Hi, I bricked my SE Xperia X10 Mini pro(u20i). I have root, recovery(CWM) and CyanoComb v1.4. When I rebooted phone, unlocked screen it shows errors about apps that they closed and than the phone rebooted. I can't do nothing, go to recovery is impossible. I tried flashtool but it's need to enable uknown sources an debugging but i can't go to system. SEUS didn't respond when i connect the phone with back button... HELP ME! Thanks

Now after you cooled down and recognized that the information(s) you gave us is too unspecific you can go on to give more informations.
But first:
Doi you have the correct ftf file(s) for flashtool? Flashtool does not need to have anything enabled on your phone. Also SEUS should work. If not you bricked your phones hardware.
My guess is you did not correctly follow the instructions to use SEUS. Follow them step by step. They are well explained. Possibly you haven't the correct driver on your PC... But this did not tell me my glass bowl, this stupid thing. May you tell us what operating system you use? Maybe reinstalling SEUS will help. Do you have the actual VFewrson of SEUS? I guess SEUS is the better choice then flashtool for you. (both do the same but flashtool can flash other roms)

I have W7 and XP, i tried SEUS and Flashtool on both. I downloaded UK 2.1 ROM and than I did .ftf file. After i enter flash mode in Flashtool it say: Error Flashin Aborted, Now unplug your device and power it on, turn on Uknown sources and Debugging.
In SEUS, when it ask to turn in flash mode, I do it but SEUS didn't recognize my device.

@wOrHeR SvK: i had the same behaviour with Flashtool, so i powered off the device, powered on in flash mode and reflashed with FlashTool, after that it was flashed fine (don't follow the ending message to activate unknown sources and other crap, you don't need it... focus only at flash stage, that's what you need).
By the way Snoopo is right, flashing with SEUS (open application and search for "repair your phone" or something like that) does the job in every circumstance but hardware failure.

nothing... I turned on in flash mode and than click flash in Flashtool. Same problem... SEUS can't recognize... I Don't know why but before it was OK
tommorow i will go to my friend and try it at his PC
redownload the ftf file... did you possibly load a mini (u10) file instead a x10 mini pro (u20)?

Use SEUS to reinstall your ROM
yeah, tried 0.2.8 and 0.2.9.1. SEUS still not working...

And SEUS also should work. What are the error messages? Make sure your phone is really OFF, start SEUS choose "x10 mini pro" (NOT "mini pro" without "x10" - this is a coplete new model and not really released yet) and go through the process until it says you have to connect your phone and do it exaclty like it is explained: hold the back-button while you are connecting your phone hold it down as long as it is looking for your phone when it starts flashing you can release the button. there should be the green indicator LED showed while the restore is running.
The Flashtool ones you pasted look like the flashmode is started successfully but it is possibly a wrong flash file. So try the correct one(s) (rename the .rar file downloaded from page above into .ftf)
otherwise you really bricked your boot partition and can try if SE wants to rescue your phone or if it says that your warranty is void...

i know what is SEUS and what is PC Companion I'm no n00b but SEUS and FlashTool is not working for me, i try it on another PC, with another USB cable...

its driver problem
ggsetup driver wont work with flash tool or sony update
remove driver then install seus

it will work 100 % if you have right driver and not failed phone hardware

Yello,I was trying to install GB on my 2.1 using Wolfs ROM and i messed up at xrecovry by rebooting rather then removing my battery to begin with.. i didnt select the rom i wantted to download but i did wipe data and stuff as instructed. now my screen is stuck at "Sony Ericsson" :\
is there anyway out? since i cannot reformat my phone since i cannot connect usb so pc companion wont recognize the phone and same with flashtool :S
Edit: NVM got it.
Happened to me in a similar way this is what I did, I downloaded a FW from here, turned the phone off, and flashed it with Flashtool. It worked.
Just download the FTF bundle here
and flash the bundle using the Flashtool

So I'm trying to flash stock ICS Firmware 6.1.1.B.1.10 on my Xperia U with flashtool.I installed the fastboot and flashmode drivers and when i connect the phone in flashmode I get the flashmode device connected message but after around 40 sec it disconnects and i get the charging screen.
Is this normal?I'm afraid that it might disconnect while flashing and end up with bricked phone.

i reset my phone with the pc companion than i flash the wrong rom which is device x10 and version v1
so it didnt work . Sola got stuck in bootlop
flashtool doesnt work. i tried to repair with pc companion as you guess it didnt work
fashtool said device disconnected, be sure about to mtp mode and start with the debugging off

Turn off ur device, remove battery or press power+volume up 5 sec
Download right ftf using XperiaFirm or whatever u want
Then flash, it's simple like 1+1

i cant seem to enter flashmode. fastboot and recovery works fine tho
i was trying to install stock rom, xperia companion app and flashtool doesnt help
flashtool said something like usb debugging off, and 2011 devices bla bla (usb debugging IS NOT OFF its ON) tried 2 different version the 9.18 and 9.2
the green light did light up only like 1s then off then light up again then its gone for good
after that the phone connected to pc and recognized as somc flash device but not recognized by flashtool or xperia companion
first off all its not really a problem because i can still go to fastboot and recovery to flash ROM
but since i want to revert to stock rom (not modified,rooted or anything)
can someone guide me how to fix it? i tried 2 pc + a laptop, flashmode still not detected

I'am with same a problema, u have a solution?
You have to wait for flashtool to ask you to connect your phone in flashmode and that is after you've loaded your firmware to flash
Your phone will only stay in flashmode (green led) whilst it is receiving data if it is not receiving data it will switch off after a few second's
