Hi there, any idea about sim unlock for HTC Desire 610?
I tried Desire HD radio tool but failed, I already installed SU and have root access.
thanks before.
Either contact at&t and see if they'll give you your phone's unlock code, or you can't yet. It requires s-off to sim unlock (supercid) the phone, which we don't have yet.

Hi, I've recently unlocked the bootloader to my phone, as well as installed a custom rom and rooted. What I was hoping would happen when my bootloader became s-off is that the sim would no longer be locked to rogers. I unlocked the bootloader (s-off) on an htc desire hd and as soon as it became s-off the sim was unlocked. When I go to the bootloader menu on my evo 3d, there's an option called "simlock" however when I select it, it says:
FAT32 init OK
Open MCCMNC file fail
Open CID file fail
Process done, reboot device?
<VOL UP> Yes
When I reboot the device, it is still locked to the rogers network. Any ideas on how to make this work? Or is there maybe another way to unlock the phone that does not include paying money?
bump, if anyone has any ideas.
Had same problem. Me thinks this person is just collecting IMEIs and emails.

About unlocking HTC Hero, Samsung Galaxy s2 , s and Ace is possible unlock. Htc Hero, a mid 2009, is not possible. Did Htc copy ancient pyramid schemas for lock this phone?
you want to make the hero S-OFF?? I've attached the zip that I've used and can be flashed from recovery to make it S-OFF.
A PROBLEM FLASHING THE SPL CAN BRICK YOUR DEVICE - as such, proceed with caution. Don't flash this unless you need it, flash at your own risk, flash only to a GSM Hero and do not interrupt the flashing process !
Unlocking is Possible for this Phones,You can get the Unlock code at the site
Unlocking4u.com and Unlock the Mobile Phone from the Network Lock.
Hello everyone. I just purchased an HTC One on AT&T. I want to root it, which from everything I have heard, means that I have to unlock the bootloader. I have no interest in flashing custom ROMS, I just want to use root apps like Titanium Backup and Wireless tether. If anyone knows about an exploit that allows for root without bootloader unlock, please let me know.
I also want to unlock the SIM/carrier lock via an unlock code. What I want to know is:
Should I do the SIM unlock first, then the bootloader unlock? Or the other way around?
Once the SIM/carrier lock is removed, will the bootloader unlock process have any effect on it?
Thank you,
Nick
Motochopper supposedly will root without bootloader unlock. Revone will grant s-off, allowing bootloader unlock without involving Htcdev. Sim unlock is unrelated and not affected by any of this.
how can i unlock the htc one without the simcard?
I have the phone, and the bootloader is unlocked and s-off running twrp (android version 4.4.2)
Is it even possible to do it without the simcard? i mean i know its been done on other phones with out the use of an unlock code.

If the bootloader shows to be unlocked, then the phone is unlocked? Now if you want to unlock the SIM, then you will need the SIM from the other provider otherwise the phone will not ask you to enter the unlock code. There is no other way to get it to ask for a SIM code.
I want to know if there is any way to unlock sim unlock sprint htc one without s-off, thnx.
