Hi. Today i received a new phone (MIJUE M680). And when i put it the sim card and rebooted, he just showed the message i mentioned above.
I have one option to say ok but 5-10 secs later it comes up again.
The only ways to stop it are to put my phone on airplane mode or to remove the sim.
I spent like 4 hrs searching on the internet and i tried multiple solutions (all without sucess):
1- I cleared all caches from phone and from messages
2- I did multiple factory resets
3- I checked the APN's and they were fine
4- I tried to delete or disable phone app but i can't do that without root
5- I don't really want to root right now because the phone is new and as we all IT DOES AVOID WARRANTY
I could really use help from anyone because its not the best feeling getting a new phone.:crying:
EDIT: The phone runs 4.4 android

I recently purchased an Optimus T and rooted it with z4root and then installed Titanium Backup to delete some of the preinstalled apps, like the Pacman Demo.
As I was removing each app, (~5 at this point) the Home button suddenly stopped working, followed by total phone death. Even after factory reset, when I was trying to access the phone, eventually I was shown a "... setup.exe stopped responding..." (or something like that) message and my phone just stayed stuck on the booting screen (android) every time I restart (w/o entering factory reset).
Does anyone have any ideas, or know which apps can prevent the phone from booting properly? A list of safe apps to delete would be helpful too. I thought I was pretty cautious with removing only non essential apps, but it seem bricked. Thanks again!

About list off apps, I have to agree. Even it there is litle problem with dependencies, some minimum describe of these issue will be great!!
So, about your problem - I think, that you will have to download original ROM and do flashing with KDZ_FW_UPdater. (search on xda for more information).
But definitely, if it's possible I would try to install custom recovery throw adb shell (android SDK tools) and do backup of system for possibility to recovery or saving at least few data, and after try wipe and install one of custom ROM.
This happened to me after I tried deleting preinstalled apps on my Optimus One... Sent it in for repairs since it just stopped working. The tech guy said he did a "software update" and everything is good as new (except for the LGMITS error once in a while)
They didn't even bother trying to fix mine. They just told me to send it in and gave me a replacement.
So I finally figured out what I did wrong - basically when I was doing the deleting, I accidentally deleted the LG Home app, which effectively deactivated my (duh) home button and effectively stopped everything from functioning properly. For some reason I thought it was just a simple link from my phone directly to the LG website, as would happen with new PCs very often. Well... won't be doing THAT again.
However, my web2go button isn't working. I have to force quit every time I try to click on it. Can I just get rid of it or will it just give me more trouble later on?
At least you knew what went wrong with yours... I was just erasing CarHome and Layar and the LG App Adviser among other things i wont be using like Twitter and Latitude.
And they even gave you a new one x__x I had to wait 5 days before everything was good as new. After the first fix, USB debugging and mass storage stopped working so I sent it in for another "software update"...
I have samsung Ace s5830. there was some problem with my ace i had sent it for service. It was back from service after 21 days and i was installing the applications back to my device. everything was ok. I had made the default install location as SD card using the method mentioned at
http://androinica.com/2010/08/how-to-install-apps-to-the-sd-card-by-default-on-android-2-2-froyo/
Suddenly I found that the applications installed in the SD card went missing and i was not able to install any application. I was stuck up at the screen "Installing......".
I changed the default location back to phone but still I am not able to install any application even from the market. Actually the application is not getting downloaded at the first place. The install button gets greyed and nothing happens after that in the market. Installing APK files gets stuck up at Installing Screen. I tried doing soft reset by removing the battery and inserting again, i also tried factory reset, i tried the wipe data/factory reset still i am not able to install any data.
before sending it for service i used to have around 50 MB free in the phone. but after sending it for service i now have around 120 MB free in the phone. Is something missing in the firmware? should i send it back for service. I dont want to do that as they will keep it for another 20 more days.
Kindly help.

Its a firmware error, if you can then check hubix tutorial on flashing. its very easy to flash if you read the instructions and follow as said.

