Would you tell me,if i unlocked my Boot Loader via test point, can i get a FULLY working fastboot? I simply cant unlock a same phone with 2 diff method
If you have unlocked your boot loader, you must be able to enable fastboot mode...
There are 2 ways to get a working fastboot in a non branded device.
1. Through the SE site.
2. Through Test Point "hacking".
Both ways enable fastboot, only you keep DRM with the latter.

I want to Flash custom Kernels in my phone which is a wt19i . Can someone tell me how to do that
There are many post that teach you this.
First unlock your bootloader and you can flash the boot.img or ftf with either fasrboot or flashtool

SE Bootloader Unlocking v1.6 by quangnhut123
hope this helps!
It's your phone sim locked?
If it is then: do you have access to fastboot mode?? ( turn off your phone hold the volume up key and connect the phone to your computer without letting go of the key, the notification led should turn blue. That is fastboot.)
If yes then you will need to unlock your bootloader either the official way here http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com or the test point method here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1285285.
If you don't have access to fastboot then you will need to simunlock your phone first and as of what I know and at this moment you will need to pay for it.
Once you unlocked your bootloader you have to flash the kernel of your choice using flashtool here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1351309
You cannot enter fastboot if bootloader is locked.

well i know of people able to go into fastboot with locked bootloader the problem is when you have a sim lock and the bootloader unlock allowed: no message in the service menu then you will have to pay to unlock the sim along with the fastboot.
I meant following the unlock instructions from the Sony website.
I want to reinstall cyanogenmod/aokp and use CWM that cm came with this time!
Thanks!
No. Once you unlock your bootloader, it doesn't relock until you do the process.

So I unlocked it for the 769..flashed cm sucessfully
...then went to stock with flashing a kdz. Seems boot loader is relocked on stock but I read somewhere its only temporary, can't remember where..so how do I unlock it again? Without the whole kdz 20b europe process again.. I know its locked cause I got security error when flashing recovery/ROM..got it back with fastboot
Also hidden menu says locked...
However sw upgrade mode still says boot loader status unlocked..

I envy you so much, why in the world would you go through all of that simply to relock?

Hi matthewstice, I think that your bootloader is only apparently locked, you need JB roms (or at least load JB u-boot and x-loader with fastboot)... , I'm not sure, but I read something about it here, just don't remember the link.
Cheers. Good luck.

guys i want to lock bootloader but i dont want to flash all the partitions , when i directly type "fastboot oem lock" it says run oem lock begin... how to lock without flashing the firmwares? and does OTA have something to do with a unlocked bootloader? i have installed stock recovery and stock rom(flashable zip )
thanks in advance
You don't have to relock it. You just need to be in stock ROM, recovery and unrooted in order to get OTA updates

Yeah I have done it,actually I am selling this phone so want everything to be as it was out of box,so now only locking the bootloader is left over

'oem lock' doesn't work with E. You need to reflash the stock ROM.
Specially as you're selling it. Thats what is recommended.
