Hello! Well whole my life I was able to enter Play Store and buy apps and games, even on my last phone Xperia Z, Z1, Nexus 5, but I bought OnePlus One a month ago and I'm not able to see paid apps anymore, what I've tried.
Changed my location to USA in Google Account Settings
Used VPN service, HOTSPORT Shield Elite, it does change my IP I can see that I'm in USA, but Play Market won't show me paid apps ( Stopped Play Store, Cleared Data, Cleared Cache )
Re-added google account after updating location.

Hello ,
Since yesterday i have the following problem using Google Play 4.5.10 :
I cannot see any paid app when searching Google play store (UK)
I have not set up any credit card yet but i had never had any problem like that before.
The only tabs in Google play store are : Categories , want quick suggestions , top free , top new free , trending
When searching using my phone standard apps like Facebook , Viber , Whatsapp they are not listed despite the fact that they are already installed in the phone.
I am using my VPS server running VPN service with static uk ip while connecting from abroad (more than a month).
I have force closed google play store , cleared data and cash without any luck.
Paid apps are not even listed from the web when searching for apps using my notebook while connected to my google account.
Any ideas??
Thank you.
Hello,
I recently bought Asus MeMo Pad 10 Smart and I have slightly problem. When I set up an account on first account there are no updates for system apps in Play Store, but they are when I wipe everything and set up on my second account, there are plenty of updates (gmail, hangout etc.). But because I need to use first account I don't know how to fix it. I already update system to Andorid 4.2.1 and I have latest (?) version of Google Play services (4.4.52) and Google Play Store (4.6.17). I tried also to uninstall updates and install them again but without success. Does anybody know how to fix it?
best regards,
Hello,
i bought an HTC one m8 in Hong Kong, after roughtly one year i done a factory reset. Now the Google Play Store is gone and i canĀ“t install it. When i do so the app close imediately.
I figured out that i need the following files:
Account Manager
Goolge Play Services
Goolge Play Store
Google Services Framework
I tried several tutorials where these files are provided. Cleaned the caches several times. Rebooted nothing changes. I always get Google Play Services or Google Services Framework has stopped.
Could someone help me futher???
Hello,
I recently had a T-Mobile account transferred into my name. I also purchased a LG V30 at that time, and since then most google apps have not been working/syncing on my phone while using mobile data. I am unable to open the Google play store (just shows a blank white screen) and apps like Google Play Music open, but do not sync. YouTube is another app that does not work, however Gmail and Chrome work fine. When I am connected to WiFi everything works normally, and once I download apps not related to Google via WiFi they work on mobile data just fine. T-Mobile tech support and Google tech support both insist it is not an issue on their end and have been no help at all. Here are the troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:
- Put my SIM card into two brand new LG V30's and a T-mobile employee's person Samsung Note 8. The same issue occurred on all three devices.
- Put my SIM card into and iPhone, the Apple store functioned normally.
- Cleared the cache and data for Google play store app and Google services app, no change.
- Checked APN settings, proxy and port show "not set"
- Tried resetting the mobile network on the phone, the issue still occurred
- Tried setting up the phone without using a Google account, the issue still occurred which tells me the issue is related to my SIM card, not my Google account
- Checked the other phone number on my account, was able to open the Play Store normally and download apps on mobile data. This tells me the issue is strictly related to my phone number/SIM card and not an issue with the entire T-mobile account.
- Spoke with Google tech support who stated that Google apps cannot track or identify specific phone numbers to deny them from accessing the app
This issue is very frustrating as I cannot download apps unless I am connected to WiFi even though I have an unlimited data plan. I have tried everything I have been able to find online for people experiencing issues with the Play Store and nothing has worked. I feel like this has to be an issue with the way the account was set up when it was transferred into my name, but without even having a suggestion on what the error could be, I don't know how to help T-Mobile identify it.
C = My friend's google account.
Hello, I have 2 Gmail accounts (e.g. A and B) on my Poco F1 one is which I use for google play store and other one is for my personal and other mails and stuff. Recently one of my friend logged his Gmail account (e.g. C) in my Pocophone and never logged out from my device.
Earlier today I was browsing play store because I saw an update v2.6.8 available for Poco Launcher and there I saw that his Google account (C) is still logged in my device (saw it in playstore menu where device's google accounts are displayed). So I went on and removed his google account from my device. But when I went back to play store and browsed Poco Launcher, there was no "Update" option available and it was only showing "Open" option. I tried clearing cache and data of playstore, play services and poco launcher but it was still the same.
After all of this I asked my friend to log in with his same google account again in my device and I found that with his google account (C) logged in my device the play store showed "Update" option. I found out that the poco launcher is somehow "associated" with his google account (C) and I cannot update it without this (C) account logged in my device. I tried logging in with his account on Pc and tried removing my device from it but it didn't help. I removed Poco Launcher from my friend's phone's playstore (with C account) LIBRARY in MY APPS AND GAMES but it didn't help either. I can't keep using his account to update my Phone's Launcher every single time. I want that update button available for my google account.
Can anybody help me regarding this?
How can I disassociate Poco Launcher from my friend's account?

This is only a suggestion, no guarantee that it will work.
Remove your friend's account from the phone, wipe data and cache from PlayStore, PlayServices, Google Services Framework and reboot the phone. Continue using your phone for atleast 24 hours without opening PlayStore. Afterwards open it and check. In other words, wait for it. In the alternative, download the apk from some other source and install it.
