no you won't get the OTA updates
next flash the 5.x firmware and Guru reset Rom
5.12.502.2.firmware.zip
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358543602
Then unlock bootloader flash TWRP 2.6.3.3
http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.3-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Then you can flash this rom
Guru_Reset_M7_5.12.502.2_clsA.zip
http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358545274
During install choose no to stock recovery and radio
and choose Yes to Root.
Now you have Sense 6 and the latest AT&T OS

I downloaded your file ATT_Sense6_OTAPkg.zip .. Is this what I needed ?
now I have openrecovery-twrp-2.8.4.0-m7.img
Is it necessary to download openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.3-m7.img ?
Is there RUU HTC Sense 6.0 ATT

Hi.
Will this RUU.zip also work with my International version ?
I have downloaded the Zips and I extracted the Zip file so I could look at it.
I did notice that in the file build.prop file that it does not make reference to O2 which is my carrier, so I am not sure if this is the correct Stock Zip.
I am wanting to put my stock rom back on and wait for the Stock Update for Jelly Bean 4.2.2.
At the moment I have AOKP 4.2.2 custom Rom on.

hey guys, just to give you an update - I checked out both of your suggestions. for the upgrade of the HBOOT I could not locate a version for my own CID. I did however go with the suggestion to work with ICS recovery and ICS rom to load up. This is what I did:
1) while in the JB rom, I flashed ICS TWRP recovery
2) then, according to ShadowX suggestions, I first loaded up the boot installer from the computer while in Fastboot mode
3) wiped Data and Cache
4) flashed the Rom. apparently it has Busybox within the installer
Now, so far so good. I took off the battery and it still loaded up fine. Thanks so much for your responses!

If you have a backup from your stock rom, you can use that along with stock recovery and boot.img to upgrade to Hboot 1.25 so that you can use JB roms

[Q] Re-unlock issues

I am having issues with re-unlocking my dna. I tried using the RUU to flash it back to stock but I had some problems with the RUU (error 170). I tried rerunning rumrunner (which work fine the first time) and at the end it had an error and still read a relocked with s-off in fastboot. I need to know how to complete the RUU and start from scratch, or how to re-unlock it from where I am. Thanks for the help.
RUU is failing because of hboot.
But, you're s-off. So change your CID and unlock at HTC DEV

Boot into bootloader

fastboot getvar cid (should be 2s)
If so, go to htcdev and unlock
Okay so the dev unlock worked but, when it rebooted it got stuck onthe boot image and never fully booted. I left it on for a whole night. now when I try to flash/erase anything twrp is unable to mount anything. I tried wiping it with fastboot -w but is doesn't allow it. Is there any way to remount everything?

Note: this RUU.exe worked like butter when the Bootloader is locked. no tested with unlocked bootloader.
It worked
Thanks for all the help,
I my phone is now working. I used the firmware links that finanandroid linked to and flash them. I then tried flashing the rom.zip through RUU but is was blocked (failed remote 24 parsing ). I then reflashed recovery (CWM) and tried wiping the cache to check and see if everything was mounting. It was. So I adb sideloaded cm 10.2 and everything is working great!

RUU error 158

Hello friends I have an AT & T and am trying to flash rom by RUU but I get the message "ERROR [158]: Image error" says I should look for a correct image.
The problem is that I have unlocked bootloader, S-OFF and SuperCid. Should not flash any rom with this?

There are 2 RUU's for the AT&T One. You flash them from a windows EXE file
first one is here >> http://dl3.htc.com/application/RUU_...13_10.38j.1157.04_release_334235_signed_2.exe
( If you want to s-off the phone do it now with rumrunner before the next RUU)
After that one you can flash this
http://www.androidruu.com/getdownlo...09_10.26.1718.01L_release_356565_signed_2.exe
If the second one hangs or gives a htc_fastboot stopped working, flash this first then the RUU
