Android Head Units?

With all the new head units that are "iphone like interface", who is going to be the first to hack android for these devices? Possibly someone will get smart and create a nice head unit with Android, but I don't think it's likely.
I saw an Android one on the web yesterday. Over $700 and it was Chinese text. Sorry but I don't know the url.
Carputers are common and easy these days and off the shelf orderable... Google "Carputer MP3" and with the recent addition of tablets we can do better than any OEM Setup with a little effort... a majority of stuff available is suuuper capable too

[Q] What are your top 5 favorite Android oriented articles?

I am putting together a presentation on the iOS and Android platforms as part of an educational lecture series I'm going to start doing here in the next few months. The main goal is to educate people on how to use their new smartphone and or educate them on which platform suits them best.
Right now I'm looking for more material to mull over. . . Show me what you've got!
Not sure why type of info you're looking for exactly. Here's a few links you might want to read to get started:
http://www.android.com/about/
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_(operating_system)
http://developer.android.com/index.html
Well as almost everything you can take a base on wikipedia and their owners page and from there the fastest way would be to google every feature separated and search or make a comparision table (ive seen lots of them online) and comparing them with images from both devices an iPhone and for example a Galaxy S2 or a Galaxy Nexus or an HTC Rezound or your favorite and here are some of the pages you should look:
Android:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_(operating_system)
http://www.android.com/about/
http://www.engadget.com/2011/12/01/android-4-0-ice-cream-sandwich-review/
http://www.google.com/phone/#manufacturer=all&category=all&carrier=all&country=all&reset_filters=1
iOS:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IOS
http://www.apple.com/iphone/ios/
http://www.engadget.com/2011/10/12/ios-5-review/
Both:

That are the basics but if you want to make a real presentation you should include Windows Phone 7
Thanks guys, I'll check this stuff out! How I've gotten most of my stuff so far is Reddit and Google, this should help flush out some more of the presentation quite nicely.

Only problem with that is that I'm working solely with devices that I already have experience with, things that I've actually used. I have NO experience with Windows 7 devices. Considering that their market share has decreased, from 2.7% to 1.5% in the last few months, I don't see much of a reason to prioritize the inclusion of the Windows 7 platform. Depending on how things go the next few weeks, I may try to include RIM (BlackBerry). . . but the two main contenders are iOS and Android, mainly because of their vast market share and my experience with them.
Keep em comin guys!

2 Oneplus One invites to share!

Been a member here for a bit and spent a lot of time in the Captivate and SII forums but most was spent here in the Note section so I want to share with you guys. There is a lot of new development for this device from some great Devs (including NunHugger if you remember him and also PTMR3 from Padawan/Jedi and so....If you can purchase now and would like an invite PM me and prove you're not a bot and it's yours. I've had the device since mid-July and it's a great phone. Works very well on AT&T. You have 24hrs after you claim the invite to actually purchase. I only have 48hrs left to share them.
Here's a link to the phone site if you're not familiar. Outstanding specs for a bargain price! http://oneplus.net/one
Here's some SS to show my experience with Oneplus...http://s390.photobucket.com/user/bluepearl300/library/COMPUSA-HP/Pictures/Screenshots

Just sayin if you're on the fence.
Soliciting your wares or any product for sale or your benefit is not allowed here. I find it hard to believe that Nun or Petmr would support the name dropping. If they did recommend, I am sure they would post that recommendation themselves as they are both upstanding members of this community.
If you are selling a device, may I suggest posting it on Swappa. That's what it's there for right?

You can't be serious... I am trying to SHARE not sell the invites with what I would've considered friends. Are you familiar with the Oneplus? There's an entire sub-forum here on XDA. With several invite threads but I chose to try and share here with some folks that I have enjoyed connecting with these last couple years. Apparently you don't quite understand that I don't benefit from sharing an invite. And as for name dropping...I merely mention the FACT that devs that we Note owners are familiar with have some development for this device. I never mentioned any recommendations of any kind. It's an act of consideration on my part and you feel some self justified need to step into my thread and make it look like something sinister? Thank you. But I'm afraid you are wrong in this instance and I find your accusation a bit unfair and quite unlike the more friendly group I had come to know our Note forum to be. The One plus is a great device and is similar in many ways that a Note user would appreciate. I felt this would be a great place to share an otherwise not-so-easy-to-get opportunity to get this device.... Here's a SS to show why I am excited to share with you guys/gals.

Looking for a new 4G phone

I'm looking to buy a new mobile with 4G, with a 5.0- 5.5 screen
So far on my list is:
Htc M8
Galaxy S5
Huawei Honer 6
Mi4
I'm favoring towards the Honor 6.
Is there anything i'm missing or should consider?
Thanks.
There are 3 threads already established that are devoted to discussions about devices, please read, and if necessary, repost your question in one of these threads: The what should I buy thread or the The Device Suggestion Thread or the The Device Comparison Thread.
There are also several other discussion threads that you probably should review to help you. They are What phone do you wish you had? or

General xiaomi mi 11 lite scam

so basically xiaomi is scamming it's cutomers. the mi 11 lite comes in two different variants one with a diamond shaped pixels screen which is sharp and good and one with an rgb delta screen which i have right now not only it looks very blurry and cheap
it causes headches and eye strain which can be very harmfull
they randomly ship units with the different screen variants basically it's a lottery for customers where you can get your hands on a good or bad one
good job xiaomi now i have to throw this worthless piece in the toilet where it belongs
this Applies to both the 5g and 4g versions
You know, there is already a thread about this? And you don't have to waste money and throw it in the toilet. You can claim it and give it back.
This phone is not worthless just because of different screens. I can't understand people that let out their frustrations in forums like this one.
Anyways, I hope you find a better phone for you.
Have a nice day.
