I thought I had bricked it, until I flashed a stock kernal first then the stock ROM and it fixed it for me and it really does sound like you have the same issue, As for the rom not flashing its most likely a bad download try sammobile! let me know if it was the kernal!

boomboomer, Thanks for the reply. I have checked it all, now I'm getting the above error.
If you've tried all the connection issues then it appears your recovery positron is corrupt and can't be written. A rescue firmware, including pit might help but otherwise you'll need a new motherboard.
Search in general forum for the rescue firmware thread, follow the instructions.

Earlier it said something about the PIT partition, but I can't seem to find a 32GB pit file for the Sprint S5 - and it's not saying that any more. I am kind of at a loss here, and now my phone won't boot at all. What else can I do?
Thanks!
Try a different computer, seriously man. I had the same issue. Had to use my dinosaur Windows XP Setup for it to work.
