Nice to see that sony havent bothered there arse about sorting the in call volume problem with the X10 , i have both the galaxy s and the X10 and personally prefer the X10 over the Galaxy but i think ill lose the X10 now that this sound issue is obviously not priority for sony !! .
Its a real shame as its totally spoilt an otherwise fantastic phone , i mean phones do many things now but if they cant function as a telephone with aplomb then whats the point .
The In Call Problems are solved on my X10 since i have 2.1
I have 2.1 also and so do many others on here but the incall volume issue is not solved , many people have reported no improvement at all since 2.1 and the rep from ericsson who i spoke to said he was unaware of any fix in 2.1 for this issue , but they are working on it !!!!! YEAH
Hi all.
I have Sony Xperia S with loudspeaker problem - it doesn't work at all. It's probably not a speakers problem but main board. Has anybody got same fault? Any way to reapir it? I can do soldering stuff on my own but I don't know what has to be either replaced or eventually reflown.
Pls Help.

Hello guys, I am sorry if I've posted on the wrong section of this forum.
Here's my problem, before 3-4 days I've updated my HTC Desire x to the latest update which is 2.20.401.6 it was an update from the phone, I've never rooted my phone nor I know how I would do that! Since this update, my microphone is pretty bad, I can barely hear my self. I need to use the head set so people would be hear me well.
Before the update, the mic was working perfectly.
Please if anyone had problem like this, please help me! I would be greatfull.
Factory reset?...If you talking for update from ICS to JB u need to do factory reset...If u talking for the last update that is 10MB is nothing special and cant broken ur mic.
Speaking to my sister yesterday she has an O2 sony Xperia Z2 she's had on an upgrade and it keeps rebooting and resetting itself and won't connect to her car's bluetooth, she's a bit miffed because she's now passed the 2wk return the handset option so she's gotta keep the phone, its running android 4.2.2.
I have a HTC and root and run custom roms but not familiar with Sony at all, thinking about looking into it and rooting her phone for her if it might help with the issue's she has, is it fairly easy ?
And does anyone know if the bluetooth thing is fairly common issue ? and can be rectified with a custom rom...
Cheers

its common because sony had a big manufacturing issue with the release of Z2
any issues with the phone should be covered by sony if you have reset the phone
try downloading sony pc companion to your computer
onces thats done go to support zone, and click repair device
from there on folow the instructions
if the device still persists with this problem, Contact sony Support as All Xperia devices come with a 2 year warrenty
