I started playing with the bands menu (secret code) , after installing a custom ROM, and now I have a intermittent connection to the cellular network . I restored to the stock ROM, but I still have the same problem and now I get the following error: "this service is not supported by the current service provider. (11) ". Could somebody help me?

Hello.
Here is my problem.
In fact, my gsm Internet connection used to work fine but recently, in the last updates, i have data situations. My Internet connection is blocked even whith the HSDPA icon.
I tried to fix this problem by:
-Doing wipes (factory, cache) reset
-Installing different recent roms
-Installing different kernel
My problem is not from my ICS upgrade. It came largely after.
Do you have any ideas how to fix this problem?
All of them are welcome.
My actual rom is Litening 2.7 rom under the 3.0.15-9100XXLPS-CL294511 CWM kernel.
My baseband is 9100XXLPS
I'm under android 4.0.3 ICS
I'm rooted.

I kept a backup of an older rom. When i restore it, the Internet GSM Works again. But the problem stay with the most recent roms. I want to keep beeing updated.

Yes. I compared between the state in "About the phone" and under the battery. It's the same code.

Sounds like incorrect APN settings to me.
Maybe. Because sometimes when i try to search Network Operators, the phone keep searching until i use the touch "go back". But i have no idea how to fix.
Detail: My phone number is displayed as unknown. Everything works: Call, sms, i have the icon E,3G,H. But when i use the Internet navigator, i have the Orange(Operator) website which tell me that my phone is not compatible with the Internet connection. Sometimes, i have another website which suggest me to pay for an Internet connection. But i already pay an Internet connection. (Vultures)

So my phone has been having the freezing problem.
Sent back for repair twice, of course came back without any fix as intermittent :laugh:
Anyway, over the last few days the freezing seems to have resolved.
The problem is now, since the 2nd 'fix', the S3 can't make/receive any calls/texts!
Mobile internet works fine
Attempted ARIZA patch, patched but problem still remains
Try manual selection - states 'unable to connect - try later'
Status shows network as 'O2 UK' correct
Mobile network type: HSDPA
Service State: Out of Service
What is going on here? Anybody got any ideas? How can I check if it's the EFS? If it is, what can be done?

Mobile network APN settings ./ Correct CSC for network
Replace Sim card .
Check correct modem

Hello, I have a huge problem with the ZTE v987 which I've bought from a Chinese purveyor.
I have installed on it:
V987 Android 4.2.1 V2.0MOD by BM, after that the 3rd and 4th version also. Now I have ROM BM 4. Noone solved my problem.
The phone is manufactured August 2013. It works good with 3G also, modem works in mode H or H+. I have tried 3 networks in my country and it works, anyway there is a network in my country which has voice/messages disabled and has roaming for data, the network is only for data service, no voice/message, this network works on my huawei and it works also on another v987 (probably version with another "baseband", I guess)
My V987 cannot connect to the network.
I have made a log from logcat

The radio had been disabled, I had enabled it, the v987 tried to connect and failed
The network is called "FullName is Aero2", numeric "mccmnc = 26017, pnn = Aero2'
For comparison

full success, and the phone can works on 3g h+ mode, above 9mbit/s works

PS I know that this is advanced problem but I cannot post on proper part of this forum for developers.
I've used TWRP to change from FusionX rom to Slimkat on my Huawei Y300. The Slimkat seems to be working fine but can't connect to hte network. When I go into mobile networks, I get this message when I try to connect "your sim card does not allow for a connection to this network" and error searching for network operators. So it's stuck on emergency calls only.
Any way to get around this?
For the time being, I've flashed ExpertV4 rom which is Android 4.4.2 and it works fine in terms of the network operator.
If you meant LTE networks, Y300 does not support it.
Recently i have flashed my moto g2(XT1068) with resurection remix custom rom and i don't know for some weird reason my phone is not receiving any network. I have cheked my phone's imei number it is there and not wiped during the flashing process. My phone detects the sim perfectly but only problem is that my device shows "no service", when i try to select mobile network manually from sim management, it shows "error while seaeching the network" and when i select automatic select mobile network it shows "registered on network" without taking any second to search. My phone keeps showing "no service" in the network section. I have already tried flashing stock rom but it did't work, now You guys are my last hope. please reply to my problem. Hope you have number of possible solution!!!!
