Hey Guys .
I'm Not a Noob In Android But This Low - End Devices Just Are So Confusing.
I've Got a Xperia Mini Pro ( With Keyboard ) . and I Rooted It and Installed X - Parts http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1437840
and Flashed This ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739569&page=2 .
After Flashing , Now I Can't Enter Recovery ( I Press The Buttons at The Sony Ericsson Logo , No Luck )
The Screen Goes Blank After The Logo and I Can't Do Anything.
Do You Suggest Anything?
( Boot Loader Locked , I Selected The Lock Option In AROMA )
Thanks In advance.
Can you get into recovery mode?
1)Take out the battery of your phone, wait for a few minutes, put it back again.
2) Then hold down the volume key, and plug in the usb cable (connected to your computer)
Does the LED light flash green? If it does, you can flash the official firmware back into your phone and get it working again.
if you have bootloader locked, that would mean that recovery would also be removed, you should have installed the postInstallCWM which can be found here in the forums. i suggest that you reflash stockROM and root then install CWM again. you should have read the forums about custom roms and locked bootloaders
Try this for recovery: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1774119
and this for flashing ROM on locked bootloader: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1832255
Use the power button not the volume down

Hey guys!
I'm not allowed to post this into the development section for the xperia p, so I have to do it here.
I've decided to root my xperia p. So, I unlocked the bootloader and rooted my device following these instructions using flashtool method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1900172. Right after that, I flashed over this kernel: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1894463.
I was pretty happy with this setup until I realised, that this kernel still has some bugs that need fixing and is not ready for stable everyday-use. (In my opinion..)
What I did next was flashing back to the stock kernel, which can be found in the same thread in the first post (for people who want stock kernel with custom CWM) and now my p is in a constant bootloop, turning on and off, without showing any logo and not giving me any access to recovery. I can't even initiate fastboot.. WHAT DO I DO NOW? I really need your help with this..
AND by the way, I have a lot of experience in the matter of flashing and android development, but this is the first time I really don't know what to do to fix this issue!

dont panic if you have boot loop all you need to do is hard reset the phone this is dont by holding power button and vol+ till it vibrates 3 times this will switch the phone off and allow you fastboot to flash cwm recovery again and then you can recover your backup
Xperia P.... has a removable battery right, if I recall.
Remove battery, hold vol up, place battery. Phone should vibrate 3 times.
Keep finger on vol up, shove USB port in. You should get into fastboot.
If you're aiming to go back to stock, then just go into flashboot (vol down), and flash a stock ftf file.

My bad my bad. Google images got me confused over the U.
have you tried hard reboot ?
keeping d power+ volume up +volume down button pressed until the fone vibrates thrice ?
if this happens that means ur phone can enter into fastboot by connecting the usb while holding the vol up button
and u can flash this kernel
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1841613
works pretty good with stock ics firmware
have tried it myself

Hi, there is no CM 10 for Sola, may be you flashed wrong kernel. Try charge your phone for a few hours, after that try to put on flashmode (vol - and usb plug) and flash stock ROM via flashtool.

Oh, i see!
I did this as well:
''1.Press all 3 mechanical button on the device at the same time . Yess ! yess ! all 3 buttons, The Power button , and Both the Volume Up and Down buttons .
2.When u press all the 3 buttons the same time , the device should vibrate . One Long Vibrate and then a gap and then 2 short vibrations . Let the device vibrate like this .
3.Repeat the above procedure 3 times . ( press all the 3 buttons same time and hold untill the device vibrates 3 times
4.Once above is done , then hold the Volume Up (+) button up and connect the USB cable in .
5.The devices should boot in fastboot mode with the blue lite .
Once u have the Blue lite ... u are set to go and reflash the firmware using Flashtools or any other way . '''
And now i have the blue light again, so i can flash the right kernel.
Thanks for the help!
Hello,
I was in the process to install a new rom in my tablet,
I first root, the tablet, everything was fine
I unlock the bootloder, and again everything was ok
So I extract the boot.img from a Cyanogen rom as describe in one tutorial and put it in the tablet with a fastboot instruction.
After that my tablet seems to be dead.
The only life trace is when I push power and + during a certain time, a violet ligkt blinked one, then a blue blinked one, and after a blue blinked twice.
Nothing more
Mot possible anymore to go in fastboot mode.
Any kind of help is welcome, thanks in advance

Hey guys,
I've got the xperia z tablet (16gb wifi only)
and I had unlocked it, the other day I saw it finally got an OTA update, so I let it update.
apparently that was a bad idea?, I was stuck with the broken android symbol every time i attempted to start the tablet..
I tried the sony software, the recovery thing it has. That has only made things worse, now the tablet refuses to start whatsoever.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd appreciate it very much.

Yould could try and have a look at the following thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1849170
Hi
I had the same issues when I flashed the wrong ROM. Nothing worked no power light or anything.
Now I can't remember exactly what I did but I started to press buttons and I'm sure that holing the power button and the vol up for a while made it start again and it displayed an error and then went into flash mode .
As I said I'm not sure which buttons I pressed but I know that I held them in for a while
Try using Flashtool... Im pretty sure you can rcover it by flashing a FTF file.

So there is hope. :highfive:
I think I found the testpin. My sgp311 has started to blink after being dead since November, when I bricked it.
I don't have the device pack though.. Do you have any clue on how to find it? I think I just need the sgp311 SEMC package to resuscitate it now... Hopefully...

get the stock ftf file and flash it using flashtools, I was in a bootloop and it worked
i know its an old post but i have to try
i m in a boot loop and i want to find the Fed file in order to do a fastboot....
Can someone give them??
I test my tablet SGP321 with many ROMs.. I end up going to boot loop... Crashes and stuff but I always recover from it.
The things I do before doing anything insane with my tablet
1. Take backup off apps/data
2. Always enable debugging and Unknown Sources
3. Keep the backup of the ROMs
4. Always have the xperia flashtool on my computer
Here's what you can do..
Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button for ten seconds until you see a white light flashing three times. While doing this somewhere around in 5 seconds you'll see white led flashing once, but keep on pressing those buttons till it flashes next three times.
After that your tablet will be turned Off.
You can put your device in flash mode and flash a new ROM from Xperia flash tool.
If you get the error "Unknown sources and USB debugging must me enable for flash mode, then your option can be to flash the ROM from fastboot.
Download a ROM (CyanogenMod or any with custom recovery).
Flash the boot.img via fastboot and reboot your device.
Once done you should see a led lit up while the device is booting (pink/magenta color in case of CyanogenMod).
Press the volume up/down button and you should be able to go to recovery mode.
From here you can recover your device easily
And before you do anything make sure you've charged your device well.
Good luck
