I ordered some replacement screen protectors from Mime USA on 7/30/14 and they still aren't here. I've emailed them twice and posted on their Facebook page but they still won't answer me. They replied to my email on 7/29/14 requesting a discount code for my cracked screen protector and as soon as I sent them my money they dropped off the face of the earth. Is anyone else having trouble contacting them? Did they go out of business?
No, they just recently announced that they will be releasing a tempered glass protector for the Oneplus a few days ago.

Maybe it is time to call the CC company and open a claim. Talk with your money when they will not respond with other more civilized forms of communication.
I got a replacement for mine in 5 business days, week and a half ago. Not sure why you are having issues

I have been trying to get a hold of these A holes for a few weeks now. Received 2 of three items damaged. The red flags should have gone up when I ordered the products from a company that does not have a mailing address or a phone number to contact.
Unethical pricks like this should be out of business. Clearly not a reputable company. Would strongly encourage people to avoid them like the plague. Just finished filing formal complaint through PayPal.

I've placed several (6 or 7) orders through them and have asked for a replacement code a few times and never had an issue, they have always been prompt and courteous. They even sent me a code for a free replacement at one point when it was my own fault for messing up the protector. From my experience I would recommend them to anyone. The people who I have suggested MIME to have had nothing but good things to say.

my screen protector recently started to show a crack on it. it's getting larger and larger (kind of like a windshield). emailed them and they said i get 40% off next order. warranty sucks.

I just ordered 2 note 3 feather glass screen protectors tuesday with a few red Home Buttons and my tracking shows they are out for delivery today Saturday.
MimeUSA is all I have ever used and I expressed my info that I have bought for all my family of 6 only mimeUSA and she instead of the 40% off she sent me a 65% off coupon code. Mine are out for delivery today. I would get back in contact if I was you and see what the hold up is. They may actually have ran out and isn't saying so. Good Luck. Love the Mime.

You must have bad luck or something. I had one protector from them on my Note 3 for 6 months and it was still flawless until I moved it to a replacement device and messed up the adhesive.

I no you can't post links here but I just saw a leather case made specifically for the gtablet in dhgate. Light sensor, camera, volume, power, other side ports aren't covered.it looks prettty good. Yep...same thing here. He did answer one email, stating that there was bad weather to blame. I responded that the tracking number he sent to me was bogus, and that either he lied about shipping it (which is fraud) or it was sent and there should be a different tracking number. I gave him till today to respond before I cancelled my order, and have heard nothing from him. RIP OFF! Caveat emptor!
Did you figure out how to get a refund? The dhgate site is a little misleading.
I just received a reply email from Zaki saying he was very busy, sorry that everyone felt he might be a scam, and apologized about the problems with bad weather and deliveries, but he encouraged we request refunds if we felt it was neccesary. I told him I would wait it out because I like the look of the case. Hopefully I'm not let down. I requested a status update for the time frame for the delivery, since that it my biggest concern. Are we talking days, weeks, or months......

I just received an email that my refund is being processed. Will take two business days.
I received the case today and it's the wrong one. It covers all the buttons. This idiot sent me something else, not the one pictured on DHGate. Do not buy from this guy.
I received word that I may be getting a few custom cases in the nest week or so. I try to keep quiet in case I DON'T receive anything and not to create false hope. So far I have been receiving things as scheduled.
When / If they come in I will write up a quick review and, of course, list what I have available for you guys that are holding out for one.

I know they were having tons of site issues. When I tried to order the VU charger in black, it would add 2 other color chargers automatically. And when I removed the 2 that it added it would add something else. It was a mess. So to answer your question, I wasnt able to order anything. I did email them about the issues but never received a response back.

I have gotten a response from them but all they keep saying is they got the order and it will ship soon. It looks like its outsourced to another company.
But overall customer service is just as bad as SPIGEN.
I had the same thing happen. I order on cyber monday. I added one VU to the cart and clicked submit and saw that 3 other VUs were also ordered. I emailed customer support that i need only one. I checked back after 3 days and saw that the order was cancelled. I emailed customer support again and they said yes order has been cancelled due to system issues and they gave me a 50% off coupon code (but it was valid only for one day). I used the coupon and placed a fresh order.

I had quite the opposite experience with them. Thought they had fantastic customer service. I ordered through T-mobile, had the cycling issue, I contacted them and they sent me a new one which I received in 4 days free of charge. I imagine they are just a bit swamped recently.
I ordered two but got no email or anything.
Edit: looks like I did get an order confirmation email back on the 2nd. Still no shipping notice or other sign of it. I also never got an answer from their Cyber Monday face-saving support page (I intended to order more of thier products at 50%-off).
I ordered at 0730 Dec 2, on Dec 7 I emailed because of no tracking info. I never got a reply, but as of yesterday I can go to their tracking link and see a USPS tracking # that leads to the USPS details. Tylt got my order on the 2nd, shipped on the 8th, and the estimated delivery date is Dec 16. Worse service than Spigen, but a big discount. If the charger works correctly I'll still recommend them.

Ordered around 3pm ET on Dec 2. Still no shipping. I think they use Technocel to do their order fulfillment. Might be time to find a new fulfillment service.
Tylt doesn't seem to send you any updates besides the order confirmation. I e-mailed their customer service last Friday before mine shipped and they got back to me within the hour. They pretty much said they received a lot of orders and they have been having trouble with their site so it was taking a while to process everything.
The best thing to do is just look under shipment tracking on their website. Whenever they actually ship the chargers, the page updates with a tracking number. Pretty much the only way to know if/when it shipped.
I already got mine couple of days ago. Ordered on cyber Monday as well.

