Force Stop Android System

I was wondering if an app can be developed to be able to force stop Android system on command without going into notification pull down and holding down on wifi then clicking app info everytime.
I want to be able to get rid of the wifi notification and beats notification to free up space.
Thanks

Sorry if I am misunderstanding but you can tick the show notification box on the app info screen instead of force stopping anything

The show notification is grayed out so you can't change it

I'm relatively sure that force stopping android system is a bad thing. I think that there are mods for removing the WiFi notification around here somewhere though.
Edit: Try This http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2010278

Yeah I updated the software so I'm not rooted. I was just hoping an app could make this process simpler.

For the persistent WiFi notification have you tried to go into settings and untick the notification, never auto turn on wifi, and turn on wifi when launching apps or something like that I heard that helps stop the nagging

Yeah all those settings are in place. It still shows up in the notification pull down unless I hold down on it, go to app info and force stop Android system every time I connect or disconnect to wifi.

Search for forcestopchain in the market it does exactly what your asking for and doesn't require root or special permissions

Set up Google Play Music in Greenify

Has anybody tried to set up Google Play Music in Greenify? I find it annoying that every time I go into Task Manager it's running. I've never used it. It shows 0% cpu usage but I just don't want it on.
Greenify doesn't want to shut off a system app though. I was wondering if it will really hurt anything.

Convert it to a user app instead of system and or turn off sync in settings.

Use the paid version and you can greenify system apps.

^^^ This! If you try out an app, like it, and continue to use it, support developers by getting the paid/donate version of their app.

What the hell did Samsung do???

Samsung really messed up right now, they're trying to replace Google services with their BS! First they removed Google TTS (which I had to manually put back through root). Holding down the menu button brings up Sfinder instead of Google now, they don't let you OTA if you've rooted. Wtf is going on! I'd personally like the option to choose to open Google apps instead of having to use Sfinder and svoice. Is anyone else feeling kind of pissed about this stuff

Hold the menu button in Nova and keep it held for an additional second or 2 and Sfinder will pop up. I disabled it through root explorer

personally why would you want to OTA with root? Chances are you will lose root. They do that for safety, less problems. I remember phones bricking all the time when you did OTA, just do the updates from xda. And personally... I'd never compare samsung to apple. That is just a horrible thing to do man.:silly:

I was unable to boot the MI5 deodexed rom so in my case I needed the latest firmware which wasn't available in a tar file.

well Id recommend waiting. It might be harder to root again if u go back to stock
Now I'm stock with root and I'm up to date on the latest firmware. It took a while though because of the whole device status blocking an OTA but I got it. Now I'm just gonna wait for more custom roms to release

That the reason I root my note 3 , uninstall the annoying s finder using titanium backup . After I remove everything is working fine now! I hope you guys doing well too.
Another annoying thing is that I can no longer hide useless apps from my app drawer. They all have to be there. I HATE THAT! But I love touchwiz

I've lost the Quick Memo (or whatever it's called) app

Hey gang,
I'm on a rooted Tmobile variant and I just recently noticed I don't have the Quick Memo app. It seems like it's called something else now but basically the same thing. I've not done anything other than rooting. I froze some apps but I went back into Titanium Backup just to be sure anything that could even remotely have disabled the app was defrosted. I found (what appears to be) the app in the system. I installed it via the apk... Checked the permissions etc. It just doesn't seem to be workin. I know it was before I rooted it last week..... Weird... Any thoughts on this?
Anyone had the same issue?

Try going to about phone option under settings and select update center. Select app updates and see if it's installed there.

Hi,
Got this off another site, works for me.
How to instant notifications MIUI8.
Security*app>Permissions>Auto-start>enable auto-start for every app you want instant notifications.
Security app>Permissions>Other permissions>enable Display pop-up window for every app you want instant notifications.
Settings>Battery & performance>Manage apps battery usage>Choose apps>Select your app>No restrictions
(Recent app menu>pull app down to lock in memory)
