If you have access to Recovery flash a rom directly from the recovery.

Give us more details on what you have done exactly before you flash the rom.
And details about which rom.
One solution would be to flash stock.
Go in download mode with 3 buttons combo(volume down-power and home button) open odin, put as pda the stock rom as a tar and hit start.
Note: Be sure kies tray agent is not running in the background you have to kill the process with task manager
I also have this issue, after using a CM9 rom then rolling back to stock rom I have downloaded the stock rom, not sure if its 100 match for my phone but its stuck at samsung logo its 1 day old, please help?
Thanks
get into download mode and try flash again.
Right, I can go back to custom rom, but stock rom wont boot, any suggestions?
please try to elaborate the exact steps that you have done to get to that situation.
if you are now flashing back to stock rom. try this, flash stock firmware using odin, once done dont reboot. straigth boot into recovery mode, and wipe data factory reset. then boot.
ive got the same problem. i installed cyanogenmod 10 on and it worked fine but couldnt get to wipe the internal sd card so still had stuff from past roms on. I thought if i flash back to stock then it would clear it all then i could reflash back to cyanogen 10.
i flashed the stock in odin and it wont go past the samsung logo. cant get into the recovery mode to wipe cache as it just resets back to boot screen and cant use the samsung toolkit as i cant get into usb debugging mode as cant get it to boot
any help really appreciated

I had this issue before. Phone is stuck at samsung logo. I reflashed stock lfb firmware and cf root. Cleared data/cache/dalvik. Then it worked fine.
If every recovery method fails then only resort is to visit service center, go there and act dumb and state phone went crazy and this happened out of no where. If they wont find out that you've f***ked it up then you will get mo-board replacement.
Flash stock LFB from samfirmware.com through Odin.
Then flash Siyahkernel (also through Odin)
Pull the battery for 5 minutes
Press and hold vol-up + home buton
Press power button until screen lights up
You should be in cwm now. Factoryreset your phone and it should startup again
If you don't want to loose your data, instead of factory reset you can try using adb shell and run e2fsck on the block device for /data
Corrupt ext-Partitions are usually the reason for a softbrick

I encountered the same problem. I almost fainted when I can't solve the problem. Finally I did. this is what I did:
1. download the Stock Rom (depends which country and carrier you are) Unzip the downloaded file and you should have .md5 file that you will later use.
2. download ODIN
3. Launch ODIN click on "PDA button" select the .md5 that you extracted (the file you downloaded and unzipped) and click start and wait until it finished (hopefully this will solve your problem but in my case ... the samsung logo still is stucked so continue with my next steps)
4. download the CF Root from
note: this will install the CWM or recovery mode for your phone that will give you several options ...
5. use ODIN again and click PDA button and select the CF Root that you have downloaded and click on start until it finished.
6. boot to Recovery mode by holding "volume up (yes volume up and not volume down)" and "power" and "home button" all at the same time until recovery mode reappears.
7. go to advanced and remove dalvik cache, do a wipe out or factory reset, wait for your phone to restart ... wait a minute or two and your phone is back to normal.
Ignore

Didn`t you make a nandroid backup before flashing another rom?
If so restore that, if not wipe data/factory, wipe cache and dalvik cache and reflash the omega rom.
If that doesn`t work, flash a stock rom with Odin and reroot.
This reads like the file you are flashing is faulty .
jje
omega v9.1 is no wipe then y u wipe partition?? its always better to do wip data\sytem ,wipe cache ,dalvik

Samsung Galaxy SII freeze after flashing rom

Hi,
I wanted to flash a new rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1460702
I copied the zip file on my external SD
made wipe data/factory reset
wipe chace
and wipe dalvik
then installed from zip file.
But when rebooting the S2 freezes on the first bootscreen with the yellow triangle. I forgot to turn on debugging mode bevore wiping. Is that the prob?
What can I do now? Tryed also other roms. Installation successfull but always freeze after reboot.
Wrong forum. LOLOLOLOLOL.

[Q] Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 stuck on boot logo

My samsung galaxy s 2 i9100 is stuck on the boot logo after I tried to install the note 2's multi-window feature. I figured out later that my rom was not compatible with it.
I am able to get into download mode and recovery mode but whenever I try to flash a new rom or reboot it just reboots for a while and then freezes..... I have been trying to fix it all day with no luck at all.. Please please help.
Btw my phone was running the 'revolt jb' rom.
You need to "Wipe data/factory reset" in cwm recovery. Then if you want flash new rom.
However if you need to backup apps/appdata then make a nandroid backup and then use appextractor on new rom to restore apps from the nandroid backup.
Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 stuck on boot logo
I already did a factory reset in cwm but I don't have any other roms to flash!! How can I get another rom onto my phone?? I am not concerned about saving any of my apps.

I do know the basics, I am just not able to use my phone to download any roms onto it.
Remove the sdcard and copy the ROM on it using your PC, and flash with CWM.
Or use Odin.

HELP!!!

Ok here's the problem. I rooted my phone the new Galaxy Centura from Straight Talk. I then proceeded to wipe the Dalvik Cache. When I was looking at the other sections in recovery, I ended up in the system format. I really didn't mean too but I did format the system. My phone will still go into download and recovery modes and the Samsung image still shows up but nothing else. Is there a way to fix it? I have to know. Please help. I need it desperately.:crying:
At this point you should flash a custom ROM through recovery or if needed use hiemdall or Odin to return to stock in download mode

Just (also wipe data), download some ROM for Your device and flash it via CWM.
Or You can always download ROM for Your device from here and flash it via odin. It's the easiest way to fix it