It charges well, fast. Stops at 100%, fully charged notification icon and doesn't drain. Everything seems fine except below.
Sometimes it disconnect and reconnect by itself. I guess it changes which coil to use because of design flaw? It happens very seldom and not annoying. But I wouldn't recommend this product to others. I would rather go with sammy official charger.

I work for the Postal Service, and noone would EVER make a statement like that. Think about ANY business. Would they say "don't do business with us this week because we will lose/ruin/break your items".
That email is the worst lie a company could ever make. Think about it. They are making excuses for the delay so you don't blame them.
Thanks for showing me that. Now I will make sure to tell people never to buy from liars like Rhino.

Just my little input. They aren't shipping from the states. I mean they do have a point though with packages being stolen as I've had a package stolen once while it was at a USPS faculty. But on that note I wouldn't call them liars exactly. Just wanting to make sure you get what you paid for. I am not even mad as I still have the factory screen still on mine lol. But I get what you are saying though when you work for a company and someone says something against it.

What my point was, is that no representative of the USPS would tell a shipper, "don't use us, we will just lose your items", as stated in that email a few posts back. Neither would a representative of UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. That makes them a liar.
I never said that things don't go missing or stolen. It happens at every corporation, big and small.

It's supposed to be really protective. Like if you drop it the from really high it won't shatter or break, and you can apparently hit your screen with a hammer and it wouldn't break and you can drop a ball weight on it and stuff. It's plastic

Would have yesterday morning but I missed the FedEx guy. Hopefully this morning.

Same here. I called, e-mailed, XDA messaged, everything for almost two weeks. FINALLY got a response a couple days ago that said they were behind on the Pixel orders and promised it would ship this week but didn't indicate anything more precise or about expediting. Unfortunately, just means another week without protection on the device and I went and bought a Skinomi because theirs never showed up when my Pixel did. Frustrating as had I known it would be delayed, I would have purchased something else. I was going to file a chargeback if I didn't hear something when I did.

Ordered a black leather skin from them on Wednesday evening, got my tracking number yesterday. USPS tracking site sez it'll be here Monday.
Update: the skin arrived Saturday. Ordered 10/26, received 10/29. No complaints from me.
I've already applied it. It's very fiddly to put on (one piece covers sides and back), but I really like the fit. The sides wrap around and come right to the edge of the front glass.
Same thing happened to me. Ordered a Pixel skin on Oct 8th, didn't hear a thing. Called on 23rd and was told it would ship "within two weeks" I immediately requested they cancel my order and issue a refund and at first they said they couldn't. I said I would be happy to file a dispute with paypal, and they immediately issued a refund.
I had a similar experience with slickwraps a couple of years ago, and gave them another shot for the pixel. Not again. Plenty of wrap vendors out there these days,

When I ordered my Pixel 6. I was quoted $366 for my Pixel 5. Google received my P5 on November 2nd and has not done a thing since then.
Anyway has anyone done the same and received there credit?
On a side note, I did the trade in because selling on Ebay is nothing but hassle now days. You have to pay Ebay, PayPal, taxes, etc. With little profit. And hope that there is no shipping mishaps.

On a side note, I did the trade in because selling on Ebay is nothing but hassle now days. You have to pay Ebay, PayPal, taxes, etc. With little profit. And hope that there is no shipping mishaps.

That's too long. I got my $366 about 3 or 4 days after they received it, maybe 5 max. Time to give them a chat request have them find it and process it.
Just FYI eBay and PayPal parted ways a while ago and no longer do business together. With that said the fee turns out to be the same 13%. I don't know why you think selling on eBay is a hassle these days.. at least it's no more of a hassle than it's ever been. You can also use Swappa.
Google's shipping department is notoriously unreliable. From hours I've spent on the phone with them I've gathered that the shipping department is in control of many aspects of product fulfillment and the person you talk to can only make requests or tickets to them and they deal with it as they see fit.
I ordered a pixel 6 less than 2 weeks ago, got an email saying my shipment would be delayed, then the next day got an email saying my phone had been shipped.
When I ordered the pixel 2 XL they sent me two of them by accident. One of them had cracked glass. Both sealed in retail boxes.
I have a friend who ordered a phone from them and all he got was a sealed retail box with no phone in it. Of course they didn't believe him so he got stuck with the bill.
Contact Google and explain the situation. It could just be the timing being off or it could be a bug on your order. In any case it's best to start a history now with the support team just in case things go sour.

Shipping is slightly different than the returns. New devices are usually sent from Carol, Il I believe but returns go to Tennessee. I just checked @vandyman and I sent mine back on November 6th from the PO, they received it on Nov 10th and I got the credit on my account on the 11th. Yes my trade in was delivered in Tennessee on November 2.
I am on the Google store chat waiting list now.
I got a quote from Google for $159 on my Pixel 4xl, but decided to sell it on eBay. The last time I did a trade in with Google, they undercut my estimate by $75 and the phone was in mint condition.
I sold the pixel 4xl for a hundred more than what Google quoted me for, but after eBay fees I only cleared with $50.
So bottom line is you're going to take it up the @$s either way, it's just a way who gentler
I am still on a chat with Google support.
It sounds like they lost it.

I received an email that my Pixel 5 is better than what I have described. Lol
But they are only going to credit me the $366 that they offered on the trade in deal.
Email says it will take 3 - 5 days to see my account credited with the $366.

Awesome! I saw that some people got $400 even though they said 366. Mine was damn near mint too. Oh well. How's long did it take you on the phone? And did they tell you what happened?

I was on Google store chat for about 30 minutes while the girl went back and forth with the next tier.
Finally at the end of the chat. They said it would be escalated and they would send me an email.
Edit; (what happened to the Pixel 5)
They magically found it I guess.
