My wife upgraded to some latest version of Android. Alas I don't know the exact details. Since then the tablet would keep rebooting making it entirely unusable. So I did a factory reset (power button + vol button and wiped all the data). Then the tablet rebooted and brings me to the first setup step which is to select a language. So I pick one but the tablet immediately reboots and brings me back to the same setup screen. I am stumped.
Any ideas?

Hello guys,
That´s not the first time i´m helped in this forum, and i need your help again. First, i´m going to put here the basic technical details of this chinese phone bought on Focal Price:
4.7 "Android 4.0.4 MTK6577 1.2GHz 3G Smartphone Android Phone com Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Capacitive Touch Model: 9930
So, here´s the situation: Yesterday, i decided to factory reset my phone to wipe all data and i done that this way: Settings - Backup and Reset - Factory Reset. After this, my phone reboot and now the operative system does not launch. The screen lights on but doesn´t do nothing, neather the logo appears. I´ve tried to pull out the battery, full charged it and some other things and remains the same.
I´ve tried to go to Recovery mode but i don´t know how to access it in this chinese phone. I´ve tried Vol Down + Power Button, Vol Up + Power Button, Home + Power Button...doesn´t do nothing, only black light screen.
There´s any way to resolve this or enter in recovery mode with this chinese phones?
Black Screen Chinese Android Phone 9930
Hello again,
I have found that i can entered recovery mode in this phone by entering Vol UP+ Power, because i´ve tried in other chinese mobile. But in this one, by pressing this some seconds, the phone reboots again and the black screen presists. Do you know any other way to fix this?
I've got a Chinese tablet that I bought in Uruguay, the XI-TAB700 (xion.com.uy/#/tablet-multimedia-7-PR-317) It was running a rooted Android 4.1 when I bought it, and from that website it says it's an A13 tablet.
Recently it began doing the boot loop, and I've tried a wide variety of button presses to see if it had a boot recovery mode, but I've had no luck. It has a joined volume + and - button, a power button, and an embedded reset button on the back, but no combination of holding, tapping, or switching these buttons seems to be getting me a menu, just a looping Android loading screen.
So my question is, what tools are available for me to flash it without anything but USB access, and what ROM would be safe for flashing this type of tablet?
Hi I need some advice please.
I have a Samsung 64GB S6 Edge, currently received an official update on Three UK Network.
I ran the update and during my phone restarted and now constantly restarts to the "Three.co.uk" screen, freezes then restarts again over and over.
I looked up how to factory reset but none of the combinations work, when I hold the volume menu and power button it brought up a "custom OS firmware" screen. I had the option to volume up for download OS or down to restart. Volume up goes to a download screen and freezes on that. Volume down sends it back to square one.
Can you advise me on my next step please? Is there a way to connect it to a PC for a forced update or reset.
Much appreciated.
Update, I allowed the phone to die. plugged it into the charger and volume, power, menu worked this time. i performed a factory reset. issue still occurs. restarts to three screen and freezes for a while until it restarts again

[Android Tablet Issue] Acer Iconia A1-810 - 1st freezing, 2nd "erasing" screen
Hi,
My tablet Acer Iconia A1-810 (with KitKat version, not rooted) was freezing all the time and I make a normal factory reset from settings. The problem continued to appear and I decided to make a hard factory reset using tablet buttons. After confirm "yes, wipe all data", the tablet start to show a screen with the android logo and saying "erasing...". It's been 3 days now and nothing changes. Not even when I press the reset button and turn on the device that screen appears again.
I've tried to remove (unplug) the battery and plug back in; Tried to get back to recovery mode (power button + volume up) but keeps to show that screen; Any action becomes useless... Nothing works.
Maybe a complete rom flash would do it? But... How to do it if none action on buttons does something?
Any solution?? Thank you for any response!!

I wonder if you were able to find any solution, because i have the same problem. I can get into the recovery mode pressing power + volume up. You have to try when the table is going to reboot; not always work but it load recovery mode sometimes.
I installed the new update and it installed it and it booted up and it was stuck on my carrier's screen
I hardbooted it and now it's stuck on the lg screen.
Help me please

Hello, N33dhelp.
Have you tried using the phone's current factory reset (will destroy all data on the phone; Pictures, programs, files, etc)?
You can initiate it with the phone itself. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN key and POWER key. When the boot-up logo appears: Temporarily release the POWER key and re-press and hold it (do not release VOLUME DOWN key).
The "FACTORY RESET" screen should appear shortly (the phone should NOT reboot; If it does: It did not work). You can release all keys.
The volume keys select menu items. The power button becomes an 'OK' or 'SELECT' button for what is highlighted (selected).
I just wrote this short guide on using LG UP to flash your phone to a factory reset state (using your PC).
If you're unable to factory-reset your device: You could consider flashing the phone: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-k7/how-to/guide-factory-stock-flash-t3722424
I hope this helps!
