Has anyone else ordered the Tylt Vu charger during the Cyber monday deal?
They have yet to ship my order and when I look at my order history it shows nothing.

I know they were having tons of site issues. When I tried to order the VU charger in black, it would add 2 other color chargers automatically. And when I removed the 2 that it added it would add something else. It was a mess. So to answer your question, I wasnt able to order anything. I did email them about the issues but never received a response back.

i ordered one from T-Mobile a couple days before CM, but I am still waiting on my wireless receiver
Totally forgot I ordered this thing on Cyber Monday. No confirmation, or details about my order are available.
Time to give them a call.
Keep in mind that they ship USPS no tracking. Orders may have gone out and you not know.

I have gotten a response from them but all they keep saying is they got the order and it will ship soon. It looks like its outsourced to another company.
But overall customer service is just as bad as SPIGEN.
I had the same thing happen. I order on cyber monday. I added one VU to the cart and clicked submit and saw that 3 other VUs were also ordered. I emailed customer support that i need only one. I checked back after 3 days and saw that the order was cancelled. I emailed customer support again and they said yes order has been cancelled due to system issues and they gave me a 50% off coupon code (but it was valid only for one day). I used the coupon and placed a fresh order.

Odd. I've had excellent service from them so far. They aren't Amazon, but their commitment to satisfaction is the same. It is the holidays.

I had quite the opposite experience with them. Thought they had fantastic customer service. I ordered through T-mobile, had the cycling issue, I contacted them and they sent me a new one which I received in 4 days free of charge. I imagine they are just a bit swamped recently.
I ordered two but got no email or anything.
Edit: looks like I did get an order confirmation email back on the 2nd. Still no shipping notice or other sign of it. I also never got an answer from their Cyber Monday face-saving support page (I intended to order more of thier products at 50%-off).
I ordered at 0730 Dec 2, on Dec 7 I emailed because of no tracking info. I never got a reply, but as of yesterday I can go to their tracking link and see a USPS tracking # that leads to the USPS details. Tylt got my order on the 2nd, shipped on the 8th, and the estimated delivery date is Dec 16. Worse service than Spigen, but a big discount. If the charger works correctly I'll still recommend them.

Ordered around 3pm ET on Dec 2. Still no shipping. I think they use Technocel to do their order fulfillment. Might be time to find a new fulfillment service.
Tylt doesn't seem to send you any updates besides the order confirmation. I e-mailed their customer service last Friday before mine shipped and they got back to me within the hour. They pretty much said they received a lot of orders and they have been having trouble with their site so it was taking a while to process everything.
The best thing to do is just look under shipment tracking on their website. Whenever they actually ship the chargers, the page updates with a tracking number. Pretty much the only way to know if/when it shipped.
I already got mine couple of days ago. Ordered on cyber Monday as well.

It charges well, fast. Stops at 100%, fully charged notification icon and doesn't drain. Everything seems fine except below.
Sometimes it disconnect and reconnect by itself. I guess it changes which coil to use because of design flaw? It happens very seldom and not annoying. But I wouldn't recommend this product to others. I would rather go with sammy official charger.
Probably going to cancel my order today. They keep saying its shipping tomorrow and its not.

I just got off the phone with these liars. I told him the order page is back to saying 2-3 days, he apologized for the misinformation said it'd be about 1-2 weeks.
Think I'm going to find another source and cancel on these vermin.
As far as I can tell no merchant has them in-stock right now so it's really ASUS who's slow on the delivery of these. They obviously weren't shipping keyboards in conjunction with the tablets.

