Help!
I have recently installed a wrong rom on my RAZR.
However, of course, it doesn't work.
Now I can't even switch on my phone even though I pass any keys.
What can I do? I don;t want my phone to become rubbish...
Thanks for your gentle.
try the razr utility and reinstall the stock rom. then you'll get it all right
Try holding the power button & volume down button simultaneously. That's pretty much the extent of my knowledge. Good luck.
But how to get into recovery mod to install a new Tom?

Looks like you are bricked, need to flash your stock back, I am assuming you are on ICS...
Dont worry , just follow the instructions
Pre -Requisites :
1. Download the latest RSD lite : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1539192
or
use EPRL Flash it : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1453660
2. Download the ICS fastboot file for your region from here : http://sbf.droid-developers.org/
Steps :
1. Power off device and enter into BP tools and select AP fastboot mode ( volume up + volume down + power button at same time , select 3rd option by using volume down key and use volume up for selecting it )
2. Connect your phone to PC using USB.
3. Open RSD lite/EPRJ Flash it , select the Fastboot XML , and start flashing. ( follow instruction from the above links for RSD or EPRJ )
4. Reboot and enter to stock recovery ( press volume up + volume down) , Clear Cache and data
5. Reboot.
Video tutorial thanks to theRazrGuy : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krFmfMMLeWM

I bought it more or less at 4th august...and now I just root it...from here:
http://www.tinhte.vn/threads/hisense-f1-hisense-hs-u950-chia-se-va-cam-nhan.2091737/
It is in vietnam language...with the google translator it is at less a little understable for me...it works...I made it.
The steps are:
Download and uncompress the file.
Connect smartphone.
Debugg usb on and usb mass storage.
Click on adb and fastboot files. Click on E.(strange words)Recovery.
Click on 3 at pc.
Wait a moment.
Unplugg the phone and turn off.
Reboot into fastboot mode (Vol up + Power)
Plugg the phone again and press Intro at Pc.
Wait a moment.
Turn off and reboot into recovery mode (Vol down + Power)
Go to Telley Rom in phone and flash it (the recovery is in chinesse caracteres)
Flash Superuser and Bussybox.
Reboot and thats it...Recovery and Root
Ok...I know...It looks very difficult but works...my phone now is rooted and has a chinesse recovery....now must wait for roms....
HS-U950 Hisense recovery mode broken
Salut ! Hello !
I also have a Hisense HS-U950 and I need help to fix my broken Recovery Mode with ADB Fastboot.
I broke through March after trying to root without any information.
I sent it to someone to China for repair, but when I received I saw Recovery Mode doesn't work:
VOLUME UP + POWER = WELCOME TO fastboot;
VOLUME DOWN + POWER = a picture of Android and a red triangle warning
VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN + POWER = "Failed to read file / u950.v1/CONF/u950.xml, with error -1 no."
Now my phone is root-ed with Framaroot/Gandalf, i make a backup with Online Nandroid Backup (.android_secure.vfat.tar, cache.ext4.tar, data.ext4.tar, nandroid.md5, recovery.log, system.ext4.tar), and ROM Toolbox Lite installed.
I want to install GAPPS and for this i need Recovery Mode.
I need help ! Thanks !
I got a slight problem with my MediaPad 7 Lite. This is what I tried:
1. Shutting it down with USB Debugging enabled.
2. Restart tablet to fastboot mode by holding volume up and power buttons
The result:
It shows an Android Logo (Yay Recovery?) and then says "Rebooting..." and restarts normally.
Any solution to get into Fastbootmode / Recovery?
?
you cannot do that unless you do flash custom recovery... What do you want to achieve anyway?

I also got the same problem. I got a Mediapad 7 Youth (Brother of Lite) and I cant access the recovery mode nor the fastboot mode. I tried to download CWM Recovery Manager but nothing happened It still skips and reboot. By the way I would like to flash a custom recovery but I cant find any can u please help me/us?
hi
I just tried a couple of methods of getting into stock recovery myself for the mediapad 7 lite both get same error message
fail.....reboot needed
long press power to power off.
2) at another site I found the possible reason......
power + vol up + vol down until tablet vibrates
release power and hold vol up
--- it expects to find an update image on my sdcard ....which currently I don't have.
hope that helps
I have yet to test putting an official upate on sdcard and when normal boot......update from huawei site thru system settings says no updates needed.
Hi to all, my Huawei Ascend G700 that I just bought has gone into a bootloop. I have succesfully root the phone using Huwaei eroot software from as in the picture below but I havent flashed any custom ROM yet.
But then I want to install CWM recovery into the phone as it much feature rich that the stock e3 recovery. So I've downloaded the CWM recovery from the page in the picture below.
I used MobileUncle Tools to boot the CWM recovery & that's when the issue occured. It keep restarting after the Huawei logo. I cant even get into the recovery (by holding volume button up + power button). If I hold the volume down button + power button, a sentence " => FSATBOOT mode... " at the lower left corner of the screen will appear but the phone will reboot itself again & again. Please help. Thank you.

get the firmware for your phone (don't know if it's G700-U00 or U10), and flash images back. take out the battery, put the software in download mode for the necessary images (=download to phone), and insert the cable while you 're pushing both volume buttons
Huawei Ascend G700 bootloop
Did n`t work for me. Does someone know serial connecting points for Ascend G700, or has .pdf or picture of electrical schematic?
I think , it may help much!
Thanks for answer anyway.

as I said, use the solution I posted ... I managed to recover my phone with bricked recovery, uboot & boot partition:
- download the original stuff on the page,
- install the program
- tell it to upload firmware parts 'boot' & 'recovery' & start it
- connect the USB cable, hold both volume buttons and then enter the battery. this may not be easy: windows will first need to install a CDC driver, so the first time you try to download it will certainly fail, but maybe the 2nd or 3rd time . You know you're in the good mode when your screen keeps blank.
Sir
I guess I need more assistance from you if you don't mind.I have added my comments in red letters to your email below and if you can assist me on that it will be appreciated

I think the program he is refering to is listed on that other thread that he refers to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2412017
The program hisuite is mentioned. just google hisuite and you will find the official Huawei website with the program download.
But a "dummies how to guide" could be useful if anyone that have done this themself could take the trouble to make one.
Personally I just have ordered and not received my G700 yet, and found this thread because I was planning to root and put CWM into it when I get it.
But reading this thread makes me a bit worried if its worth the trouble, as it sounds as its a common problem on these phones.
From what I read, rooting is rather safe, but the CWM part may brick the phone, is this correct?

Dear XDA community,
I have a question. I've an Acer Iconia One 7 B1-770 tablet and I've tried to install Brandon Nel's DIY Lolli ROM and finally soft bricked my device. Can you send stock ROM files and flasher apps to fix my device, please? Any answer and solution is so important to fix it.
Sincerely:
Göröcs Lajos Zsolt
(ThePS4Gamer)
Here is one solution
My device is hardly bricked, but not that way, but still i have the link for the rom
1-Go to acer support
2-Where it says select your device you just complete the info
3-Click in O.S. Tab
4-Click in Download
5-Move the .zip file to your sdcard
6-Go into recovery mode (Power + Vol - )
7-With the volume buttons go to Install zip from sdcard
8-To enter in Install zip from sdcard you need to click the power button
9-Navigate to the rom
10-Click there with the power button
11-Do not power off the tablet, or you will get a hard brick
Your device is recovered!
