Hello please help i have a big problem on my NEO N003 1/4g T13
I have flashed to newest Stock room from the website neo then i try magerto room he was fine as the beginning then after 2 days he start freezing and sometimes working then the camera is no longer working i tell my self its just poor room
i decide to use the stock room but after i flashed work normal for 10 minute then freeze the screen turn black utile you remove the battery and put back in 2 minutes
after many times trying to flash it by sp flash tool i hit format ...my imei is gone and no signal on the sim card ( thats not a big problem)
but the phone still freezing and restarting ...black screen ......
after that the phone not able to turn on even the logo just black you can see he is trying turn on but no logo no nothing
in the device manager detect MediaTek Usb port before was detect preloader MediaTek somthing ......
look at the picture and the sp tool not working MediaTek Usb port and i got this error (look at the picture)

On my phone, mine has the same chip as yours, to flash in preloader mode, I do it in this order,
1 connect phone to pc via usb with battery removed,
2 load flashtool with scatterfile and rom to flash,
3 click on download in flashtool,
4 put battery into phone
SPflashtool then searches for the preloader driver, loads it briefly and then loads the DA Usb Vcom port driver and then proceeds with flashing
This will only work if you have the usb vcom preloader drivers installed on your pc
To check if you have preloader driver installed, open device manager on your pc, connect your phone with usb cable and battery removed, put in battery while watching device manager, if driver is installed you should see 'Preloader Usb Vcom port' appear in the ports section,
but it will only be there for a few seconds, and will dissappear again. If you do not see this you need to install the Vcom driver.

This how i get preloader
1-remove the battery
2-connect the phone to usb but before windows detect the device put the battery back
windows will detect preloder driver !!that's great
Now must go to my office i have windows 7 there to flash the phone with stock room and i will put the result later here
because i have win8.1 at home i get a lot of problem flashing this phone on it .

Hello, I can't Flash the phone over the preloder i have try 2 pcs and 2 diffrent drivers no luck the sp tool give me errors 4010... 2020
after trying many times i got flashed over the mediatek usb port ....
then the usb disconnect and the MediaTek DA USB VCOM connect and the flash begin utill 100%
but the phone not starting just black screen
try to format , upgrade , download nothing try 23 stock roms the old and the new nothing
please help help !!!
Do you see the preloader driver in device manager when you connect your phone as I described above?
Which build of SPflashtool are you using? the tool is quite buggy and sometimes helps to try another version

I don't see preloader driver i see just mediatek usb port
I am using SP Flash Tool v3.1328.0.183 and other versions
Now the flash not working again stop at the red bar 100% and give error 4032
i am sick with that error
i read some people get they phones alive with an loading an other preloader and the flash get throw !!!

Ok, i think the only way your going to unbrick your phone is to flash the exact correct rom for it, Do you have a copy of the stock rom for your phone suitable for SPflashtool?
The link that you show is for a Feiteng H9500, that is very unlikely that it will work on your phone, the reason your phone is bricked is because you have probably flashed the wrong preloader block, and that is whats causing the trouble, you need to make sure you have the correct rom for your device before you start.
I think the only time you had a little success is when you accidentally entered preloader mode and if it were my phone I would concentrate on getting the preloader driver installed. There are some tutorials on here to install the drivers, it can be a bit tricky, and not all mediatek devices are the same, so a bit of trial and error may be needed
Once you have the Preloader usb vcom drivers installed I would then attempt to flash just the preloader and dsp_bl blocks initially from the correct rom for your phone, and then if successful flash the remainder of the rom, without preloader and dsp_bl
If you flash the wrong preloader/dsp_bl you will almost certainly brick your phone, so it must be either from a backup you have made of your original rom or from the exact stock rom for your phone.

Do you want to say that i will contact someone have the same model of my phone and tell him to make backup to his phone and upload it for me ? is it right ?
i have lenovo P780 when i turn it off and plug it to usb he detect it preloader mediatek then Disappears , thats what the NEO N003 must be :crying:

So the preloader vcom driver is installed ok on your pc, but you do not see it when you connect your phone, maybe you need to connect in a different way, on my phone I have to connect switched off phone with the battery removed, and when the battery is put in, then you see preloader driver pop up in device manager, there are many different MTK phones and different ways to connect.
The stock rom you have should be fine as long as it is the correct one for your device.

If your phone now is completely dead, probably your only hope of reviving it is by using the test point, see 'Modes of the virtual COM ports', here.....

As I said, Ive never done this myself, only read about it and have no idea where the test point is on your phone, they all appear to be in different places, on an mt6577 I had previously it was easy to find, just by the sim slot, there was no need to even strip the phone down, but on most other models they all seem to be less accessible. It will be somewhere on the main board I would imagine, usually, but not always, a small round brass dot about 2mm accross, and I noticed while searching that some are marked 'KCOLO' or similar. I believe also from what I've read that the manufacturers use this method to input the factory rom, so it must be there somewhere, its just a question of locating it. The best method to find it apparently is by testing different points with a multimeter to find one that corresponds with your battery output.

