Nice to see that sony havent bothered there arse about sorting the in call volume problem with the X10 , i have both the galaxy s and the X10 and personally prefer the X10 over the Galaxy but i think ill lose the X10 now that this sound issue is obviously not priority for sony !! .
Its a real shame as its totally spoilt an otherwise fantastic phone , i mean phones do many things now but if they cant function as a telephone with aplomb then whats the point .
The In Call Problems are solved on my X10 since i have 2.1
I have 2.1 also and so do many others on here but the incall volume issue is not solved , many people have reported no improvement at all since 2.1 and the rep from ericsson who i spoke to said he was unaware of any fix in 2.1 for this issue , but they are working on it !!!!! YEAH
I am having problem with my sony xperiaS .,... The other person cannot hear me during call....i have updated my phone still having the issue......
hello...
i'm sorry for my bad english!!

if i try to touch a point, but it take another point...
i can't use the smartphone during charging, i can't receive any call or write messages!!
i hope that anyone can help me..
bye bye!!
Sorry to say , it may be your electricity environment problem. I have the same issue but only at my workplace, it is fine at home.
it's poor earthing from either the charger or the plug socket/house electrics. my Android tablet does it because they cleverly forgot the earth point on the actual port on the unit when making it.

Speaking to my sister yesterday she has an O2 sony Xperia Z2 she's had on an upgrade and it keeps rebooting and resetting itself and won't connect to her car's bluetooth, she's a bit miffed because she's now passed the 2wk return the handset option so she's gotta keep the phone, its running android 4.2.2.
I have a HTC and root and run custom roms but not familiar with Sony at all, thinking about looking into it and rooting her phone for her if it might help with the issue's she has, is it fairly easy ?
And does anyone know if the bluetooth thing is fairly common issue ? and can be rectified with a custom rom...
Cheers

its common because sony had a big manufacturing issue with the release of Z2
any issues with the phone should be covered by sony if you have reset the phone
try downloading sony pc companion to your computer
onces thats done go to support zone, and click repair device
from there on folow the instructions
if the device still persists with this problem, Contact sony Support as All Xperia devices come with a 2 year warrenty
Hello all,
So I need a new motherboard for my xperia z2 D6503, goes without saying that I want it to be 100% working in all respects.
My reasons:
1) The RF IC for WIFI,Bluetooth, FM radio is fried.
2) This board does not have an unlockable bootloader
3) My phone got HardBricked.
I'd get it from here : http://m.ebay.com/itm/121619685869?nav=SEARCH
But unfortunately Paypal isn't available in Pakistan. If anyone has a Xperia Z2 D6503 fully functioning motherboard to sell, kindly either PM me or post in this thread, then we can talk details in PM.
Thanks, and have a Good Day.
can fix hard brick changing the motherboard? ?

Replacing MOBO is basically buying a new phone with out the accessory add-ons like case and battery ...
good luck finding one that "truly" works. you never know, if the one you bought Used is a Bricked version!
there is no way knowing it, until you assemble it back together and turn it on.
My z2 main board got hardbrick.i wanna buy a xperia z2 motherboard too.if you have your mainboard you can send it to me.I can probably repair it
I have Xperia Z2 D6502 Motherboard including camera, headphone jack, battery. I broke my broke in anger and now I want to sell all the remaining parts.