Maybe this can help you:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103756
Try it! Was your phone rooted before getting back to service?
To me this one(link2sd) hase solved the problem:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=919326
After a normal reboot of my phone, it suddenly doesn't read my sim card anymore. When I turn it on, I'm not asked to enter the pin code and the phone doesn't connect to the network.
If I go into settings and change the pin code, or turn it off, I'm asked to enter the original pin code, so in that way there's still a connection to the sim card.
When I've done any of the above, the sim card seems to been "activated", and the phone connects to the network, and everything is as it should be until the next reboot. Then I manually have to "activate" the sim card again.
The phone has worked without any problems for a long time with the current CyanogenMod 9 custom rom and my current provider, and I haven't changed anything that suddenly can cause this.
Some suggestions to what can be wrong?
Does the sim work with other phones ? If so, it probably isn't a problem with the sim. In that case, try a factory reset in the first instance.
If that fails to work, try a fresh/clean install of CM9. If that doesn't work, reflash a Gingerbread stock rom & see if the problem persists. If the problem persists with a GB rom, then it's likely to be a sim/hardware issue.
The other thing that comes to mind is have you flashed a recent CM9 nightly ? This might explain it working OK previously with CM9 & not working now. Obviously CM9 is beta, and something funky might be going on with a more recent build/nightly.
I've now finally managed to find another phone and another sim-card.
My own sim-card works fine in the other phone - and when I put the other sim-card in my own phone it doesn't ask of the pin-code and it doesn't connect to the network.
So I believe my phone needs a complete reset - when I've got the time to do it...
One strange thing is, that at one reset earlier this week my own phone asked for the pin-code - but only once...??
I think I've found the problem. Either it's caused by Avast Anti-Theft alone or it's a combination of Avast Anti-Theft and CyanogenMod 9.
I believe it's the last one, because everything worked fine during the first time I switched from stock ROM to CM9, but then suddenly the error with the pin-code occured, and I could be caused by an update in the CM9 version.
But when I restored factory settings on my phone and started again from zero, everything was okay, and I was promted to enter my pin-code. It was the same when I restored my apps and data with Titanium Backup, but then when I installed Avast Anti-Theft the error occured again.
Actually I restored my phone once again just to make sure, and it was the same - when I installed Avast Anti-Theft, I was no more asked to enter the pin-code and the phone did not connect to the network.
So now I know what's wrong and maybe also why - but I don't know how to solve it...!?
My PHONE TO PULL MY GARBAGE
I have a Samsung Galaxy i9250 Nexys an a week ago began to reboot itself.
It is reset whenever you are required to processor and RAM, Example, in Settings >> Applications where the phone reads everything he has in memory is reset each time, to enter SETTINGS / APPLICATIONS also restarts as well as when use any other application.
Will not let me uninstall anything at that point reboots, and when I take pictures saves, but the next restart any applications that were installed (which could be installed) no longer appear, not the pictures that I make, videos, conversations via whatsapp and any activity that has taken the phone is not registered and the telephone keeps the settings at the time the problem appeared. I have photos and videos in the gallery to take before having the problem (automatic restore), removed and reappear with the reboot !!!!!!!!
Tried everything and nothing worked, NO WIPE (performs the process, but at the restart as usual), do not format (performs the restart process but makes no change), does not reset, does not restore factory settings, NOT WORK WITH STEPS NEXUS TOOLKIT.
Take a technician and he said he does not know why not answer the phone.
I played in the TWRP (recovery) to see if anything not to at least stop and restart hanging up to start reinstalling from there.
Nothing worked.
This is a solution? It is a phone that I have two years ago, I rooted six months ago and never had any problem always with flawless operation.
I could help ????

Hey there,
So my One X+ has been on the CM 12 for about 1 year now, but 5 days ago I was updating the apps from the google store as usual and then my phone rebooted.
It started Preparing apps, then the phone turned on. I got the message "Unfortunately, Trebuchet has stopped”, I get an empty desktop and after 15 seconds or so the phone reboots and start the process all over (preparing apps).
Any idea what I can do to fix the issue without resetting the phone?
I found this thread here but the problem is i dont have enough time in the phone to get to safe mode.
Sorry I am not the most skilled when it comes to dealing with the android platform
Thanks for the help in advanced
Edit: Ok so I Wiped the Cache and Dalvik Cache on TWRP and managed to boot, but the desktop and all the icons are gone, the phone is extremely slow, and as i try to get to the apps section the settings to force stop trebuchet, i get Settings has crashed msg and am sent back to the desktop and after a while the phone rebooted again.
Any ideas?
You can try to install a new launcher via the PC Google store.
Otherwise, try to go to recovery and factory reset.
Or try to flash another ROM. (Viper+)
When in recovery, you can connect your phone to the pc and transfer your files, if you want.