SP Flash Tool works through preloader. Usually when you power up your phone, preloader kicks in first and sets up it's own device on USB port. You have a split second to start talking to it, otherwise it will load the next part of software, which will set up another device on the port.
What do you have to do:
Double-check your USB cable! Cable problems can lead to weird errors in SPF tool.
Shut down your phone completely, remove/insert the battery after it to be 100% sure that the phone is shut down.
Set up SPF Tool, hit download button
Connect your phone to PC via USB cable
At this step, your phone should power up, but if it doesn't in reasonable time (say, 10 seconds), press the power button to switch it on
If everything done right, the following happens:
Your PC finds "mediatek preloader" device or something similar
Red progress bar starts running in SPF tool, it means DL helper firmware is being transferred to the phone
Blue (or green) progress bar starts running, indicating your data being downloaded
A window with green circle appears, your data has been uploaded successfully
FLASHED 2.DUMP_ROM [SPFT][ROOTED] FROM All About CherryMobile Flare 4 AFTER IT SAYS FLASHING IS DONE 100% WITH CHECK MARK THEN MY PHONE DIDNT RESTART I WAITED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO SEE IF THERE'S SOMETHING MIGHT HAPPEN BUT NOTHING ONLY BLACK..

I also had the same problem and I also cried. Your phone have MediaTek MT6753 Chipset. I have MT6582. You flashed ROM via recovery and looks like ROM have conflict with bootloader.
SP Flash Tool can flash shutdown MTK devices via USB. Your computer show "UNRECOGNIZED USB". SP Flash Tool need special ROM and driver to find your phone. Not sure, that SP Flash Tool can help you, but it helped me.

Load scatter file from official rom, you can leave the DA file for all mtk phones that comes with stock rom or use the one in sp flash tool (just leave it as it is) in the user interface of sp flash tool.
Make sure it says "download only" from the drop box. Click download then connect the phone to your computer. Flashing will start and should take about 1 minute and 30 seconds to finish.
If flashing doesn't start. Make sure you have vcom drivers installed. (Also for flashing to start, phone must be turned off obviously, but since you have semi brick, you don't have to worry about that).

Vdcom drivers already installed but not using. becouse computer does not see phone.
Unknown usb device . A request for the USB device descriptor failed. (code 43)

My phone opened, but computer cannot see storage.i think phone's usb ports damaged. i can flash rom with sp flash tool only.
fastboot and recovery not working. i cant make root too. what can i do i dont know. recovery cant open, writing "no command".

Go to developer mode menu (if you don't have it, tap on "build number" in "about phone" from settings, seven times and it will be activated). Then change how your USB acts when connected with computer.
If you can't, just use ES File explorer to send files between your computer and phone in FTP or SMB mode over WiFi.
Have the same problam.
The pc recognize the vcom device but only for 2-3 secconds and then disaper, then i get an error with sp flashtool.
Phone isnt tured on. At all.

I do not know if it is late. I had the same problem with another phone. I was solved as follows:
1. Unplug the usb cable from the computer
2. Power off the phone
3. Press download on sp flash tool
4. Holding vol+ and power, plug the usb cable on the computer.

So I need to fix one of these and there's no zip or img of the ROM for it. There's a SP Flash tool backup but I can't use that because the device boots as soon as I connect it to my PC. I can only boot it into TWRP or fastboot mode. Is there a working ROM I can put on this? It really doesn't matter what, any ROM that can make it boot is fine.
You dont have correct drivers, if you have correct drivers the tablet WONT boot when plugged in for SPTools.
uninstall all your mtk drivers, all the vcom drivers, spflash tools...etc... reboot pc
I'm using spflashtools 5.1648.00: http://www.mediafire.com/file/qwgshp..._5.1648.00.rar dont run it yet.
I had to do THIS before I could do anything else, install the vcom drivers following this exactly: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ele...32-64-t3267033 reboot pc
Now, install this using the inbuilt installer: http://mtkusballdriver.com/download/mtk-usb-v1-0-1 and reboot pc once done.
NOW open sptools AS ADMIN, turn tablet off, open your sptools backup/rom in sptools, select FORMAT ALL AND DOWNLOAD from the drop down menu, press the green arrow download button and the 'stop' button will change colour.
plug the tablet to usb and the bottom bars on the flash tool should go red, then purple, then a slow yellow bar. Keep waiting until a box with a green circle pops up saying OK.
If it doesnt work, try another usb lead, try another port, if that doesnt work try a DIFFERENT sptools version, and another , and another... until you find one particular version that works with your particular tablet on your particular PC, it sounds so pointless but trust me from experience one that works for 99 people wont work for 1

You can use a 9002x firmware for a 9002a it works great,
There are others as well, Use the sp slash tools to do it.

can anyone please help me to this problem.. i try to fix my alcatel one touch pixi 3 7 by flashing the stock firmware but after flashing firmware using sp flash tool the error message pop up then flashing stop.. now my tablet wont open nor charging.. what should i do please help.
is there any custom rom for alcatel onetouch pixi 3 (7) 9002 tablet?
