I know that some routers will let you use the USB tethering on your Android for the source of their internet. (WAN) But is there a way to do that wirelessly?

We are very well aware that our Android devices dont support Adhoc. As an alternate you can download Virtualrouter which would help you to create wifi hotspot from your Laptop's inbuilt wifi and thus you can use wifi on your android device by connecting to the hub. This is how i enjoy wifi on my LG P500
I do not have a permanent Internet connection at my home. I live by myself, so there's no point in having a connection when I'm not there. I have a laptop, a desktop, a Blu-Ray player, an Xbox 360, a WiFi printer and an older WiFi receiver that connects to a printer with an Ethernet connection.
I have the T-Mobile unlimited Monthly4G plan, and what I would like to do is create a permanent WiFi network at home that will automatically connect to my phone for an Internet connection when I turn on the tethering. This way all the devices can communicate with one another and the IPs will remain the same even when the phone is not in range.
Has anyone ever tried this? Can I do it with a wireless repeater?
OK so I have two android devices, a phone and a tablet. My tablet is the new NVIDIA SHIELD Tablet. I have a horrible old slow router, so gamestream doesn't work well. I was wondering if there was some way to use my phone as a router of sorts. My pc doesn't have wifi so I have to use USB tethering. Is there any way to use USB tethering on my phone, and connect to a LAN network via wifi on my table typo to my pc for game streaming, just like through a regular wifi modem? My phone is a Galaxy s4 on AT&T. Both android devices are rooted with stock roms.

I wanted to ask if can you share the internet connection you reverse tethered to your android device from a PC to a Laptop. The internet connection will flow starting from the pc to android via usb cable (reverse tethering) then android to a laptop through a hotspot. Is that possible? Can you transfer the internet you reverse tethered to a laptop in a wifi form?
