As I wrote, Play Store does not automatically update the app!
I have no problem to install them, I have no problem going to update testing diving in the store for updates. But, despite all options are activated about automatic updating, it does not.
If I press "update all", then close the window, you block the update, then restarts automatically. But it does not work alone.
I tried this procedure:
- Deleting my Google Account
- Finishing, Erase Data and Cache: Download Manager, Google Play Store, Google Play Services and Google Play Services Framework.
- Reboot.
- Add my Google Account.
- Connect the Motorola ID.
- Start at all the app, sync etc.
The problem remains. 18 hours I had 6 app to update. I had seen the first 3 18 hours ago. I only tried to delete data and cache of Download Manager.
It is output notification "There are 6 app to update" I pressed on "Update All".
But I do not think the problem is solved.
I have a lot of data and I would not lose them.
From what I read more than a factory reset would need a RUU.
But I honestly do not know how.
However my device is a Moto G 1st Generation 16 GB.
All stock. OS: Lollipop 5.0.2 update by OTA.
Thank you in advance for your answers and help.
I'm a little desperate. Until recently he worked. I do not know maybe only every 2 or 3 days. Here too I do not know if maybe there's a time to wait. Tell me. Please.
Thanks a lot. And sorry for my bad english!

Have you tried updating the Google Play Services app separately? This fixed a similar problem I had with the Play Store..

I uninstalled updates both from the Play Store that Play services, nothing has changed. Now try again by uninstalling the updates only from Google Play Services.
It got the notification "Maps does not work if you do not update Play Service"
I pressed and updated.
Now there are two app to be updated in the Play Store. But the automatic update does not start anyway. How long should I wait?

I have faced a similar problem long back.. I have done the below steps to recover..
Uninstall updates for Playstore
Clear data for Downlaod manager
Keep the phone connected to internet and reboot
after reboot wait for couple of minutes so that Playstore update will be installed properly.. Then try updating your apps..
I've tried everything
I have tried evey solution that I could possible find to try and stop getting error 927. It's definitly linked to my google account/gmail. When I create a new gmail, everything works fine. Problem is all of my purchased apps are attached to gmail with 927 error. Someone please help. I'm desperate!!!! I have Verizon Galaxy S4. Doesn't matter what I wipe, if I'm rooted or not, or if I try using my account on my wife's S4... All give me error 927!!!

I'm actually having this same exact problem on my Note 3. I tried changing my Google password, but continue to have problems. I pulled a logcat and posted it here in case anyone can interpret it.

What version of the play store are you running? Also, do you have the background restricted for the play store?
Try the newest Play Store if yours is not up to date. I remember the issue in my S4 and newest version solved it after wiping data and install update.

I have version 4.5.10. I'm not sure how to check for the background restriction.

May have slightly different way phone by phone. Also check the app under Data Usage for play store, see if background data restricted.

Ok I checked and background data is not restricted, and I have the latest play store version.
It is a issue @ Google, nothing you can do on your phone to fix it. Contact Google support. I have a support case there, and need more people to bug them, so they have to fix it.

Yes its the same account I've had going all the way back to the first Android phone. It has gotten better. I ODIn'ed back from a 4.4.2 ROM to a custom 4.3 ROM and my market works most of the time. When it starts actign up I usually have to clear data/wipe caches, restart and wait a bit for it to resync my account. Kind of a pain, but working most of the time is better than none of the time.

How are the Play store on the web working for you when signed in with the account you are having issues with. For me I have trouble loading in anything @all. Especially the top list, and my purchases.
I believe there are issues with older accounts that did not get updated/patched with new settings after ICS update, or the 3.0+ update of their store when it became Play Store and not Android market. When I use my other account all is ok, but there I have no purchased apps.
If you want you can find the 2.3.6 version of Market and replace the Play store and you will find that all issues are gone. Now I use Legazy Play store witch can be used together with normal play. Just need to push it to system/apps on 4.3 or system/priv-apps on 4.4.
Use all this advise at own risk.

Anyone have any luck with this/ age of Gmail accounts?
I just recently started having this issue on a stock GS4A on at&t. Maybe a week ago could not get updates and wrote it off as a busy server then realized this weekend I could not get anything new.
I tried every fix I could find on the forums and even a fix that the 2nd tier Google tech suggested (no different from the forum fixes other than including turning the automatic date/time on and off). Every method was a band-aid at best: one or two apps can come through before I get the 927 error or the DF-BPA-30 error. At least the error codes are consistent...
I honestly think this is related to the age of my account. I have had a Gmail account since 2007 or so when I believe it was still in beta. I am surmising that older accounts are on an older server or something that is having issues. I made two dummy accounts and could download anything I wanted, so there is nothing wrong with my handset or connections. The temporary work-around I am using is adding a secondary gmail account and adding any apps through it, while still using primary for mail, contacts, and calendar. I am not a heavy user, so it works, but I should not have to patch it together like this!
So- anyone who is getting this error; how long have you been a Google user? Anyone else tried "old vs new" for a cause of the error?
When I replied to the 2nd tier tech I told him his method did not work, but asked to look into the account itself. I'll update if I have anything to say.

