Wondering why my unlocked s iii isn't able to receive picture messages. I don't know much about apn 's but I was able to get the data working after I did the SIM unlock. Only issue now is mms. Any help?

Correct your APN settings. You will probably need an additional APN for MMS as well as one for regular data.

Look in accessibility menu, maybe you will be able to unactivate it
(you could also look to Text to speech features in input menu)
Also, maybe this is a setting of your app, but we don't know which one it is, so...
If this is a part of an app, check in it's settings. Else, go to the applications label in the settings, go to the manage all apps tab, and scroll down to the voice apps. Disable them, or clear all data of the app. This should solve your problem

Go to settings > accessibility > services > talkback ..and switch off the talkback option..your problem will be solved....and if there is any other app in the "services" then switch that off also coz there is some bug in 4.1.2 coz of which even if talkback option is off, it is used by other app in that services..my problem was solved by doing that n I hope ur's also be solved..

You should be able to activate the developer options by going to system settings->about tablet-> then scroll down to build number and tap on the build number section 7 times or until it says congratulations you are now a developer. After it says that the developer options section should now be visible in the system settings app where they normally are. Let me know if you still have questions.

I was wondering if anyone knows the code for the secret menu to disable H+/HSPDA and to force the Mega (I9200) to use 3G ONLY? The old codes for the Samsung Galaxy S3/S4 do not work anymore it seems.

well nope, this does not work on the CNA2 rom.
I updated my 925f to 5.1.1, and now parallax is gone! It's the feature that makes the wallpaper move with a "3D-effect". I had it in 5.0.2, but on my 5.1.1 it's gone. There's supposed to be an option to turn it on/off in settings to change wallpaper, but it's not there and the effect is turned off. Anyone that knows how to turn it on again??

You have to use the stock Launcher for it to appear. Otherwise, the switch won't be seen.
I second this issue. There was an incremental update today morning and my parallax has stopped working too....not that it matters much

I found out why it disappeared from my edge, I disabled Samsung keyboard. It needs to be there. I'm currently using Xperia keyboard, perfect I musy say! Just don't uninstall Samsung keyboard, or parallax will dissappear.
Im currently cusing original samsung keyboard. I also tried to reset factory setting but it still doesnt work for me

The Parallax effect - motion effect is broken in latest 5.1 1
Now the switch is only enlarge the wallpaper but without single effect.
So it mean that we doom and no way to fix.wait until till next update?

There's nothing doomed about it...check out your RAM usage..it should have improved because the wallpaper motion is no longer there...

I'm trying to find out when parallax breaks. Yesterday it disappeared again, and that happened when I removed the simple home launcher. So the launchers and the stock keyboard has to be installed for it to work. I'm on the latest OGA/OG8 fw, flashed with Odin and factory reset. Parallax works without a glitch. So it's not "officially" broken on latest 5.1.1, but it seems like it's easy to break it if you remove system apps. I have removed all Knox with Titanium Backup, but haven't touched Knox with Root Explorer. Last time I did it ended up with bootloop.
As i noticed it happened to me after i updrage to 5.1.1 via OTA and i havent did anything at all even install new launcher.pls telle if u find the proper solution

Working fine on 5.1.1 on UK BTU firmware
Parallax was not broken in 5.1.1 update but the update that came in after this.

Can confirm our two S6's (dutch, no branding) have lost parallax after 5.1.1 update.
Both devices had no special settings whatsoever and I even did a factory reset on one s6 (had to, update 5.1.1 resulted in a boot loop) with parallax still broken after that.
Samsung UK does not seem to be aware of this issue.
It's not working since 2nd 5.1.1 update
