Actually if needed I can make textures for UI, but question is where do I change it? Or I need to create my own dialer app? Because I don't know how to do it.

If its stock dont think its possible.You need the TW modded launcher or use another one like GoLauncer Ex.
Might be possible, but would need to edit the coding for all of it. I for one am not experienced to do any of that! But I'm guessing changes in smali code?
Yeah, since it's stock it is not possible as cooza said but you can use dialers available in Market such as Dialer One or exDialer.

Is there any way to change the google voice sms layout to look more like the iphone one or the stock ics. I just want a similar layout just because it's easier to read.
The default Samsung incoming call UI which is a non slider dumb looking answer/reject option.... i would like to know if theres a mod or an app, that can make it look like the ICS call UI.. currently i am on WannamLite 10.7 ..would like help please!!

Got a question. I'm from Russia, but I'm prefer to use English language in my phones, pc, laptop and other stuff. Translation is crappy, and russian words are usually longer, so they even don't fit right.
I like stock TW dialer, but I can't get russian language t9 without changing system language.
Is it possible to fix it? Maybe change smth? Replace some files?
Thx in advance. Will really appreciate any help.
P.S. I know that I can use some replacement, like exdialer, but I really like TW stock dialer.

Hello everyone out on XDA! This may look like a very common question about removing certain useless characters of the Google Keyboard, but it is not
I've been trying to do this for a while, but after being acknowledged of the game Seen (awesome game by the way) I wanted to get a keyboard like the one in the game, with no letters displayed on the keys :3
This may sound weird but I really would appreciate having this keyboard, so every answer will be welcomed
P.S.: I can code, if you tell me where the code block for this special aspect is it'll be enough, but modded APKs and else are okay too
P.P.S.: Do I really have to mention I don't want to use Swiftkey and its Ninja keyboard?
