Hi guys,
My case is now that I have been trying to flash CM12 to my Z2 Tablet (castor), and i've made a possible huge mistake.
Got Cyanogen Recovery (./fastboot boot boot.img) up and running, but I seem to have fail to remember to authorize my device before starting. In every instance this should not be a problem because nothing have been deleted yet.. You guessed it, that is my problem - system got deleted somehow. In a kinda bootloop now, Sony icon pops up, then the screen goes black.
Now I can't install via Sideload or push because my mac is unauthorized. Failed to find a stock image from Sony and I'm stuck.
Tips for this?

So a friend recently bought this spanish voxter tab 97 IPS (16GB) and after a few days of usage and several attempt to install a custom ROM, the tablet stopped booting. According to him, he tried loading a "compatibility bla bla bla.zip" file with CMW which I really do not know what it is, and since he did the installation, the tab stopped booting into system. Every time it's turned on, it just stops at the boot screen and nothing more. Although before this, he had installed a custom recovery and had also done a Nandroid backup with the recovery. However, what baffles me is, CMW is no longer accessible through the normal "power + volume up" key combo and I'm quite unsure of how to boot into fastboot.
That aside, I tried booting into recovery with adb because apparently, adb recognizes the device whenever it's stuck at boot screen, this also failed, neither did rebooting into fastboot via adb work. All I need to know is if this device is totally bricked, or if there's still something I can do. If there's any, I really would appreciate every help offered. Thanks..
Hello.
How it happened
I rooted my HTC One S, then flashed CyanogenMod on it. Used it for a few months, very happy with it. Then I tried to update - automatically, not manually (that was mistake number 1). The phone was then stuck in a bootloop into recovery. (Off>Recovery>Off>Recovery). I didnt know what to do, so I pressed 'Reset phone', or something like that. Since then, the problem has gotten much worse. Now there's a different bootloop: Off>HTC opening screen. That's it. Im desperately trying to access recovery mode, to flash a new ROM to fix the situation.
What did I try
1. Power + VolumeDown does nothing.
2. Installed the HTC One S toolkit. When pressing 'boot into recovery', it says 'device not found'.
3. Tried to boot into recovery from ABD tools, but it says device not found. I tried putting screenshots here, but XDA forum new user limitation doesnt let me. Anyway, if you add this to the imgur url, youll see the screenshots (sorry about this inconvenienace):

TL;DR
Phone is stuck in a bootloop. Cant access recovery. Is there any way to fix this situation?
Thank you very much in advance for your time to help me out.
Hi all.
I have an Asus TF103C that had been updated to lollipop that is currently (soft?) Bricked
I've been through pretty much all the threads and tried all of the fixes. Still unable to boot into android. I am unsure what step to take next. I cant apply official firmware updates via SD card nor sideload via ADB
Currently I can get it to boot up to a UEFI BIOS screen(where I can only scroll up and down via volume keys on the first page and nothing else.) or a fast boot screen showing firmware version ( 209.05 just incase its needed.) I can get it back to a droidboot screen, but I still cant flash any system img. If it's important this tablet uses an Intel Z3745.
Just a quick bump. Still only have access to the fastboot screen and recovery. I attempted flashing images again, and while it eventually goes through after breaking the image down into smaller parts, upon reboot I'm stuck at the android screen.
Open to any help what so ever.
It should also be noted that upon flashing via fastboot, after the system image goes through, I get the error " Flash Capsule Failed." And then it reboots to just the android screen.
Mine also bricked
Hi cronus2
Did you manage to solve this problems? I gather from your second post that you managed to get past uefi... I'm still stuck there: how did you do that?
Thanks to anyone who can give me some help here...
Hello guys, I have run into a serious problem here! Please help me out..
I have a GFive President G9 Android running stock Jelly Bean 4.2.1 (ROOTED). I tried to install a boot animation through ROM Toolbox app, when I rebooted it, it didnt show any boot animation and booted straight to the home screen. So I just went into the ROM ToolBox app and restored the bootanimation backup I had created earlier to get the original GFive boot animation back.
However, when I rebooted, my phone showed the GFive Logo, and after it the screen went dark( The screen is backlit but doesnt display anything). It just stops there and doesnt do anything. Ive tried removing the battery but to no avail. For some reason I CAN'T ACCESS the RECOVERY or the DOWNLOAD MODE, as holding the power button and vol up etc still ends up in the same situation - Black backlit screen after logo. The phone isnt in a reboot loop or anything, it just stops at the black screen for eternity.
THE WORST PART, this phone probably has a damaged USB port, since I was previously able to charge it via the PC, but it wasnt detected in the PC. So I CANNOT CONNECT IT TO THE PC.
So is there anyway I could get this phone back alive? Is a factory reset possible? Please help me experts!! :crying:
P.S Custom TWRP is installed, but I cant access it
So there's no expert in this whole forum who has a solution for this? Because no reply means no one has an answer..
Incase theres no way out of this, please mention that.
Hello!
I recently tried to root my k910l and while updating its stck rom, I probably installed a wrong file and ended up with the phone booting up to the screen as in the image. The phone boots up, the screen lights up as in the picture and it gets stuck. I don't understand what is wrong. It connects to PC (I can see it in the device manager) but doesnt pop up in the windows explorer. Can anyone help? Thank you.