Fwiw, I ordered Thursday, immediately after seeing the "in stock" thread. That is likely the difference. I do not understand this manager saying it is not there though, uless he meant that it is coming in today, and the OP's place in line didn't make the cut for place in line versus items received. The swearing probably didn't help either, even though I fully empathize on the frustration level. :-\

Just got the email too.
Don't know where to go from here. No body had any in-stock last I checked. Gamestop had no date, and neither did Amazon.
Like a few others, I ordered late Thurs night when the status was "available ". My credit card was charged Friday, I was notified it was "in process" for 1-3 days, now today my status shows "shipped to warehouse ". I am confident in will get mine in a day or two. Am I pleased I paid $40 for express shipping and it's going to take 4 or 5 business days? No. But I think did not read where it clearly states it cn take 1-3 days to process so that is on me.
I'm sorry for those of you who ordered when it said "available " and aren't getting yours. I blame their stock tracking/ordering software more than the company being "dishonest ", I really doubt they tried to intentionally screw anyone. They actually seem like one of the few able to make deliver and are being up front about when they will get future stock.

What is the status of your order, was your cc charged, did/does it show as shipped to warehouse?
I bought my pad off of newegg.com last thursday. They have been showing up periodically, only when they actually have stock availible. In most states they don't charge sales tax and they ship very quick. I'm seeing only the grey docking station listed on their site at the moment but it is out of stock. All you can do is keep checking periodically as they will show up but sell really fast. But at least if you see it's in stock and buy it, you'll get it. This is one of the most reputable sites on the net.

don't cancel, you probably are going to get it.
I never seen the "shipped to warehouse" status, I only got "In Process" when I ordered.
I'm not canceling mine either despite receiving the two emails that they oversold. In part because he still gave an end time of when they will get more in, while the other online retailer don't provide any info when they will get more in.

perhaps us over here in Blighty are not so hard done by after all!! Whilst we are yet to get the TFP we will get it with the dock and our retailers do not normally tale 2-3 days to process an order as we can order of some sites up until 8-10pm and still get next day delivery.
Now I am seeing the positives of living on a "small island" as Bill Bryson would say.

I've had my Prime for a few weeks and have been searching all over for the anyone that has received there TF201-DOCK-CG in CHAMPAGNE Gold.
I have seen post stating they have gotten there Gray docks but not been able to find the CHAMPAGNE.

Haven't received it yet but I'm expecting it soon. I pre ordered one from Abes of Maine, and another from ShopBLT. Both are expecting to get a shipment of them on the 27th of this month, which is the best I've heard from ANY place so far. Whichever can send it to me first, I'll cancel the other's order.

When I spoke to the today they did state that this was the third time that they have had a push from the Manufacturer and this was not a firm data by any means. They also stated that while they have 371 coming in the back order was in the 400 range, but they expected 3% would cancel there order.

I ordered one from shopblt.com back on Dec 23rd with a ship date of January 5th. They wrote a very creepy email stationg the name and address didn't match to the card and the email verification could have been spoofed (I used my Gmail add) since it was a public domain. Then they asked me for a photocopy of my drivers license or a copy of my electric or gas bill to verify the address and name. They also stated this shouldn't be of concern because the information I gave them for the order was equivalent to personal info (essentially saying I might as well give the my social security as well ). I immediately cancelled my order as the ridiculousness of it was over my head. Might just have been me but beware! Seemed too creepy

I have it (well, had, send it back because of backlight bleeding). At least it is for sale in Holland (bundled with the 32GB Prime).
I pre ordered from Amazon on Nov 22 together with the prime. I have had the prime for weeks now but still haven't gotten the keyboard dock. I received an email from Amazon on Jan 12th saying the dock will be delayed and if I still want the order. I said yes, and nothing since then.

Well, Champagne docks have now been pushed into February. My PCNation order had been 2-5 days since last week and now is 1-2 weeks. Checking ShopBLT site shows they won't be in until Feb. 7.

They said it was nothing to worry about, just that it was to say they received a bunch of them and were shipping them out today and tomorrow. They also said to expect it to be delivered before the weekend!!
So, if any of you ordered from Abe's, you might want to email them and ask if anything new is happening.