Ask to get your case transferred to apps division. There I got real help. They are really good. And have helped me a lot.
There are two possible methods to solve error 927 on android:
Method 1:
Go to settings>>”All”>>Select “Google Play Store”
Now Force Stop>>Clear Data>>Clear Cache
Now again try downloading or updating the app
If the above didn’t work, go to settings>>”All”>>Select “Google Play Store”>>Uninstall Updates
Again, from “All”>> Select “Download Manager”>>Clear Data and Cache
Rerun Google Play Store and install/update your app or game
Method 2:
Go to system settings>> Accounts>>Google>>remove your Gmail account
Now from settings>>Apps>>All> Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager (like in method 1)
Now again go to settings>> Accounts>>Google>>Add your gmail account
Restart your android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings
Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app.
How to Fix Error 927 in Android
Free Some Space on your device
Clear data and cache files of Google Play Store
Stop or Uninstall Google Play Store (Updates)
Add New Gmail Account
Hope it helped you....
Try the methods below
Free some space on your device
Clear data and cache in Google Play Store
Add new Google account
Uninstall updates of Google Play store
It is the most annoying issue facing by many Android users, that occurs when you download or update any games and apps from the Google play store. But for me, this error solved by the just clear cache.
Hey guys, i recently tried grabbing the new Google Play Services apk to get Trusted Locations. It installs and most things work but after installing gmail now errors out every time I open it with "Unknown Google Play Services Error". Anyone else getting the same?
I get the same thing but Google inbox works ok so I hadn't really noticed it. I don't see a way to rollback to a different version of the play services though.

You have to deactivate "Android Device Manager" as a device administrator and then go into Settings -> Apps -> All and then find Google Play Services and hit Uninstall Updates
It looks like there are certain versions needed and the one for the N9 hasnt been posted yet
Yeah you will have to wait for it to hit your device or watch this thread

Waiting for the 748 version to try
Issue resolved itself
Hello people!
I've been through alot of solutions and i still couldn't fix it. Hence this thread.
An hour ago i started my regular update run, updating 6 apps. After updating the first app, play store force closed. This didn't happen to me for ages, so i thought let's start by clearing the cache of download manager and google play store. This didn't work, so i tried uninstalling the updates. and rebooting the phone.
At this point play store worked again, so i tried updating another app. But after this updating, the fc was back. So i repeated the cache clearing and found somewhere that if i did that with google framework, play would probably come back. But it didn't.
So after this i rebooted again and started google play. And it started. But now things got worse. Google play gives me a no connection retry since then. Even after clearing dalvik and rebooting again.
So i guess my question is clear. How do i get play working again on my phone?
Thanks in advance for answering!
P.s. I also found a solution which said to remove and add the google account, but on my xperia z1 with 4.4.4 i can't seem to find that option?
So after an update some things started failing pretty badly. The first thing I noticed was all my desktop icons had disappeared, then the Google Play Store wouldn't donwload apps, whenever I clicked to download something, it would just shut the app down. Then today I could finally update my apps, opened YouTube and a sign came up saying that I needed to update Google Play Services to launch the app. When I clicked to update Google Play Services, the app store would just shut down again. Also if I try to open Settings, it opens for half a second and then closes. Any help will be much appreciated!
Yep... I also noticed some issues
after watching some Rio streams
-Window manager.. not starting app fullscreen ( settings/remix option/window looked good)
-links to stream started to fail..
-IP 10.* /mac all zeros
-after leaving stream app all the open apps where scrabled looking
Rebooted a few times... remixos crashed a few times
Then.. I decided to emty ''Cache'' under Settings/storage (it showed 380mb )
Now everthing seems fine again
---I have been thinking.. perhaps make a ramdisk for ''cache'' as I have lots of Ram free
--But It might cause problems with OTA updates... if Update uses Cache??
Another..
If you use advancedsettings.xml (setting cache bigger) inside kodi.. it can crash RemixOs
`System updater` doesnt work if you installed on ext4 (using INSTALL=1)(aka no ota updates)
Googleplay doesnt work on the 32bit version
Anyway.. just try emtying cache.. fabzombie

i also hav the same problem with google play store, everytime i tried to install app from play store it closed automaticlly. please anyone help
the same goes for me
It has many flaws
Hi. has given me a familiar one redmi note 2 which gets too hot on the upper back, and works very slow opening apps and in any action. I installed a global rom fastboot and it works just as slow. I've passed Antutu and it gives me 54,000 points, which makes me doubt if it's a software or hardware problem. What do you think about it?
I have the same problem from Yesterday with redmi note 2 prime
I flash so many roms and the slowliness happend only after gapps install o trying to run google apps.
Today i have the same problem. Its propably bug from google play because i cant open it.
It's google play services bug, find way to reset data of it and get it back to old version, install latest google play store from apk, add your google account back(should be all gone after resting services data) and after google services updates it should be fine. That's more or less how i did it.
Edit: For friend that's also using this old guy it fixed itself after letting phone stay and sync for about 20 minutes.

It happened by itself. Patience is needed and external cooler is an option to reduce the heat.
Thank you!

Thanks for answering. I have the last global rom. It does not let me uninstall play store. How can I uninstall it? And what version should I install and where do I download it from?
Same problem here. After factory reset there is no problem but after I update Google Play Services problems are back. Endless sync, not working Google Play store (stays blank and not showing any apps), Chrome not loading pages, huge battery drain on google play services. Nothing helps for me. Did you guys managed to get normal working phone?
This problem seems to affect only mobile phones with mediatek processor and not just xiaomi, also to other brands.
I have left the phone whole night syncing. Did not help at all...
Keeps forever in notifications: Current syncing item: Google Play services.

Go to Installed apps find Google Play Store and Uninstall updates, then let it sync. It should work that way.
Someone actually found a solution to this issue:
1. Go to Phone Settings
2. Next Accounts
3. Choose Google
4. Then click Manage your Google Account
5. There will be a white screen - here at this step we just wait until the screen comes to life (about 5-10 minutes)
6. Enjoy!

Yes this works, big thanks!!! But on the new update of Google play services from yesterday I got the same bug. So we will need to do this every time when there is update for Google play services
