When I want to enter Fastboot on my Xperia Z Ultra I completely disable the phone -> hold down the volume+ button -> connect the USB cable. But the blue led indicator never turns on and i'm always Flashmode instead of fastboot. When I use a app like Quick Reboot (root) it works fine and I can access the phone through CMD.
Other things that I tried while connected: adb reboot-bootloader, but the device turns of and automatically enters Flashmode and can't be accessed by Fastboot.
Can someone help me, because it's pretty annoying.

adb commands are working but when i execute fastboot devices command nothing is displayed.
How do i get my neo v in fastboot mode ???
Power off the phone -> press 'menu' button -> connect phone via USB cable to the computer. Now the notification LED should have blue color.

Device not recognized
Hi guys,
Flashed my neo a few times allready, now running fxp since june. I flashed some roms earlier, but since a few weeks, my device won't be recognized when I'm in fastboot mode. My computer says it's there, but adb devices doesnt show anything. When turned on, adb devices gives me 123456789ABCDEF as connected.
Anyone knows what the problem is here?
i flashed my phone using the hasa rom for GB and the rage kernel
now my phone wont enter fastboot or flashmode,
i've tried all methods: from flashtool (fastboot via ADB) and the reboot option in the phone itself
please note that the phone is in fine working conditon...but it just wont enter flash or fastboot mode
used the search option, found nothing
And you tried:
Turning off device, battery in, holding volume up (fastboot mode) and connecting while pressing volume up to pc (led should turn blue)?
Turning off device, battery in, holding volume down (flashmode) and connecting while pressing volume down to pc (led should turn green)?
Drivers are installed? Go to the flashtool installation folder -> drivers and install drivers again...
My Xperia Ray is originally from SFR. Simlock is removed (code from SFR).
I tried to unlock bootloader using control point method - S1Tool said it's OK (I don't know how to check if it is really OK). I flashed new radio (v.77) without problem using flashtool.
Now I'm trying to enter fastboot mode to change kernel and ROM - no success. Nothing happens if I connect the telephone to PC with Vol+ pressed (it just starts charging). Nothing if I start it Vol+ pressed (it just starts normally). The LED is never flashing blue.
I tested another Xperia Ray (from Bouygues Telecom) - the same thing, no fastboot mode.
Any suggestions?
So,did you have the drivers properly installed on your PC?
You can find it while installing Flashtool.
install drivers from folder in flashtool and then :
1. Disconnect phone from USB
2. Turn off phone (make sure you have at least 50% battery) and wait 30 seconds.
3. Hold the 'Volume UP key' WHILE inserting the USB. --> LED turns blue = fastboot mode.
4. Leave the phone turned off
Sure, the driver is installed.
Nothing happens when I try to connect it Vol+ pressed, NOTHING.
The PC does not see the phone, the phone goes to charging, the LED does not flash blue.
:crying:
no os no recovery no pc detection

Hey, I'm running a non-genuine Win7, and I cannot seem to put my device ( Xperia SP ) into fastboot mode.
I've installed the drivers manually ( from HERE ) , but I still cannot enter fastboot (Turn device off -> hold volume up key -> connect usb to device while holding vol button).
It enter fastboot (turn on the blue led) and then shuts down after some 5 secnods..
anyone has any idea ?
I want to root my phone ( Huawei Y6 Pro ), but I am stuck at, or atleast can't enter bootloader mode. After I turn off my phone I press the Vol Down button and then connect the usb cable to my PC and then some menu shows up completely in chinese and all it does is just inform me with the specs of the phone. A few months ago I had no problem entering bootloader mode, but now I can not.

You probably mean fastboot mode. You may enable USB debugging and type this in minimal ADB and fastboot:
adb reboot bootloader
Or you could try to press volume down and power for about 5 seconds and then you should connect the data cable.