CG dock still in stock at Newegg. Just ordered with overnight shipping. Charged and processing. Now... To Sell this gray dock lol
My CG Dock order with Tigerdirect (placed Nov 23) changed from "Backordered" to "In Process". They were among the first to deliver the CG tablet, so I assume this means they also received an allotment of CG docks and are starting to fulfill orders.
Thought I'd make a thread for people who pre ordered through Amazon instead of clogging other threads.
I just ordered mine today and its back ordered but says est delivery on May 21st

It says free activation for new lines... but when I ordered as an upgrade it said Sprint would charge me $36 activation. I called Sprint retention department and complained about their lack of lte, etc and got a credit to my account and a promise to waive the activation fee
To get free overnight shipping just email amazon and ask nicely. Include your order #. They were really cool about it.
The $36 fee waiving is for new lines only, not upgrades.
And don't worry about the backorder note, Amazon told me that's just a placeholder type deal. They told me that that all pre orders are on track to ship by 5/18.
My estimated delivery date is the 5/21.

I made a promise to myself to never do that again, so my next HTC phone will definitively be via Amazon for sure.

Yep they are giving a free car charger to everyone. Can never have enough of those generic USB chargers.
In all honesty, I doubt the Customs thing is going to affect pre-orders that much. Most of those phones have probably been in the country for at least a few days.
Those customs batches are for units not yet sold, I suspect.

Amazon often plays by its own rules. So I wouldn't be completely shocked to see them ship out preoders if they were able to get their batch. I know Sprint would prohibit them from doing this, but how effective could they be?

I had it change a while ago. My status still says this when you go to view order:

Just got my response back for the change in shipping. My order has been updated and says it will ship on the 18th and be received on the 21st. I figure Amazon will join the delay alongside everyone else, but they are taking their time getting that info to their customers, so I wonder if they will do anything about that... they are generally good with their customer service. I don't mind waiting if it comes to that.
Yeah I'm trying to keep my expectations low so I don't get disappointed but I'm hoping they already had some stock onhand before it went to backorder status and are still sending those who had preordered their phones on time.
On a related note, I did email again and requested for one-day delivery instead of the free two-day shipping that they automatically give you and score!

I've ordered from them before, yes.
Never an electronic item though, just the occasional case. They seem alright, plus you can get a free microfibre cloth if you use a certain voucher code (I forget what).
Ordered mine straight away, as the pre-orders I saw in The Netherlands were €300,- (Total Bull**** right?)
used your voucher, worked indeed.

Ordered yesterday at about 16:30 for delivery before 1pm today and here I sit...counting my steps and replying to texts cos there's not a lot else you can do with it yet......lol
MobileFun attach a letter to the box explaining that you shouldn't get it until the 7th because it won't be fully functional until then but they want you to have it early so you're ready to go etc.

Then their security team apparently weren't happy with my address I gave them; they said they tried to call me yesterday to confirm my address.
No missed calls, no voicemail.
Customer service asked if I wanted to verify my address...
By now, the watch is out of stock. Despite me ordering within minutes of them announcing it.
Not very impressed, and most likely won't order from them again. Not for electronics anyway.
^I hear you. I've just sent them my "thoughts" on the matter. That said, I've had a good few things from them in the past with now bother so I'm cutting them some slack. Their stock level calculations are obviously not to be trusted so I'll certainly think twice about ordering from them again.

Same here, cancelled my order. pre-ordered it from a shop in The Netherlands.
Selling a device saying it will be dispatched immidiatly and then say "oh its out of stock". not too impressed with that.
(As a web developer, I also find it a weird way of doing it. A proper system would be a count behind the article and every time someone purchases it the count goes count -1. till the point it has to say its out of stock.)

Really odd, ordered mine at 11:45 today and my status is packing ready for dispatch. Holding my breath now to see whether mine gets pulled. Maybe LG have leaned on them for delivering early.

It's not your fault so don't you worry. It did lead me to just cancel the order completely and take my money (which they still have!) elsewhere. I'll not be ordering from them again!

