[Q] I have sync the source of CM, how can I start to compile Rom for my own phone?

My phone has no official or unofficial CM supported ROM. I want to compile one myself.
I have builded the Linux environment, and sync the source code.
So now how can I get to start? Should I change the Drivers? or anything else?
Is there any complete Tutorial or Guide for that????? I have searched but I can find nothing about that!!
Who can help me!!
Thankssss soooooooo much! Vielen Dank!
Sorry for my poor English :>
You will have to create a device tree......
Does your phone match requirements for Cyanogen Mod?
Im in the same boat. No info on how to get your prop files.
Maybe Google building device tree.
Good luck.

Developing On Framework.jar Without "optimizing Apps" On Boot

Hi guys,
Searched all over the place, maybe I'm just not using the right terminology.
I'm modding some CM stuff in framework/base/core, which means framework.jar has to be built.
If I use:
Code:
dopush mmm frameworks/base/ -j32
ART(?) needs to optimize all the apps again.
This makes developing excruciatingly slow.
Does anyone know of a way to bypass this? A nudge in the right direction is also greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Daan
(Also posted this on the cyanogenmod forums, but thought I'd extend the reach a bit : ) )

Help with building CM11 for my unsupported device.

Hi.
Im going to build CM 11 for my unsupported device LG Optimus Lte2. I need help with many steps as im a newbie.
1) First of all are the steps explained here all which i need to do or do i have to do some extra steps with my mobile's boot.img as my mobile is an unsupported mobile.
2) i am very confused with making the local manifest for downloading my mobile's device tree, kernel and vendor.
To be honest idk where to get these three files from. I found a link on github but i dont know to recognize a device tree so can someone please tell me if this is a device tree? https://github.com/zcop/android_devi..._d1lkt?files=1
Please also tell if i download the kernel and vendor file found in that link or any other?
I would be very delighted if someone can make the local manifest file for me using the above link or atleast explain to me in noob-friendly way about how to make it.
3) After that i have to make device tree compatible just by changing the name and some contents of some files as shown in this post. Am i right? But in the post it was shown for slim rom. I replace slim with cm, right?
After that i compile the rom.
Is that all?

Odin Python Version [Leaked ?]

I just found a Python Project which made by a guy from Samsung since 8 months ago. I cant think why dont anybody else know that which existed on GitHub. But it was built for Linux/Ubantu/Mac Platform and its written in Python 3.5 with wx Modules.. (GUI)
* I cant upload screenshots rightnow due to my mac issues in these days .. but trust me it WORKS
* I guess this guy, B. J Mun, aimed this as public sharing but anybody didnt mentioned .. may be
* If u want to test it on Windows, there is a implemented version by ME. I would upload it later
* This is for educational purposes only and just developers
* For those who asking me what is this, "This is just an alternative Odin Downloader for Samsung devices which written in Python and its for Linux Platform. You can know how the original Odin.exe worked with the Odin Protocol. And you can put it on yourself with the other programming languages such as C/C++/C#/Java.".
Take a look at pyodin.py .. thats based on Python Thread based class which included like transferring files/bytes when device is on the Download Mode. If you want to run it or compile it, u must install wxPython Modules with Python 3.5. type it on Terminal : python pyodin-gui.py
* Good luck

[HELP]ROM build successful but very small zip package

Hello developers,
Please help me.
I am compiling Resurrection Remix Pie ROM for Samsung Galaxy Grand (GT-I9082). The build completed successfully but the ROM zip is very small in size(~45mb). So I think I'm doing something wrong. I suspect that the apps are not compiled with the ROM and I think it(the compiled zip) only has the minimum stuff. The command I issued was "brunch i9082". I read somewhere that adding full- to the make command compiles the rom with the apps included. But when I give the command "make full-rr_i9082-userdebug", "make full-i9082-userdebug" or "make full_i9082-userdebug" as well as all other combinations...(even with aosp_arm-) I always get the invalid device error.
What should I do to compile the complete ROM.
Hoping you would help me.
If you want me to attach anything or want more information...please let me know!!
With Regards,
Shamil
Come on guys.... Somebody please help me!!
