Hi all
I've flashed engineering bootloader yesterday and I'm stuck between download mode and s6 edge logo with the green text top right
How can I get rid of this bootloader?
I'm still on 5.0.2 and never upgraded anything to 5.1.1
If I try to flash rom or bootloader I get a sw rev check fail device:2 binary:1
I can't get even into recovery (tried to flash stock or twrp (in twrp I got a good backup) )
Thanks for your time
EDIT: I've moved to 5.1.1 official firmware since nothing was successful and everything is back to normal, now can I downgrade with the help of this engineering bootloaer to 5.0.2 again?
Fyi:
I managed through odin to flash the eng bootloader and without letting it boot to get into twrp and restore a backup that I had from 5.0.2, it booted just fine and updated all apps the only thing was I was without gsm signal at all.
Could I do something from that point?

Hi all,i am new here. I have my g3 d855 for 6 months. I rooted it,i have supersu, android 5.0,bought from UK. It was locked on vodafone,i unlocked it using imei. Now i have 2 questions:
1. If i resintall stock firmware(KK 4.4.2) ,my phone will be again locked on vodafone?
2. After i rooted it,i tried flash TWRP using flashify,it said it was successful, but when i tried enter in recovery mode,it said:boot security error. I finally succeed installing TWRP using autorec. Now,the question:can i upgrade android if i have twrp, thinking that soon android 6.0 will be out?(i will unroot it first using SuperSU settings).
I have stock 5.0 ,but if i try restore stock recovery it appears again boot error security. Thanks for patience and i hope i dont bother anyone,im still learning to use my phone
I came from cm13 and i suddenly think of returning back to stock lollipop. After a few days, I realize cm13 is a lot better. I downgraded back to kitkat and unlocked the bootloader the way I did before. Before, it was successful. But now, when I flash TWRP and reboot to recovery using flashify, it shows security boot error. I upgraded to stock lollipop and tried it unlocking bootloader there. I flashed TWRP but when I entered TWRP, I cannot reboot back to system. I cannot get out of recovery!! Pleasee help... I want to get cm13 back

you should write this in other section but i want to help you.
maybe try to flash stock kdz again if you still can then check if bootloader method you use is correct but if was not you will brick your phone.

actually i gave a answer for you http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64674426&postcount=2
u even can flash kdz ? if yes, try it and check if your bootloader unclocking method, file, is correct.
You could brick your phone.
Was running total stock with stock recovery (Unlocked BL tho). Latest update (attached) flashed without a hitch and upon boot, hangs on the Motorola logo. Anybobdy else experience this?
UPDATE:
Restored previous system and boot image and it booted without issue. Said the update was complete upon boot despite being the old system. Then, almost immediately tried to re-update (which i assume would brick it due to it already having the new bootloader). Look forward to feedback cuz this got me bummed.
You can't take ota updates if you updated the Bootloader past 5.1 Bootloader. So if you want to run the latest firmware but keep stock flash a custom stock ROM. Or better just flash cm12.1

im on stock 5.1 how do i root?
kingroot is the DEVIL it rooted my phone but installed enough junkware to choke a horse, or a MT2 in this case so i reinstalled stock
i fastboot installed recovery it shows it installs it i calick fastboot reboot and try to get into the recovery i just installed and NOTHING i cant get in it
incase anyones wondering i unlocked the bootloader like first day i got it and it shows as "unlocked" so i think bootloader is still unlocked
Stickies in the general forum are your friend. There are a couple of posts in there that will explain how to get to stock ROM then install TWRP and use it to root.