Called my local store and they have confirmed they do not have any g3s nor have any information on their arrival. I would just go to a Verizon store but I have a 50 dollar gift card that I can apply towards the G3!.

I didn't get an email today either but I went into Best Buy this afternoon anyways. I just handed the guy my pre-order paperwork and said "I'm here to pick up and activate my Verizon G3". The guy said "oh I think they're still in the back, they just came off the truck". Sure enough, he came back with it and I'm typing this on it now. I'm not sure if they weren't sopposed to give it to me or not but I figured I'd give it a shot. I still haven't gotten the email from Best Buy either. You might get lucky if you go in and just act like you got the email. Good luck!

Interesting. Maybe their just a little late getting to California stores....
The Best Buy stores in my area received them today (the 17th). We received the AT&T and Sprint ones a little ahead of the release but the Verizon ones we recieved day of. Give it a day or so and they will have them if they don't already. I don't know how the email system works, but it might indeed be worth it to walk in and ask.
Seems like the bigger city stores got them but not the smaller cities. I called my local store, Ames, IA and they said Des moines had some but theirs were still on order.

Interesting. It doesn't look like everyone has received these emails. When did you place your order? Mine was first thing in the morning on 7/11 and AFAIK they didn't have the pre-order available on 7/10 like VZW, so I'm fairly confident I'm one of the first folks that pre-ordered. A rep I spoke with did confirm that they're going to ship in the order in which the orders were placed, so maybe there's some sort of issue where they realized they don't have enough stock to cover all pre-orders and are send emails to folks who ordered after some cutoff time? Another possible thought might be that if you pre-ordered and had one of the expedited shipping options (i.e. your expected delivery was yesterday or today) and they knew they weren't going to meet the estimated time they sent the email?
All speculation of course hinging on my hope that I might see a new phone in the next 4 weeks.

Look like store availability is running on the site. Might what to check your location.
I think they are all screwed up over there. Has anyone tried to order and have the phone shipped to home? I keep getting that the shipping option is not available on the Verizon model. I went into the store yesterday and ask about Shipping and they said that this phone would have to be activated in the store.
Getting absolutely nowhere with BB support. Judging by the twitter conversation I had with them, it doesn't look like they've started shipping any devices at all, with no estimate on when they'll start.
Since we're all on here twiddling our thumbs until they give us something to chew on, anyone care to share when they pre-ordered and whether they've received a delay email?

You may want to check with your local Best Buy because I just checked a little bit ago on the website and it shows that my small local Best Buy has them now. It showed that they weren't available this morning.

HAHAHAHAHAHA! I'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing at Best Buy for thinking that's correct and laughing at that employee for having to make that phone call. They are just asking for it.
I just went into my local best buy and they didn't even know they had them in the storage shelves right behind them. I had to tell the guy the phone came out yesterday and then he checked for it. I didn't get to use the $50 upgrade promotion but they did let me use the $50 towards accessories like a screen protector, case, and audio aux cable. Loving the phone so far.
Had a pre order with Amazon.got an email this morning saying delay this delay that sorry wah wah. Cancelled order went on best buy website. Paid for replacement device(full price) got my your pickup is ready email. Typing from my amazing g3. Best buy chick was on top of it. Even have ne me the option for her to activate it or me at home. I said. Me (duh). Popped SIM in as soon as I was in the car. The rest is history. I did pay more at best buy but I call it a(I want my device now) fee.

Amazon, UDP, $400 Activation Fee
Wonder if you go with Amazon and perform sim swap trick to maintain UDP, would you be hit with the $400 fee for not activating it Amazon's way? Given the delays with BB, I'm almost tempted to take a shot with Amazon but wouldn't necessarily want to get hit with an extra $400 for not following their directions. Any experiences buying phones off Amazon but maintaining UDP with sim trick?
Went to best buy and upgraded with Verizon edge and they gave me a 100$ gift card. They had a 24 inch 1080p TV for 120. So I got the TV for 30$ put the door ..glad I upgraded
