there is no miui for i9100g.it is due to difference in processor and gpu and miui wont be compatible for i9100g.miui wont be available for i9100g but one day it will be released for our device.
It can't be released before cm7 i have found a person who is ready to help us out but he doesnt have the device

When will there be a ics rom for i1900G ? , it is very frustrating ,waiting for one to be released .
Can anyone ask well known developer such as 'westcrip' , who develop ics rom for i9100 , to develop a ics rom for i1900G too..

there is no ics update/ics based custom rom for i9100g yet.i dont know when it will be released but there are two options if you want ics
1.wait for ics leak/update from samsung so codeworkx can develop cyanogenmod 9 and other developers for i9100g can base their custom on the ics update/leak.
2.port ics from devices with similar cpu and gpu as i9100g like galaxy nexus,the only difference is the different chipset.if i did not help i am sorry.

can i port roms made for galaxy nexus to my i9100G ...?
well i am not sure but please dont try something that you aren't sure of.please don try and flash galaxy nexus roms on i9100g directly since they have different chipset it might not work but with editing the rom will make it work.but one day someone will port roms device when i had i9000 it didnt receive ics update but the developers ported it i9000.if you do not understand do replay because i will explain to you about what you didnt understand.

Install a ROM model I9100"G".
Good afternoon friends!
I have a GT-I9100G, Excellent team! The best I ever had, but it is in English, I would like to install a Spanish official ROM, I've tried several downloaded from Samfirmware.com / Sammovile.com and I could not find one in Spanish, oh and the strange thing is that only allow me to install a ROM model "G". the other not, but is the model I get an error I9100G with ODIN and the process ends. Then to get it back again in English, I had to reinstall the kernel to enter into "Recovery Mode" and then the ROM.
Where I can download a ROM for I9100G in Spanish?

If you could suggest any with its possible drawbacks I'd be grateful. I have heard there are many problems after upgrading to a new custom ROM ???
So can you guys give me possible options ?

Well as far as i know there's no Jelly Bean rom for 5830i at the moment. Development for cm7 is going on by our developer bieltv.3...
and comparison of roms isn't allowed on xda. Every rom has its different features, try them urself.
And pls dont make new threads for such questions, its already being asked a few times...so no point in asking agn. Search before posting..

Why don't you create a ROM? Just look the forum, there's tutorials everywhere! :good:

Im Glad to see there is an interest for ROM development on our device... Right now I am Trying to make CM10 for Pocket Plus (Coriplus) , Just having some hiccups though. I will post a Thread when there is at least a Pre-Alpha Build ... If anyone is willing to help out please PM me regarding this developement, (I think I will need it)

Ok sooo im no Rom developer... just a thinker and I happen to have a suggestion... for your troubles on cm 10 isint the like a way to use things(features) whatever to fix problems on cm10.... I mean use things from the stock Rom to fix the cm10

HI to all the Dev you must be busy in your project but i want to know if any dev can work on beergang roms and make it available for s3 GTi9300 because current no S3 device have BearGang roms..
I am not a DEV but will appreciate if any one agree to work on it..
