Hello everyone,
I just broke my tablet's touch screen , not mica , and ı want to turn it into something useful . I got an idea . I will use an usb hub and I will plug mouse and keyboard or keyboard with touchpad . And tadaa , here is a laptopy thing . But ı thought that maybe there could be something other that I can make it something different thing . If you got an idea please share here

I'm new here, have read lots of the information available, but came here looking for an answer that I haven't found yet.
Situation is the following.
I got this Qtek2020 (or XDA II) from my dad who used it for his work. The reason he stopped using it is because the "phone" function itself is kind off acting weird.
Sometimes it is just nog possible to get into phone mode, neither of the two methods make te device display the dial pad...
- hitting the green button
- going Start-> phone
(It's kind off like a non responding program in windows when you want to execute it)
To make things clear, the phone works fine if we go to contacts and then choose the option to call the contact.
The question is, does this problem seem familiar and is there a way to fix it by for example putting a new rom on the device?
Any help or input about this is greatly appreciated.

I think the HARD RESET should help . After a long... long work configuration data and other settings going to be ... melted . If U don't store on devise impotrant data just remove the battery for about 20 mins .
Hello ... the slide for open in the lock screen goes bad in my xperia neo :S It doesnt goes smooth as it should go .... any help?
i am trying to root the device now (i have downloaded version and it continues the same) i hope that it works when i upgraded version from here ......
the better way i think u should try another ROM cook ( CM7 or any ROM ... ) so it's changing the lock type ! try to clean your screen ! sometime i got the same problem with my Mt15i
Is it only when charging? If you use an aftermarket charger, the touchscreen can go mad.
If it's happening when you're charging the AC adapter, but not the PC, it's just the adapter. I never had this issue until I got Xperia phones. Never happened on my G1.
it happens when i want to talk with people ... when i want to start the movile after being with screen in black and i touch the button to start on .... :S
and the same happens when somebody calls me and i want to answer .... perhaps i am too bad with my finger? :S when my sister wants .... i will post the video in youtube.
i dont want to change the rom for calling for the warranty .... if it is a warranty thing :S

I have installed the widgetlocker ... and it is almost the same ..... soemtimes works better than the natural one
If you've rooted the phone (i didn't quite understand from the OP) and you're using setCPU or something similar, make sure you haven't set the MHz too low on a ScreenOff profile. I had that happen to me sometimes until a raised it a bit.
Download Sony Ericsson Update Service and choose repair current installation.
it has fixed alone :S at least now it works perfectly without resetting :S
the only thing xtrange i have done is to install the widget locker and it has detected that it is unregistered he has "autoremove" and now ... it works perfectly ......
what xtrange thing :S i hope not to hapen it again :S
Hello planet earth! I recently broke my galaxy s screen. In order for my pc to connect to the phone is by mounting it through a usb. Without the display i cant mount it. Is there anyway I can go around that situation and collect myfiles through maybe aprogram or software thats out there? I really need help please. thanks!!

I could not find an answer to unbrick my android smart tv player, so I wanted to ask you guys in this forum for help.
The player does not boot I believe since ther is no picture on the screen and it does not show any reaction on inputs from the remote (usually the LED on the front blinks at input). Only the power button on the remote works and turns the device on and off. Thats it
I found several solution to unbrick Android Players which have a hidden button behind the AV jack, but those are different models that have different ports. I also tried holding down Vol- Home and Power on the remote to get into recovery, but it doesn't work. I attached pictures of my device.
Is there a way to boot into recovery using USB or SD Card. The dievice has 2 USBs and a SD Card slot.
Or any other way to unbrick or factory reset it.

Its form some Chinese manufacturer. They sent me a new firmware but it didnt work unfortunately.
I thought there would be a way similar to cell phones, to just put a new custom ROM on the device?

fully colored tests are normal , there is no dead pixel. but the other pictures , part of my screen is shaking.While using phone, screen works properly, no shaking but there is problem obviously . i want to know that how could it happen? , is it a physical problem or software problem? , if physical , what did i do and it happened? if anyone know , pls reply.
